R&L came to my rescue many times this summer (2021) they are respectful, hard working and on time. I love how they auto text you a picture of who will be at your house so there's no mix-ups. I can my clean out jetted and also ended up having to get a whole new lateral line with them. Everything works great now!

Excellent service and company. We unfortunately discovered sewer water in our garage this afternoon. After learning that the city might not come out for up to 24 hours (note, the city guy arrived just 3 hours later), we called seven different plumbers. R&L was the only one to answer and offered to send someone over right away. Thomas arrived about 30 minutes after the call and was awesome. He quickly went to work, cleaned out the street line and also ensured other issues weren't set to occur anytime soon. He also cleaned up the area and confirmed all the work with me before leaving. While the backed up house trap was not fun, we are pleased to find a good company to use in the future. Thanks guys!

Just got off the phone with Larry, and the first thing I'd like to say is Please don't factor in the malicious review of this excellent company and Larry in particular when making your evaluations. He is indeed an honest and good person who while caring about his business will not set aside his personal values and principles of honesty and integrity to further it. No dout, as owner of the business his values set the values of the organization.

I needed a bathroom faucet to be repaired. I dabble with small repairs myself, but I got to the point where I was unable to solve a problem of low flow. After a very brief conversation, Larry told me over the phone exactly what was going on, and what I needed to do to fix it. His first instinct was NOT to monetize his expertise, but to be helpful. He even asked me to send him some photographs of the faucet and continued to give me the benefit of his experiece. I may or may not be able to solve the problem, but I know that his advice was spot on! In future if I or my family ever need his help he will be our trusted go-to service. Thank you Larry!

This is my second time using R&L and again they hit it out of the park. It was Sunday and we had a clogged main line. That combined with the incoming rain would only make things worse. The dispatcher (wish I got his name), was very polite, quick to respond, and gave me all the info I needed to make to make a proper decision. He let me know Mike would be there in about an hour and he was right on time. Mike was professional, walked me through what he was doing, left everything cleaner than when he arrived, and was a pleasure to be around. Needless to say if anything comes up in the future I'll be calling R&L again. And if Mike rolls through all the better.

Major clog in my main sewer line and quite a bit of work needed to be done to figure out how deep the clog went into pipe. Cesar suggested some various solutions to figure it out and quickly acted on them. The final solution involved cutting a pipe to create a clean out in order to put a hose through to use water pressure. The clog was well into the street and away from my property line (old SF sewer line). This final solution worked and the new clean out will serve well for the future if a major clog happens again. I would use them again.
