Water heater blew about 7:30 PM on a Monday night. I contacted R & R about 8:40 Pm on Monday and was told all Tuesday morning appointments had been filled, but if something changed they would contact me. On Tuesday morning I had a text message that R & R was on the way. Employee Juan arrived, provided an estimate, and after my approval left to get the necessary equipment. He returned in about an hour and installed the new water heater. Juan did an excellent job and cleaned the area before leaving.

It was always very easy to schedule an appointment and majority of my appointments were scheduled the same day. All R&R representatives were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. So thankful for Raffi from R&R Plumbing. He was so efficient in identifying our problem and determining the fix. Our toilets were making this loud rattling sound whenever you flush the toilet (rocked the house). The upstairs toilet valve needed to be replaced. He walked in, identified the problem and had the valve replaced in less than 20 minutes. We have used them before for other plumbing jobs around the house and will always go back to them in the future.

I had issues with my service then I called and requested to speak to Dave, district manager! He asked me to send some paperwork to prove and verify that the job was done by another plumber and as i stated. Dave then promised to refund my money. Appointment was for 8:00, Jimmy showed up at 8:00. He found several clogs and got them all cleared in about an hour. Everyone I talked to was very friendly. Communication was excellent. Definitely recommended.

We needed a kitchen faucet installed, but also thought it wise to upgrade our 26-year-old shutoff valves under sinks and elsewhere due to original inexpensive construction quality. Cassidy was excellent at reviewing everything for the estimate and found that our water pressure regulator needed replacing (suggested lifespan is 10 years). An appointment was made for the service and Cassidy arrived with Juan to efficiently do the multiple tasks. Our original kitchen faucet was installed poorly due to hole alignment and always had a loose chrome piece. Cassidy was cleverly able to use a piece of PVC as a spacer to get the fixture to seat properly. Besides being impressed with the professionalism and quality of work, it's a huge relief to know our plumbing is secure and at the proper pressure, greatly reducing a slab leak or other damage from high water pressure. Preventative plumbing is a really good investment!

Very responsive and great setup for notifications via text message notifying me of who is coming and when. R&R had to come to my house a few times due to a faulty part from the manufacturer and they were professional, on time and extremely helpful making sure the gas leak was resolved properly on my hot water heater. I would highly recommend R&R for all your plumbing needs.

They were amazing. Raffi and Adrian were a life saver. I had a washing machine delivered by Best Buy but they said the plumbing had to be worked on first. They left the washing machine and said they would come back after work completed. Well, Raffi came out same day to assess the problem and came back the next day with Adrian. In no time they corrected the issues and installed the new washer for me. That was a lifesaver for me as I had been without a washer for almost a week. Raffi and Adrian were prompt, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to everyone
