When I joined RJO in 2009, I started as an Administrative Assistant. From day one, I have prioritized building enduring relationships with customers, forming partnerships with suppliers, addressing customer challenges as if they were my own, and creating teams that function like family. In my role as Owner, I ensure these values resonate throughout RJO, and I am proud of our operations today. Our mission is to solve customer issues, uplift each other, and promote career development.
