I had a man come out to assess an issue I was having with gurgling and foul scents. He checked to see if I had P-traps, saw that I did, said there was no problem. I called Guardian Plumbers, and while not free like R&R, they deep a more thorough inspection and found I had some backup in my sewer drain in my garage. This company didn't even bother to check those.

Update/Response: Owner called today. I appreciated his follow-up. I want to add details in regards to the owners response below.

When the second plumber arrived at my home it was not free, however I could not replicate the issue for them either. The problem in question, despite owners implication, was an issue before, during, and after his companies inspection. You see it ended up being an issue with my drainage system in the garage. An clog which had built up for a while. In other words, not a new problem, and one which could have been discovered earlier by a more thorough investigation.

This company was free, friendly, and professional. My rating reflects my singular experience.

Great experience with R&R Plumbing!
Tech David Starr came to our house in Temecula to help us with a leak.
He was prompt, polite and professional, and we had fun chatting with him a little.
I had bought a part at HDepo, David tried to employ it but I got the wrong size. David was able to repackage all the pieces perfectly so I could return it to HoDepo, and he also gave me the exact product number of part I needed so I could order myself online (my preference). No charge even though we took up his time with my wrong part.
He came back a few days later when we called to tell him we got the new part, he fit us into his schedule and completed the job quickly. The charge ended up less than the orig estimate. Whaaa?! That's a first!
Also, David cleaned up the work site so perfectly, ya couldn't even tell he'd been working there!

Basically every complaint I've ever had about a plumber visiting my house - and I can think of many! - this time D Starr from R&R defied it all! R&R will be our new go-to plumbing company. Thanks David!

I've used R&R Plumbing a couple times just within the last year and they have always been very helpful and informative. Today David replaced a water expansion tank and flushed our water heater. He was very professional and worked efficiently. I really appreciate the team's quick turn around time for resolving our leak and also providing additional information/suggestions for the future without any pressure to do so today. Everyone involved was extremely respectful and happy to help which makes any house problem that much easier to deal with. Just had David and his partner out to detect a slab leak -which is the last thing any homeowner wants to hear. However they were able to detect the broken line and get it re-routed without digging up any flooring...and they cleaned up after themselves. Great job guys!
