They spent more time fixing my attempted at ""do it yourself""- I took my dishwasher apart and had no idea how to put it back together, THX goodness for the R&L plumber, he saved me from having to buy a new dishwasher. My job was not complicated and not only did the plumber do an excellent job in a timely matter, he also schooled me on how to avoid future plumbing issues.
I highly recommend them, they are really good people.
They weren't even faced when my crazy old lady huge dog wouldn't stop barking at them, they just acknowledged her and she moved on.

& finally, they were a lot more reasonable in pricing than the last plumbers I used.

I had a sewer line backup that had been a problem for years. They came out over the weekend and correctly diagnosed the problem and solution, and worked solid for several days and evenings to provide me a new one. The cost of the job was such that under different circumstances I would have obtained several bids, but given the need to get things back in order quickly I went with their bid. The work was completed as quickly, and was of very high quality. In my research after the fact I have concluded I was given a very good price.

All I can say is, I didn't think that customer service like this exists today. I had a broken garbage disposal and called to schedule service with this plumbing company. A kind gentleman picked up, and offered that I might save over $100 if I can follow his instructions over the phone instead. So I gave it a shot. He took 10 minutes to walk me through how to do this, step-by-step, and with such generous patience and attentiveness for my safety, and it worked just like he promised!!! Easy, but definitely needed the guidance since this involved some things I had never considered. I saved time and money, and even learned a useful life skill!Now I know how to do this for myself, and when I have a bigger problem, I know exactly where I'm going to go for sure. Really appreciate the help I got today!!
