Don't let the nice lady who answers the phone fool you. These guys will not do the job and will steal your money. They came out 3 times in 1 month and never once did what I asked and I'm a professional. Don't say I didn't warn you.

We had a pretty bad clog in our shower and they thoroughly took care of it. Service was great and price was pretty reasonable. I'd definitely call them again for future issues.

Was referred to this company by a reliable source, we had 3 inches of water in our basement (past our ankles) mind you the plumber didn't even have boots. My husband let him wear his boots. He rodded our toilet lines but the problem wasn't fixed. We still had standing water. We really didn't know what the problem was and the plumber couldn't really tell us. He didn't have a camera, Husband called the office and she was rude and not professional . They charged $485. We had to call out another plumber to see what the problem was. We don't have money to just give folks it is a shame that these companies take advantage of people. I would never use again and I would not recommend or refer them ever.

Our kitchen sink was backed up so I gave these guys a call. Kristen was super nice taking my call and had a technician out to us in LITERALLY 20 MINUTES! Andrew came out and took care of the backup-the whole process took maybe an hour tops. Andrew was very friendly and professional-my cats who are normally super shy really liked him too haha. It was a reasonable price-$135 but they also gave me a 10% discount for paying cash.

Super grateful and happy with these guys!

Had a backed up drain in the bath tub. The service guy Ron came out in the time frame they gave. Had us up and draining in 15 minutes. Neat, clean & knowledgeable. 2nd time we use R Difoggio and would call them again. Great service.

We hired DiFoggio and Sam Plumbing last month to replace a kitchen faucet, kitchen shut off valves, and shower cartridges and they did a great job. Would recommend again!

Yet another messy emergency, and the guys from DiFoggio are there for me. This time, my bathtub and washing machine were backing up into my shower (not in the same place as the tub). I called Monday; they were short a couple guys, so couldn't make it Monday, would Tuesday be okay? Sure; it wasn't the toilets backing up (thank the stars), so it could wait.

The nicest guy showed up Tuesday, took a look at everything, and figured out that the sewer line needed rodding out. He spent a good hour (if not more) trying to cut through the clog with what looked to me to be the world's longest snake. He tried a couple things with that, found that the clog was just too intractable, and suggested coming out the next day with what he called a hydro-jet - a gadget that would shoot 4000 psi water through the pipe; most of the time that does the job. He gave me a price quote on the spot; I was relieved, as I had visions of this costing me upwards of $10K to dig up the yard.

OK. Guys (this is a two-man job now) came back today and set about water-blasting the clog out of the sewer line. It was probably good enough after an hour, but they wanted to really clean everything out, and spent another hour doing just that.

So... now my sewer line is squeaky clean (or as close to it as it's going to get). They didn't mind that I wanted to watch what they were doing, they didn't treat me like an idiot, and it didn't cost anywhere near as much as my first new car. I recommend DiFoggio to anyone who will listen.

We just had the best experience with a plumbing emergency. We had water back-up into our basement. Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable, fast and very nice. For our plumbing needs in the future we will go to DiFoggio & Sam Plumbing.

Washer/tub/main line all backing up, gave them a call and had a guy out here in about 15-20 minutes. Fixed it all in about an hour for a better price than the other plumbers I called. Highly recommend and will always recommend them. Thank you!

I hired these guys to solve 4 problems for me (shower leaking, slow filling toilet, sticking handle on toilet and leaking toilet). The only problem they solved was the sticking handle by putting a new one on. They promised 3 times to call me back with the parts I need for the other 2 toilets and never did! I ended up paying $366 ($122/hr) for a new toilet handle and installation of it. Be very careful.
