I called for a simple job at 11AM on a weekday. They secretary stated they can come out immediately but they are charging overtime, you know time and a half. Would you still like our service. NO Ma'am. SCAM! SCUM! RIPOFF! STAY AWAY!

HOA asked us to have plumbing inspected for leaks. Di Foggio tech arrived promptly at the appointed time and made a thorough inspection. Provided a write up as requested by the HOA. I was very satisfied.

I recommend this company for ease of scheduling, reasonable fees and efficient service. Anthony was on time, clean, polite and efficient. We couldn't replicate a leak I was chasing, but he went over & above in fixing a sink problem not in the original request.

Difoggio are CROOKS. After having been serviced by them for many years and have recommended them to family and friends, they have no value for customer loyalty. The plumber was not able to repair the lever inside the faucet by moving it to increase the level of hot water and had recommended additional work which would cost around $700. I asked them if they would apply the service visit of $150 to the actual work, but refused. They never explained to me what needed to be done, but they were coming out the following week. Needless to say, I cancelled the visit. A family owned plumber from Downers Grove came out and fixed it within 15 minutes by removing the handle and increasing the lever to hot water. My tenants have hot water. The problem was fixed for only $140 no additional costs. Difoggio pads its bills by recommending unnecessary work. Who does that to loyal customers during these pandemic times! Guess!

Rating mostly on the quality of service, needed a bathroom drain and kitchen sink rodded out. Starting off with the bathroom, the service guy said he would be using the over flow to rod however he broke off the connection for the drain and rodded from there. I checked his work and saw this and he actually through the drain plug out in my garbage. Then the kitchen, please keep in mind they charged an extra hour of labor for the kitchen drain. He started rodding after a bit my neighbor in the unit next door came to inform me the tech was rodding into his unit, not the drain he rodded up and to the unit next to me. then he has to leave and clean that unit come back and finish mine. I'm not upset about the cost, the fact he broke the plug and threw it away, or that he charged an extra hour for his mistake. When I called they said call ya back. Two weeks later I called called ya back. There stance is that I should call my condo president and discuss the bill with them. So, if you use this place just remember I told ya so. Have a great day

Don't let the nice lady who answers the phone fool you. These guys will not do the job and will steal your money. They came out 3 times in 1 month and never once did what I asked and I'm a professional. Don't say I didn't warn you.

We had a pretty bad clog in our shower and they thoroughly took care of it. Service was great and price was pretty reasonable. I'd definitely call them again for future issues.
