I had my main sewage line replaced and a leak fixed under the sink, the RB Travis team arrived precisely when they said they would. They finished the job in the time frame they laid out before hand, they also fixed the holes in the yard they dug (to put in the new sewer pipe) and put it back together so it looked like they were never here. The team was extremely patient and answered all my questions and the price that was quoted to me upfront, was the final price I paid. 5 stars would recommend.

I had a pipe leak behind my washing machine for who knows how long. I thought it was my washing machine and was very concerned when I found out it was a pipe leaking thru the wall. R.B. Travis sent out a very professional plumber who quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. Very friendly customer service when I called in as well. Definitely a plumber I recommend.

I was given a morning window appointment (10AM-12PM), and then 1/2 hour prior to the window closing, I received a call that they were running late and moved the appointment window another 1 hours back (11AM-1PM). They finally called and the tech showed up 10 mins before the scheduled appointment window closed around (12:50PM).

I have Home Serve Insurance for Water Heater Repair and Replacement. My water heater was leaking from the bottom, no other option but to replace it. The Home Serve insurance company said they would cover the Water Heater and Labor but was advise by the dispatch company that I had to bring the water heater ""up to code"". Being 8 months pregnant, exhausted and tired, I have no idea what that meant. I ended up having to pay $410 to what appears to be just new water/gas supply lines, copper piping and a new shutoff valve. I mean, the insurance company said they covered the most expensive items so I don't know what else that high of a cost can be... anyways, I was walking through the Hardware store and noticed those parts were less than $20 a piece (5 parts)! I know there is a markup, but seriously...talk about a markup. Not really sure how they came to that amount or if its standard... it can be that the technician felt he was able to take advantage of me in my current pregnancy state. I am a bit disappointed because I seriously feel I had no other options and taken advantage of.

Anyway, given the fact that I was rescheduled on and the tech showed up 10 mins before the window closed, I asked if he was able to come back tomorrow (so I can go to work, you know to make money). He said if he had to come back that I would be charged extra for the drive time...so I stayed. The job was completed around 3:30PM and there goes $410 + my day of unpaid wages.

On Thanksgiving morning we got up and showered and discovered that the main sewer line from our house to the street was backed up. My first thought was that it is going to be hard to find someone to come out on a holiday. I called R.B. Travis and I was pleasantly surprised when Hank immediately answered the phone. He said that they had one person working today and that he could come to my house in 2 - 3 hours. I said that would be great and set up for a service call. About 2 hours later Hank called back and said that Gabe finished the call he was on and was headed our way. About a half hour later Gabe arrived and went to work. He was very polite and explained what he was going to do. In less than a half hour Gabe finished the job and we were back in business. I thought this was outstanding service on Thanksgiving day.

Update from previous experience. Called the owner 12 times and he and employees are non responsive. Poor customer service.
I feel sorry for the office workers who have to lie to the customer when the owner refused to speak with disgruntled customers He's not here? Really?

We have an ""Interior Plumbing and Drainage System"" and ""Exterior Water Service Line and Drainage System"" plans as part of the Home Emergency Insurance Solutions.

Our downstairs Toilet got overflowed and the insurance company use RB Travis. The appointment got booked at same day we called within 30 min. They came within 2 hours. The problem was fixed in 1 hour. They found we have a house drainage clean out spot and that the pipes are clogged between that spot and the street drainage clean out spot. They used a metal cable machine to open that block and demonstrated great professionalism throughout that service, explaining what they are doing, cleaning after they done, etc.

Josiah the plumber is a great guy and very professional! Thanks for a great service.

We have ""Exterior Water Service Line"" plan as part of the Home Emergency Insurance Solutions.
Our plumber found that the water valve attached to the house (outside) was leaking and staying in the mud.
We called Home Emergency and scheduled an appointment as soon as possible.
The technician from Travis Plumbing came up on time. He was very nice and professional.
He was able to diagnose the problem rather quickly and it took him a few hours to fix the pipe coming to the valve.
Our new valve looks much more reliable than the old one and we are happy with the service.
Before leaving he checked the water pressure in the house and water meter.
Everything was done very professionally and as quickly as possible.
I highly recommend this company

The one and only star is for them being available same day last month when all other companies were booked up. Had a kitchen sink clogged in our rental and not wanting our tenants to wait too long, I called around even though Barnett plumbing is our usual (they were scheduling a week out). I was quoted about $225, then was called back when they assessed and said it would be $325. No real idea why but whatever, just get it done. Fast forward a month and 4 days and the clog is back. Called them back and was told the warranty was only good for 30 days but he would do me a favor and lower it to $225, instead of $325. Um, no thanks. Got Barnett Plumbing out there 2 hours later for $140!! Seriously, take your business somewhere else.

R B Travis repaired a leaking underground main water line in our front yard.. Gabe found the leak quickly, repaired it and cleaned up after himself. What more could you ask for!

R. B. Travis came to my house on September 9th 2016, to give me an estimate on a valve from branch line that had burst. Their estimate was $625.

My gardener came the same day and fixed the valve for $40!! It was such a significant disparity in price for 15 minutes of work!

You be the judge!! Valve is still working just fine!
