Several jobs done, knowledgeable, fair prices, far better than several other competitors we tried. They do tend to come a bit later than promised, but this has been our experience with virtually all services coming to our home.

It's Saturday and I needed a plumber.
I called five different places. Only one said yes. These guys.
The guy who came to my house (I think his name was John) was exceptional, just terrific and extremely personable and professional.
My job was simple( to replace couple shower heads) but the shower heads I bought we're different and not straightforward to install He looked at it, an figured it out in about 30 seconds and in 20 minutes or so he was done.
They gave me a time window in which he was to show up. He showed up on the EARLY end of the window (how refreshing). Even though I had to pay time and 1/2 cuz it was the weekend, the price was more affordable than other plumbers I'd asked to do the same work during the week. Will certainly use Quick again. Hope all their workers are as nice, smart and efficient as my guy was today (1/10/15).

Fabulous customer service. Richard answered my frantic call for service and immediately put me at ease by offering to send someone out within a few hours on the same day to definitively take care of my service request. There was no fuss. What impressed me more however was the graciousness he had when I called back 15 minutes later to cancel the reservation due to extenuating circumstances. I felt badly about cancelling when Quick Plumbing was so ready to accommodate me. I was so impressed with the courtesy, graciousness that I know exactly who I will call the next time I have a service request for plumbing. I want to acknowledge my appreciation for the wonderful responses from Quick Plumbing.

Two other plumbers came out to work on our upstairs shower drain... both failed and once charged me nonetheless (he worked on the issue for almost 2 hours, to no avail).
Richard came out with his Technician, knew exactly what to do, got busy working, and cleared the drain in just under an hour.
I highly recommend Richard and have passed his name around our neighborhood letting them know about the GREAT service of ""Quick Plumbing."" If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. :-)

Called them in morning and they came out in afternoon within the 2 hour window I was given. The plumber was very polite and professional and cleaned up well. He solved my issues (which I had several minor ones), and he gave me a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the service and costs. thank you.

I called Quick Plumbing for some repairs that were called for after a home inspection back in January of 1014. John was timely, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. When I had some issues with one of the repairs, a faucet that had some manufacturer defects, they were quick to come out and do the best they could, though the faucet just is what it is. Even four months later, when my family finally told me that there were drainage issues in the master bath (which I never use), they were quick to send someone to fix the problem even though it was way past the warranty. Bernardo was the gentleman that handled that one, again very respectful. I love a company that stands behind its work and seeks the customer's satisfaction. I will use them for my next plumbing issue.

Set appointment. to meet contractor about a week ago, had long meeting covering details of water heater installation and related re piping work. Provided Richard with color, blowups of elevations (4 large blow ups) which he promised to return with his proposal. The elevations I had provided to him, in essence laid out most of what he otherwise would have to plan from scratch for his proposal. Some 8 days later and a couple calls to his office soliciting a return call, I hear from his employee, that he seldom sees Richard in office or elsewhere, doesn't know where he is or goes, etc.
Bottom line- No follow up by Richard, he just disappeared with my elevations. Never saw any indication that he even began to prepare any type proposal. He didn't answer his own cell phone or his office line. What a waste of time. A real flake. Very convincing over the phone ahead of initial meet and very confident sounding and assuring in person during initial appointment with clear communications from him about fine tuning some details, preparing proposal and returning with my elevations, pricing, terms, schedule work dates and times, etc. Perhaps I should send him an invoice for the 4 elevations he seemingly decided to keep for some reason.
1/24/14 update. Richard called late evening with a real bad attitude. He wasn't about to explain or apologize for his earlier behavior. He was rude. It was difficult to stay on phone with him, as he made little sense. After he ran out of steam, he finally said he'd return the elevations the next morning and I asked that he call before arriving. He said he would. However, he didn't do that and instead left them on the ground sometime the late evening or at night the following day.

These guys are at the very top of Angie's List...and now mine too! I had two small things for them to do; they came right out and took care of business! They fixed a leak in our laundry area and added new faucets, then silenced a moaning toilet quickly and professionally. Very fair price for expert work and they even offer coupons in their site!

This review has been updated....
The plumber arrived at our house around 5:30, which is 1.5 hours after the 2-4 p.m. window we were given. That's why this is a 3 star and not a 4 star review. While I understand that things happen, including traffic and life, it is the responsibility of the company to communicate and respond to those things.
The GOOD:
However, once John arrived, he quickly got to work and resolved the issue in a timely manner. As most service providers should, he used booties when entering our house, and removed them when walking to his truck. Same was done for his equipment to keep the house clean. This is very much appreciated. John was courteous, didn't seem too bothered by the annoying barking dog, and answered all questions effectively. He even drew a great sketch to help us understand what the heck we were dealing with. We were given a discount for the wait, which I also appreciate.
When asked if I would use the services again, I answered in the affirmative. If the work holds up and gets us our tub back, I'm happy with the services provided, just not the wait time, and I'll be very clear about those expectations in the future.
The Not so Good:
We called this morning to have our shower repaired. They said they would send a plumber between 2 & 4. I called at 4, and was told that the plumber called us when he left Menlo Park 20 minutes prior and he was on his way. Interesting, as none of our phones rang. I phoned back at 4:30 and no one picked up. I called back at 4:50, no response. At 5:00, I was called back and told that the plumber was on his way.

Quick Plumbing is just that. I had a leak above the door in my laundry room. The plumber, Tom, arrived right on time and quickly identified the issue. He explained all that he was doing. He was extremely polite and sweet and soon helped me relax about the problem. Tom is my hero!
The charge was just for one hour and much less than another plumber that I had used who charged $185 just to step through my door!
I would use Quick Plumbing again in a heartbeat but I hope I don't have to.
