Randy came to our house to detect a hot water leak and found the leak and gave us an estimate to reroute the hot water pipe and scheduled to come next week. I took vacation day off from my job to be at home. He came in the morning and started setting up inside our house, but few minutes later his mood changed. He abruptly left our house without any proper explanation and left me dumbfounded. He is an unqualified plumber and a very unprofessional one. He is also very unstable that's what bothers me the most.

This guy Randy is absolutely a jerk. He took money for inspecting a leak and said he would return to complete the job. He shows up for 5 minutes and packs up his stuff and just leaves. He says he changed his mind. What the hell?! This is a flake of the biggest proportions and completely unprofessional. Don't hire or call him!!!!

I hired RP Plumbing for the first time. Randy was on time and took care of my problem without delay and price was reasonable. Responding to phone call or text, being on time and knowledge of the work as promised are the priorities for me. Randy met it all. He also took the time to explain all the technicalities so as to make me understand the problem. I would highly recommend him.

I had a bad experience with Randy. He left a AC drain line exposed and had to call another plumber to fix problem. I notified him but he ignored me and then asked him to pay the new plumbers bill and he ignored that too.

I called Randy for a clogged kitchen sink that my tenant had reported. He returned my call in a timely manner and told me that he could do it the next day between 8 & 9 am. The next day he went and texted me that he checked both sinks in the kitchen and there is no clog! I texted him back to thank him and asked what do I owe him and he told me no worries! This is a real honest and thoughtful plumber and I highly recommend him. Thank you Randy

Complete Flake! Good luck getting this guy to show up. Maybe only if he can make lots of money on your job. I got his flyer on my door and happen to need some plumbing work done. I made an appointment for him to install my RO water filter system under my kitchen sink. A relatively small job, but he quoted me a good price after I sent him pictures via text messages. He did not show up at the appointed time window. I called him after he was late and he said sorry I will do it at the end of the day. That time came and went and he said sorry I am done for the day, maybe Monday. Monday came and he said sorry I am busy. See the trend... I feel sorry for anybody who really needs him to fix something in a hurry. Good thing there is no shortage of good plumbers. NEXT!!

Randy is an unsung hero in our household. He has been our go-to plumber for numerous jobs both large and small over the last seven years, and we've recommended him to friends and family and never heard a cross word. He is affable and honest, always explaining the work required in the simplest terms as he educates the homeowner about his trade. He is clearly very knowledgeable and his fees are reasonable. In fact, if a job is potentially too costly he'll explain and recommend workarounds or ways to sequence the work over time. If a repair is not in his wheelhouse, he'll recommend a highly vetted local professional who can help. He recently replaced a burst pipe in our kitchen, for example, recommending the general contractor, A#1, that we ultimately hired for the kitchen restoration. Once the walls were open Randy made note of a potential problem, recommending that we replace a dirty pipe that had been punctured multiple times by dry wallers years earlier. Doing that preventive maintenance will help us avoid future messes and unnecessary costs. I recommend Randy and RP Plumbing wholeheartedly.

I've used RP Plumbing twice now for work at my house. Randy did a very professional job both times, and he is very quick and efficient with his work. One job was to fix a leaking main water valve. Randy not only fixed the main valve, he also added another valve for me to be able to turn off water to the irrigation system separate from the main line to the house. The second job involved fixing a leaking pipe in the ceiling in our bathroom. Randy was able to come in, find the leak, and quickly fix it. He always has a smile and is very friendly. Highly recommend his work!

I don't believe any of these reviews. This guy randy quoted me via txt w photos for my shower faucet to be changed and that he will bring the parts to the appointment. He knew what the issue was and he was going to complete the job. He came too early looked at the shower and said well I don't have the parts so I'll get back to you and then he walked out in a hurry. Later he txted that it was too small of a job for him and he has no time for small jobs and that I should just call a handyman. What??!! that was the most bizarre, unexplained and weird encounter I've ever had! twisted!

I was able to get a same day appointment and the price of the service was very reasonable. Randy was very nice, got the job done quick, and was very clean. I was very appreciative for his help! I will definitely be calling again in the future.
