I requested R&L to remove my very heavy bathtub. They sent one person and he could not move the tub so called for another person who arrived about 30 minutes later. The supervisor that I spoke to said he would accommodate the loss of work time on my bill but that did not happen. They had to borrow my tools including a sledge hammer. I was charged for the additional person and thus the cost was 50% higher. I emailed and left a voice mail about the charges and indicating a compromise but my credit card was charged for the full amount anyway. The workers were courteous but did not arrive with appropriate tools or information. I will not ever use this company again. Beware!

Is a very professional quality company . A couple days ago I had a serious problem with my toilet late at night and without any inconvenience I contacted Miss Paula and she scheduled an appointment for me immediately, answering my call very generously although I was super upset for the inconvenience, and the service was really great.

Very expensive and charged more than the hourly rate that I was quoted. Had to contact them multiple times to get it resolved and even then they did not acknowledge their mistake. The plumber that showed up was ok but very slow. The back-office billing people are hard to reach and not responsive. Trying to get someone on the phone was complicated and frustrating. They have lots of phone tree voicemail greetings and automated text message systems and automated emails but they do not simply answer the phone to provide basic customer service. Never again.

HUGE shout out and thanks to R & L plumbing. I live in a 7-story condo building and there was a clog in our main drain servicing the kitchens to the units in one of the stacks After a few missteps they sent out Thomas and his partner Gustavo who both were really a gigantic ""step above"" your normal plumbers. Their attention to detail & determination to make sure all is right before they leave is really A-1plus, First Class service. On top of that they are both warm, caring, delightful human beings. When they finished they not only left us with sinks that now drain, they also left a bit of their ""positive good energy"" with us as well......what a treat!

Sabrina, the dispatch supervisor and Darren, our building's R&L project supervisor contact are both incredible as well. They are quick to schedule, keep you informed if any changes in arrival estimation & super responsive to any and all concerns you may have. Customer service care extraordinaire!

So I put potato skins down the drain and clogged our garbage disposal -- don't do that. From prior experiences with plumbers, I was expecting long wait times and super sky-high fees.

R&L was able to respond same-day. Our technician was extremely courteous (he brought shoe covers as soon as he saw that we were a no-shoes household), judgment-free (helpful esp. given the circumstance), and fast. We were able to get things fixed in an hour or less.

The bill was extremely reasonable compared to my expectations as well, especially for same-day service. I hope I don't have to call a plumber anytime soon but will call R&L again if anything does come up!

Can't recommend enough! R&L responded immediately late on a Monday night and were able to fix the problem shortly after. Reneé came over and worked extremely hard to fix a nasty clog and the toilet/shower were working good as new afterwards. Great service.
