So my water heater blew the other day. Flooded my garage. Not a good day at all. Until I called Jim. He had a very tight schedule of appointments booked that day and he made no promises he could come by. But he did squeeze me in. He removed the old unit and restored my kitchen water then came back the next day to put the new unit in. His work ethic is amazing. He's professional and his work is top notch. His prices are extremely reasonable. I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Just as an FYI, he does not take credit cards.

I was referred to Comfort Solutions by a friend. I have dealt with Jason, the owner for years now. He is one of the most honest businessmen I have ever met. He does excellent work and is very fair. He has been to my house numerous times for plumbing, heating and air conditioning.

Comfort Solutions was responsible for installing all the plumbing work in my new house. It ranged from laying out the initial plumbing and natural gas rough in to putting in all the fixtures, installing the water heater, the central water filter and the water softener.

Comfort Solutions did not follow the construction plan in laying out the plumbing routes, some of the faucet locations were installed wrong and had to be corrected. During the plumbing fixture installation phase, they did not flush the lines properly resulting in clogged water lines, requiring subsequent warranty repairs to change out faucet parts. They were not good in following up what they said they would do, I had to follow up with the faucet manufacturer to obtain repair parts. I wound up replacing some parts myself instead of calling them back to complete the warranty work.

please don't waste time or money with this company they do a horrible job to begin with no communication they leave your house dirty they walk all over your bathroom vanity to get where they need to be instead of a ladder among other things and then once the job is done they take your money and then when you need help they push you off over an over saying they will get to you when they can I had a full repipe of my home done paid almost 5k cash upfront an it was one problem after another I was left with no heat for 3 months the piping is ugly as hell I had to have another plumbing company come and fix my heater so my kids, animals an I wouldn't freeze since they couldn't get to me or quit I should say my hose bib in my backyard has been ""fixed"" twice but still leaks they broke my water heater that worked fine until they touched it an then tried to have me pay for a new one and the list goes on I have pictures but unfortunately I can't upload them here so please save your time and frustration do not go with United plumbing worse mistake I made

These guys are great! When I started calling around to get my cooler fixed I figured it would take a few days if not a week to get an appointment due to the hot weather snap. To my complete surprise I had a tech at my house the same day, twice! I needed filters the first visit but after they left I was not getting any air out of the system. They came back and replaced the belt and didn't charge me a penny for the visit. That is service that is just almost unheard of these days. This company has a client for life! I am so thrilled to have found them!
P.S both techs are dog lovers so they didn't mind my hyper pup jumping on them a couple of times! Animal lovers are definitely a bonus :)

We have a cabin in the Jemez that is heated with a gas heater that was giving us trouble. I was concerned that getting a plumber would be difficult and expensive because of the distance.
Richard arrived exactly when he said he would, did the necessary work efficiently, and charged a reasonable amount.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
My sister and I called this company out to do a ""free estimate"" on a repair on the furnace. He did not touch the furnace or use any diagnostic equipment, he spent 2 minutes looking at it and said the mother board needed to be replaced. My sister asked if he was going to run any tests? The issue could have been something else, as well as the mother board, but how would he know without testing anything. He said, ""No, he's been in the business a long time and he ""knows"". He gave no written estimate or any paperwork stating the terms and conditions of this ""free estimate"" neither did the website. On his way out, my sister asked if there was anything owed? He said, ""No, it's a free estimate and IF they did the work THEN the $715.00 quoted would include all costs. (This conversation was recorded on ring camera) This morning the office called and asked if we wanted to go forward with the repair. My sister said, ""No, we are going with another company. Then she was told $107.00 was owed.

The man that came to the house then text her and said, in part, ""If you asked for a price to replace it or ask for a price on the part that would be a different story, but I had to tell you what part it was. I can't just drive around town telling people what's wrong with their heaters for free."" ....That's what ""Free estimate"" for repairs means... If the estimate is only free if THEY do the work, than it isn't free at all. And if there are conditions to this ""Free estimate"" than that should be stated up front. It definitely was not.

The ""diagnosis"" is nothing more than showing up and giving prices for parts without even touching anything. Even an experienced HVAC specialists has to run some type of test or do something that would warrant charging $107.00 for a ""Free estimate"".
Just another hustle.
