Javier and Zack did an awesome job.very professional and courteous, replaced my pressure regulator within a few minutes. I finally had water pressure. This is a brand new house, had the builder come over and inspect it previous and said nothing was wrong and everything was normal. Javier was able to fix the problem. Another contractor took apart my kitchen and left me high and dry. I called R and R to do a sink install, pipe rerouting, replace angle stops, and tub spout and drain fitting etc. Cristian H. came out to give me an estimate and was able to complete everything right away.
He was very courteous and professional. His work was impeccable and he really took pride in what he was doing. Totally explained everything and did an outstanding job. Plumbing is not cheap but I don't mind paying for quality workmanship. There's too many people nowadays that do the bare minimum so it's worth it if you find a company you can trust.

Tyler Allen helped me out with an impossible water conditioner filter change on my tankless heater. The prior owners may not have exchanged the filter recently, and I hadn't changed it for the first year that I moved in. It basically was stuck shut, couldn't get it open, and I was worried about doing it safely (haven't done it by myself). There was a text ahead of time to let me know when he was on his way. It was ridiculously hot out, and he did a great job, fixed the wall mount, and explained everything clearly. Professional.

I have used R & R plumbing service many times over the last two years. Large and small projects. They are prompt and responsive and they are so thorough in explaining what they are going to do. The quotes are honest, they stick to them, and they are absolute experts who know everything about their craft. If you get Brandon as your technician you've struck gold. The absolute best dude. They even text you to let you know when the tech is on the way and you can reply to that text and communicate through that text. So good!

I can't say enough great things about R&R! I had them replace my old water heater years back and they were great, so when I needed work in my kitchen I brought them back out. My only mistake was bringing in Big B's plumbing for an estimate first; cost me $59 (they don't offer free estimate/consultation) to have them quote me $1297 for the job.

Dan from R&R came the next morning and for the SAME WORK quoted me only $256!!! Yes...an over $1000 cost savings! Dan was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, communicated great, did fantastic work, and cleaned up everything to look spotless. I will only use R&R in the future and I would recommend you do the same!!
