I work in a professional where my hours are unorthodox. Of course, my hot water tank malfunctioned in the middle of a very busy stretch of days for me. The manufacturer would recommend swapping out parts, which I did in the middle of the night when i got home from work. Finally, after the manufacturer recommended i swap the upper thermostat for a second time, I felt like i was on a bit of a wild goose chase. The manufacturer agreed to swap the tank. While, the manufacturer would warranty the tank, I was on the hook for labor. This left me a little uneasy since I would need to have the tank removed, brought to Home Depot, exchanged, and then a new heater brought to my place and installed.

Upon recommendation, I contacted RA. These guys had dealt with warrantied heater exchanges before, which was a relief. And, the best part, they were available to complete the service the next day. The original price estimate quoted was high. However, the final bill was a fair. John, the installation expert, was a pleasure to work with and very competent. I will reach out to them for future plumbing services.

R.A. Plumbing replaced my water heater which had begun making unsettling noises and appeared to leaking around the hot and cold water connectors. When I called I spoke directly to the owner Rob and he was very knowledgeable and helped me select the best unit for my home over the phone. Kevin was my plumber, arrived the next day, was very patient and comfortable to have in the home. While he was at it, he upgraded the water valve to the humidifier which was a real value add, and replaced a water shut off valve that I hadn't even known was frozen. I really appreciate the attention to detail. Will work with them again!

The owner Rob came out to give me a free estimate he was very honest about the installation of a new 50 gallon hot water tank, so accepted his services, the installer John showed up @ 10am and did a excellent job, by 12pm I had hot water, so now these are my go to plumbers, I would definitely recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about R.A. Mechanical! Installed a tankless hot water heater. Went thru Home Advisor and Rob responded immediately. He was very through in explaining the product, the process and his company. The price was competitive and he was able to get the heater installed the next day! Kevin was the installer - great! Great find! Had pretty major leak at my house today. Rob came over in less than an hour (I'm in the city and he's in the suburbs) and fixed the issue. On a Saturday evening! Nice guy, explained issues. Fair price. I have him booked to come over this week again to clean the sewers. Highly recommend!

These guys are outstanding! From the phone call to watching the technician walk out the door after a job well done. We had our water heater start leaking on a Friday night and by Monday afternoon we were back in action taking nice hot showers. They scheduled fast which is what I needed! The quote basically came over the phone and was confirmed with some pictures I texted over. I'm mean how easy is that! The technician who did the install was great too! You rock John!
