I used Quick Plumbing twice, or at least I tried to use them the 2nd time. The 1st time we called about clogged toilet. They came quickly and fixed the problem at reasonable price--although he did try to sell us a new toilet. The 2nd time, about 8 months later, we had another drain problem but less urgent. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later. They called a few minutes before the appointment, saying they had an emergency and could they reschedule. We rescheduled for 3 days later. They never showed up and never called. I called twice, requesting a call back, and have never heard back.

Called Quick Plumbing to address failed plumbing under the vanity. John came out within an hour, quickly assessed the problem, had all the parts in his truck, was professional, polite, on time and charged a fair price. I was so happy with John and Quick, I had them come back later and upgrade the other vanity's ancient plumbing and install a new faucets. Highly recommend Quick Plumbing and John S.

Had a Pelican whole house water filter installed by John on 8/30/17. Very happy with the work. He did such a great job and was very personable and patient In explaining how to use the new system. I've also received multiple compliments on how professional the job looks!

Worst plumbing company ever! I hired them to replace my broken sewer lateral and they did the work without getting permits which was part of the contract. I found out when it was clogged thinking it was a city issue. The city informed me the work was done incorrectly and without permits. I called Richard the first week of January and he assured me it would be corrected the following week. He didn't show up the following week and I thought it was due to the storms. I waited until after the storms to contact him again. When I did in early March, he did not respond which left me no choice but the file a complain with the California contractors licensing board which he did not respond to. As of today, I am still waiting for resolution and will probably have to file a lawsuit if the board can't help me. DO NOT HIRE!

Found Quick Plumbing in the Bay Area Checkbook listing back in the late 80s/early 90s after a bad yellow pages pick. Have used them ever since. Courteous, professional, do what's needed, dig only what's necessary in the yard. RIchard and his crew are excellent.

I had a broken sewer line on a Saturday morning and I decided to get a second opinion from Richard on the course of action for the repairs. He called me back within an hour of my message and came over by lunch time to help me.

Richard helped me re-evaluate my situation. I promptly fired the first plumber that I had hired and engaged Richard and his crew to help.

They came in at a much lower price and provided prompt, courteous service. Their work quickly passed the city inspection with flying colors. They removed all of the construction debris and put the soil back in place.

In addition, they provided a ""scope of my entire sewer line"" and did an inspection of all of the pipes under my house. I have detailed information about the state of my sewer line and my household pipes and what project to tackle next (With Richards help).

I recently had the need to seek services for a plumbing/insurance issue. I contacted Quick Plumbing. The staff was pleasant when I called and was able to provide the services I needed. Staff arrived promptly, did as requested, cleaned up thoroughly and I couldn't have asked for more. I was so pleased with the service that I recently gave my neighbor the company name and phone number.
I will definitely use this service again and would not hesitate to refer the business to others.

Several jobs done, knowledgeable, fair prices, far better than several other competitors we tried. They do tend to come a bit later than promised, but this has been our experience with virtually all services coming to our home.

It's Saturday and I needed a plumber.
I called five different places. Only one said yes. These guys.

The guy who came to my house (I think his name was John) was exceptional, just terrific and extremely personable and professional.

My job was simple( to replace couple shower heads) but the shower heads I bought we're different and not straightforward to install He looked at it, an figured it out in about 30 seconds and in 20 minutes or so he was done.

They gave me a time window in which he was to show up. He showed up on the EARLY end of the window (how refreshing). Even though I had to pay time and 1/2 cuz it was the weekend, the price was more affordable than other plumbers I'd asked to do the same work during the week. Will certainly use Quick again. Hope all their workers are as nice, smart and efficient as my guy was today (1/10/15).

Fabulous customer service. Richard answered my frantic call for service and immediately put me at ease by offering to send someone out within a few hours on the same day to definitively take care of my service request. There was no fuss. What impressed me more however was the graciousness he had when I called back 15 minutes later to cancel the reservation due to extenuating circumstances. I felt badly about cancelling when Quick Plumbing was so ready to accommodate me. I was so impressed with the courtesy, graciousness that I know exactly who I will call the next time I have a service request for plumbing. I want to acknowledge my appreciation for the wonderful responses from Quick Plumbing.
