Excellent service at a very reasonable price. They came out right away and were charging me less than another company quoted just for the minimum. This is the second time I used them and I will certainly use them for all my plumbing needs.
Cherylin and Jose were great!
Thank you!

Joe arrived at a property to repair a leak that was discovered under the sink. Upon arrival the leak could not be identified. He did not give up! He continued to trouble shoot by running the water, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. He was able to find the source of the leak and made the repair! Very impressed!!!

My review is just for a sewage inspection for buying a house. They were referred to me by my home inspector. I called them in the morning and they were able to come out later that same day. Eric and Joe allowed me to look on as they video inspected the sewer system, and when it was done took me through step by step how this particular sewage system worked (the house is on a huge hill), where all the clean-outs were, and what to look for if problems were to happen. Price for the inspection was 230, it seemed in line with competitors, and for a rush job was very appropriate. Would hire again for further work.

It's really easy to forget how good you have it until things aren't working properly! As we moved into our new home, we noticed that our bathtub would flood when we ran the shower and attempted to flush the toilet at the same time. Our house only has one bathroom, so we were in dire need of a savior, who happens to be named Jose! When I got home from work, Jose had already completed the job and everything has been ""easy sailing"" since then. Thank you!

Nice guys. Expert service with up to date methods of detection and repair. Never felt like they were trying to milk me for cash. Even had good advice for dealing with the bureaucracy of the city of San Diego since my leak was under the sidewalk. Quick to respond to my call.

This is by far the most reliable plumbing company I've worked with! I oversee maintenance for a large portfolio of properties and Quality Rooter is who I call when we have plumbing issues. It has taken me a long time to vet a service as theirs. They have also never received less than a 5 star review from any of our tenants. I love how fast they are but most importantly how consistent their service is. Thank you QRP, Cherilyn, and Eric for all that you do.

If you are looking for an amazing plumber who is a fantastic guy and extremely reasonable call Quality Rooter & Plumbing Inc. www.SanDiegoQuality.com. Not only did he resolve our plumbing issue but, after he cleared the line he walked me through step by step so I can be sure it doesn't happen again.
We have been dealing with a worthless warranty company American Home Shield. They sent out subpar plumbers who were worthless. We had one company wanting to charge us $7,000!After almost three weeks without use of my washing machine and dishwasher I was desperate. I reached out the Quality Rooter and Plumbing and explained my issue. The office manager moved their schedule around someone could be dispatched to come and help. (Same day!) He worked for over a couple hours. , At one point he said, ""If I can't unclog the pipe, it can't be unclogged. "" Eric kept his word! Pipes are cleaned and I didn't have to take out a loan to do so.

Great company. Very friendly and affordable. Cherilyn is very friendly and these guys do great work.

Get a set quote prior to job. Although they do provide quality plumbing work which is most important, the hours they bill are ridiculous. 7 hours for a garbage disposal and 3 hours for a new toilet. get the hours in writing and don't pay a penny more.

""Quality Plumbing"" is the plumbing company our condo association recommends for our building downtown.
We'll never use them again.
Today we needed a replacement of a 1/2""'dual washing machine valve done. The plumber that showed up 20 minutes early (not a good thing for people with highly scheduled lives) acted like he had never seen one before and wanted to replace with 2 single values (thus loose water pipes coming out of the wall).
I told him they were available at the Home Depot 10 minutes from my house for $26. (They were actually $26.82).
He said he couldn't do it or if he could, not today.
I had already paid to shut the water off to this portion of of building so I went to Home Depot, got a new one. Removed the two screws and the old valve. Put the new o-rings & valve in. Works great.
He could have taken the time to get the part, installed it, and still have been finished within an hour.
I was going to have him snake three drains because one is slow draining. That could have been a second billable hour. Their loss.
About 1.5 years ago we had them replace of sink drain stoppers. After the ""plumber"" left, I noticed the name on the stopper was installed upside down.
Never again will we use them & I hope to have them removed from our condo association's list of acceptable plumbers.
