This Thanksgiving I am grateful for Randy of JR Plumbing . We had a sudden flood from the downstairs toilet. We contacted Randy who immediately traced the problem to a sewer line blocked with tree roots. He worked diligently and fixed the issue quickly, His price was extremely reasonable.

Randy did a great job fixing our tub faucet leak. He was on time, experienced, fast, and knowledgeable. He had to cut the bonnet nut to replace the leaky cartridge, which was sealed tight with corrosion. Fortunately, he carries a lot of common parts in his truck, which can save time on repairs and trips to Home Depot for parts. Although it took a little longer than expected, he still charged the agreed amount. I can definitely recommend him and will call him the next time we need a plumber.

My wife and I have used RP Plumbing (Randy) on multiple occasions with excellent results. He has installed several toilets, detected and fixed leaks, installed a water heater, and provided other plumbing services for us. We have always found Randy friendly and easy to deal with. As a one-man operation he can't always be immediately available, but we have found that he is quick to respond, especially if the plumbing need is urgent. He also has provided good referrals when we needed a service that he could not provide, such as when we wanted to re-pipe our house.

I want to add my 5-star review to Randy's many, many satisfied customers. My husband and I have been ""babying"" a slowly draining kitchen sink for several months now. With three young children and a million moving parts in my life as a busy mom, addressing the drain has been on my ""to do list"" for several months.

A few days ago, the clog had affected the dishwasher from draining as well, and I needed a plumber right away. I had water spilling out of the dishwasher and all over our wood floors. (I shouldn't have ignored the slowly draining kitchen sink--lesson learned!!!)

My regular plumber was working all of this week and next week in Big Bear, so I had to find a new plumber right away. I searched the NextDoor app and found that Randy had been recommended 26 times! One neighbor had written about Randy fixing the exact same problem for her.

I called Randy on Tuesday morning, and he picked up on the first ring. Wow!!! Awesome!! He was very pleasant on the phone but understandably was busy with appointments the entire day. He explained that he had an all-day job on Wednesday, but he offered to come on Thursday at 9 am.

Today he arrived 5 minutes early and got right to work! I was very impressed with Randy. He was professional, polite, and an extremely experienced plumber. He quoted me for the job, and I found him to be very honest and fair in his pricing. I'm truly at a loss of superlatives for this plumber. I would recommend him without question, and I will be calling him in the future! Thank you, Randy, for the 5-star service. A++

Randy of R P Plumbing has helped us out a few times now. He has assisted with drain pipe issue, multiple faucets, sink plumbing, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a fridge water line. It turned out that Randy lives two doors down from us. I had noticed his truck going by many times as I would leave for work. He was on a job when we contacted him on a Saturday. He came as soon as he finished that job.

We had a pin hole leak in the piping in the wall just like Pennee from the 10/09/21 review. It was leaking water for a long time and we just noticed it. He was able to quickly assess the situation. He found the leak. He pointed out everything as he examined the situation. He repaired it immediately.

My day went from being full of dread trying to figure out how I was going to do laundry and whether we would have to rent a hotel room for showers to feeling elated.

We found him very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing.
