Our kitchen sink was completely clogged and if you have had to try living without a kitchen sink, it is not fun.
Called Quality at about 0930 and they said they could get a tech (Joe) out between 1100 and 1300. The tech was slightly delayed and Quality called to let us know which is good customer service in our eyes and appreciated. Joe showed up at about 1320 and went to work. Our sink now drains better than it has in years and we are very happy we called Quality Rooter and Plumbing. Thanks Shipmate!!

Quality Rooter & Plumbing is not only my historical choice of Plumbers but also the constant choice of my entire Condo Community. Found myself in a situation where I needed to have a Kitchen Faucet replaced along with a dishwasher and disposal. A complete overhaul...So it was time for me to put in a call to Cherilyn, Quality Rooter & Plumbing Boss Lady! She took my requests, listened and answered my questions. I made an appointment day and time and Whoola...Joe, my plumber came and performed his miracles. The cost was beyond reasonable. Joe came in with suggestions on ""saving money""...not spending more. What a dream Quality Rooter & Plumbing is...I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Quality Rooter from my phone call to Cherilyn to my Thank You, Joe as he was leaving my completed JOB. Quality did work in my appartment complex and blocked handicap parking. under threat of a tow truck, they then moved to another resident parking spot, blocking them from being able to park as well. Contractor was extremely rude. Do not recommend.

Being an architect, builder and Contractor for close to 5 decades, having used many different licensed plumbing contractors through the years, I have unfortunately experienced a general major decline in the quality of workmanship...and substantial increase in plumbing contractors prices!

So, this morning, when I asked Quality Rooter & Plumbing, Inc to repair one of my toilets, I was pleasantly surprised when their service technician performed the necessary repairs in one short hour. I was also surprised and pleased that his work was very good, his personality was excellent, and he performed the necessary repairs in very short order. The Quality Rooter and Plumbing price was also very reasonable! I plan to use this firm on all of our future plumbing work, and gladly recommend them to others needing high quality plumbing and rooter work...at fair and reasonable prices.

I live out of the area and have a rental house. A friend referred me to Quality Rooter & Plumbing for a toilet repair issue because I had a bad experience with another much larger company. Cherlyn sent Joe to my property within an hour of getting the call! Joe was quick to assess the issue and quick to fix it the next day after I gave the ok! He also alerted me to other issues by sending videos. I was so impressed that he took the time to do that even though it didn't benefit him (Problem with tile around tub and flooring issues). My property manager just had to call them for a different issue with the kitchen sink lines. Once again, very quick to respond and fix the issue. I appreciate the communication and their patience with answering my question! The tenants are very happy too! Thank you!!!!

Had an emergency plumbing problem. Joe was the plumber they sent and he came out immediately. He was fantastic. He showed and explained what was causing the problem. It was a challenging problem but he came up with a solution. What great service.

Excellent and honest service and works fast. Also, yesterday, Cherilyn who answered the phone was professional and a good listener. Today, she gave us a call to alert us that Eric is on the way.
