Alexa is the worst customer service representative I've ever had to deal with. She was unable to hear my frustrations about her having her tech turn off my cooling WITHOUT any authorization and would yell at me and hung up on me twice! Despite me telling her I recorded these conversations, she claims she never hung up. I would LOVE to have the owner/boss of this business contact me to have these recordings sent over.

Stephan came out the same afternoon we called to examine some shoddy work that was done by Rick's plumbing. He was able to determine that the PRV that had been installed was backwards (Rick's plumbing had been out three times, and had replaced the valve twice without figuring this out...). Stephan went to work right away, got the PRV turned around, and tightened some other joints that were leaking and loose from the work Rick's plumbing did. He was fast, professional, and fair. I would recommend them and will be calling them with future plumbing concerns.

I've used this business previously with no problem. This time, I'm afraid it's been quite different. I called Plumbing Express LLC, because our hot water recirculating unit was not working properly. Stacy came out and stated we needed a new unit. I inquired what the cost would be, and she didn't know. She went to a local big box hardware store to pick up a new unit and called to say they had one. She asked if I wanted her to get one. I inquired about total price, with installation and she estimated $300. Once the product was installed, the amount then became $455. I spoke with Stephan Williams, the owner, and told him I was not willing to pay that kind of mark-up on the product. He said that as a small business owner, he needed to have that kind of mark-up. I told him that was not what I was quoted, and I would not pay it. He brought the price down to $375. THEN, the new product did not work, and some of our lights on the same breaker went out simultaneously with installation! We had an electrician out to verify nothing was wrong with the outlet or our electricity in general. Since then, I've called Plumbing Express LLC repeatedly and have left a plethora of messages with staff and on voice mail requesting a new unit be installed. I have handled myself cordially and patiently. It has been WEEKS, and NO RESPONSE from Stephan Williams to have a new unit installed. I am in the process of checking with the NM Licensing Board and intend to file a formal complaint if this situation is not rectified immediately, and I am taking other legal measures to handle this problem. I wish it had not come to this. Extremely frustrating experience, and I'm afraid I can no longer recommend this business at all.

Replaced our two aging swamp coolers with recommended state-of-the art and energy efficient ones. Great follow up for one of the air conditioners needed some adjusting after running for a couple of weeks.

So my water heater blew the other day. Flooded my garage. Not a good day at all. Until I called Jim. He had a very tight schedule of appointments booked that day and he made no promises he could come by. But he did squeeze me in. He removed the old unit and restored my kitchen water then came back the next day to put the new unit in. His work ethic is amazing. He's professional and his work is top notch. His prices are extremely reasonable. I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Just as an FYI, he does not take credit cards.

I was referred to Comfort Solutions by a friend. I have dealt with Jason, the owner for years now. He is one of the most honest businessmen I have ever met. He does excellent work and is very fair. He has been to my house numerous times for plumbing, heating and air conditioning.

Great guy, excellent work, trustworthy. It is hard to find people like Jason.

Comfort Solutions was responsible for installing all the plumbing work in my new house. It ranged from laying out the initial plumbing and natural gas rough in to putting in all the fixtures, installing the water heater, the central water filter and the water softener.

Comfort Solutions did not follow the construction plan in laying out the plumbing routes, some of the faucet locations were installed wrong and had to be corrected. During the plumbing fixture installation phase, they did not flush the lines properly resulting in clogged water lines, requiring subsequent warranty repairs to change out faucet parts. They were not good in following up what they said they would do, I had to follow up with the faucet manufacturer to obtain repair parts. I wound up replacing some parts myself instead of calling them back to complete the warranty work.

please don't waste time or money with this company they do a horrible job to begin with no communication they leave your house dirty they walk all over your bathroom vanity to get where they need to be instead of a ladder among other things and then once the job is done they take your money and then when you need help they push you off over an over saying they will get to you when they can I had a full repipe of my home done paid almost 5k cash upfront an it was one problem after another I was left with no heat for 3 months the piping is ugly as hell I had to have another plumbing company come and fix my heater so my kids, animals an I wouldn't freeze since they couldn't get to me or quit I should say my hose bib in my backyard has been ""fixed"" twice but still leaks they broke my water heater that worked fine until they touched it an then tried to have me pay for a new one and the list goes on I have pictures but unfortunately I can't upload them here so please save your time and frustration do not go with United plumbing worse mistake I made
