Great Plumbing company. Have a long history (residential) with them. Throughout the years they have always promptly handled my home's plumbing problems. Today was no different. I had made an appointment for a slow draining bathroom sink. Raffi showed up and quickly diagnosed and solved the issue! But what impressed me the most was Raffi! Where does R&R find these technicians? Raffi's friendly/confident attitude quickly put me at ease. He gave me an estimate and the job was finished quickly. Raffi cleaned up, explained a few of my questions, and also had time for a few of my ""old mans"" stories! ALSO, prices are fair, R&R stands behind their work, customer service is a priority, and R&R and Raffi leave you with a good/fair downhome feeling!

Total loss of hot water this morning and my wife called R & R Plumbing. Gave them a call and set an appointment between 12:00 to 3:00pm. Then out of no where received a call from a R & R Plumbing employee, Rafi Bacerra! He was available and ready to help within the hour! Came over and my hot water returned within minutes! Rafi, arrived with a smile and ready to tackle my problem. So glad I do business with this company!

I had water leaking out from under my sink and R&R Plumbing sent a service technician the next day. Javier was awesome. If you need a company for emergency service, call R&R. Their service technicians come with company trucks stocked with parts too!

I used them before to replace a water heater. The work is always great and clean. I called them again because it started with a Dishwasher installer refusing to install because of leaks under my sink. They sent out Mike who said I would need to replace my shutoff valves and the faucet. They came out and provided estimate. I decided I wanted to replace the sink too as I was shopping for the faucet. Mike became unresponsive so I called other places. Seems R&R has the bigger team compared to everyone else because I was getting 2-3 weeks appointment for someone to come out. I decided to call them back and ask for a new tech. They sent Brandon, but we found out the sink I bought was too big. This was more a fail with Home Depot as they told me it would fit after I gave them measurement. I ordered a different one online and Brandon came back to finish the install. Everything looked great. I think they are on the pricier side, but they do great work. So you get what you pay for. Especially since they're available to come out without having to wait weeks.

Had an issue with our water heater, called and got quotes from 2 other companies before trying this one. The first two were quick to try and replace the whole unit for nearly 3k or 3k+ without even looking into a way of fixing the one we had. Not to mention they were giving our sweet puppy dirty looks! But finally we called this company for a 3rd opinion and Raffi came by to give us a quote. He was super professional and friendly to not only us, but our pets as well. He gave us both options of fixing our old water heater and installing a new one. We asked pricing and a replacement cost less than 2k vice the other quotes we received-so of course we asked for a replacement. He helped us out by shifting us to a morning appointment to work around our schedule. When he showed up, he was really respectful of our house and belongings, and he was very vocal about the process and what they were doing the whole time. It was a very quick process and we saved about a grand. Will definitely use R&R again and would definitely recommend!

We received an estimate from a competitor yesterday. Tyler arrived early after calling to check if it was ok to come by earlier than scheduled.
Discussed our needs and provided an estimate less than half the cost of a competitor.

Agreed to have the work done and within 2 hours everything was perfect.
Definitely putting Tyler and R & R plumbing in our phone book for future use.

Our one toilet was leaking and stuff was backing up into our showers. I texted Ryan at 4:30 am and he not only responded back but called me. The technicians David and helper were here as promised between 8 and 9 . They snaked our line and replaced a toilet with a bad seal. We will have them back to do the septic tank repair soon. I would highly recommend this business.
