Homeserve booked these guys out unclog my drains. In all fairness, homeserve also paid the bill.

They were the only company that would come out the next morning after our bathtub clogged up. Since we only have one bathroom, this was a must. We had a main line blockage and backup. Our HoneServe insurance policy sent R.B. Travis to troubleshoot and fix the problem. First after filing a claim with HomeServe I got a call from Eva and se was really nice. Nicholas from R.B. Travis showed up the next morning on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ended up snaking the main line and resetting the toilet in that bathroom that a previous plumber installed incorrectly. Nicholas was really nice and professional and was great at explaining everything to me. Woud highly recommend this company.

Carl rocked my kitchen sink faucet replacement this morning. Friendly and informative plus offered options. He was willing to take the time to discuss things until I was clear on everything, then went out to get the chosen replacement, made it back fast and cranked the job out quickly and professionally.

This morning I noticed a real mess outside my front door. The lid of the trap had come off. Huge blow out!! The sewer line had backed up. What a mess! Thank goodness it hadn't gone inside the house. I called HomeServe (extra insurance) and they scheduled RB Travis to come out that afternoon. They assigned Victor to come out. Not only did he make sure the line was cleared he also cleaned up all of the mess that he found when he got here! He also took the time to explain what he found (roots). He is a true professional. His service was outstanding. Not only will I recommend RB Travis to family & friends, I will also highly recommend Victor as the tech.

Today R.B. Travis conducted service on our sewer line that was backed up. Victor the technician assigned cane out and did a great job, He was professional in arriving , introducing himself ,explaining what would be done and the requirements he needed for me to do to support his service as the customer.

He also made some future service recommendations that might be needed.

Victor service was outstanding and I am going to specify his assignment for any and all future plumbing services
