Work done was fine but was never informed beforehand that they do not accept any digital forms of payment, including credit cards, Cash or Check ONLY. The work was for a business and we do not have cash or checks on hand and our corporate offices are on the east coast so getting this company paid has been a major hassle. If they would have let us know outright what forms of payment they accept we would have never booked their service.

Been using these guys for years so I was very disappointed in my recent experience. First, they didn't call back as promised. Then, when we called them again, the person on the phone tried to tell us that we didn't need the work, that we shouldn't do it because ""it would cost like $200"", and basically wouldn't make an appointment for us.

We'll be looking for a new plumber.

We had a leak in our bathtub plumbing that I made worse trying to fix it. I called R & D Plumbing. Donna was very sympathetic and sent Miguel out within 30 minutes who quickly fixed the problem. Fantastic service at a fair price. We have used them a few times before and they are not only excellent at what they do, but they are very nice, clean and clean up afterwards. They are also very compliant with Covid recommendations especially having there mouth and nose always covered. None of this leaving the nose exposed or pulling the mask down under their chin while they are working. They are always my first choice when I have a plumbing or natural gas problem.

I've been using this company for years and they never disappoint. My house is over 100 years old so it regularly has plumbing problems. R&D always is on time, their plumbers are very polite, and their prices are fair. I love that they can often fit me in on the day that I'm having problems.

Twice now, they've replaced my hot water heater (once with a traditional one and once with a tankless) the day the water heater broke. One time, I wasn't even in town, and they replaced (and relocated, so it fit code) the heater the day it broke.

I'd highly recommend this company!

I rarely write reviews, but am so thankful for R&D plumbing I felt compelled to write one. Our condo building had a back-up into a second floor sink. We tried fixing it with another company, which ended up flooding the 1st floor and an entirely seperate bathroom system. We had multiple plumbers out to find the problem and were told we had to knock down walls to multiple units, replace pipes, etc. The quotes we were getting were upwards of $30-40K just for plumbing alone. R&D came out, looked at all units affected, thoroughly explained what they thought the issue was and provided us with the solution. Their quote was extremely reasonable (under $1K) so we thought it was worth a shot. They came on time, fixed the problem, and were very professional. I could not recommend them more.

My friend Gladys had leaking water somewhere in her house and her water bill went sky high. She called R & D Plumbing and they came right out as promised and fixed the leaky toilets very quickly. She told me she couldn't have been happier with the service and efficiency. The men knew what they were doing and were very pleasant.
