Quick and friendly service! Jon arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. He was able to assess the problem and fix it within 40 minutes! I liked that they text a picture of your tech and tell you about them before they arrive. That makes it so much easier to welcome them in your home. Called at 8:32am had our water heater replaced by lunch. Highly professional, received a text with picture of technician with estimated time of arrival. Tyler exceeded all of our expectations, the quality of his workmanship was AMAZING. I have lived in Temecula my whole life and have finally found a trustworthy, professional plumber that I feel comfortable recommending to all my family, friends, and neighbors.

Was scheduled to have a plumber come out and fix my water heater that was improperly installed and not to code. The first tech they were sending was not feeling well so the next day they sent John. John showed up on time. He looked at the water heater and agreed it was improperly installed and not to code. Within an hour, the water heater was properly installed and done correctly. The entire time he was here, John was super friendly and answer all my questions with a smile and confidence. He was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend John from R and R plumbing. Great guy! I would give 6 stars but there are only five to give. Thanks John, great job man!

I have had R &R service the rental property i reside at multiple times and never been dissatisfied. My most recent experience was with Jon F. who handled a slab leak that ended up being 2 in the end. Let me tell ya that guy is a one man crew. It was a Sunday and a nightmare situation he not only worked his ass off solo for over 8 hours but kept me informed about what he was doing every step of the way. The most standout thing to me was his great attitude happy and sincere. You guys are lucky to have a guy like him working for you and I would recommend him to anybody. Thanks for the excellent service R and R and Jon especially. Shout out to Turner as well super cool and hardworking did my showers and great guy professional and prompt. Moral of the story call R and R for any service they provide and you will not be disappointed. Thank you again and I will speak highly of you to anyone in need . Solid 5 stars lol yelpers.. They were prompt in their response, gave a thorough explanation as to what the problem was and how they would fix it. The made the repairs the same day and cleaned up completely when they were finished.
