When I joined RJO in 2009, I started as an Administrative Assistant. Since my first day, I have focused on nurturing long-term relationships with clients, collaborating with suppliers, tackling customer issues as my own, and fostering a family-like team environment. In my role as Owner, I ensure these values resonate throughout RJO, and I am proud of our operations today. Our mission is to solve customer issues, uplift each other, and promote career development.
