Joe was at our house first thing in the morning. He was very responsive, very professional and got the job done quickly and he made sure we were happy with his work. I highly recommend this company. They were extremely reasonable.

Property managers don't use this company. They will take advantage and over charge. They double charged for a second visit when the plumber was already in the bldg working on a different unit. All that needed to be done was to confirm a wall was dry. When I called to ask if they can waive the second charge since it wasn't a special trip to re-inspect the person on the phone didn't really care about the request. She said the tech was there for 1 hour which should have taken 5 minutes.

The lady that answers the phone CHERILYN is very rude and mean. She won't listen to you she will talk over you and scream. She is really racist! If you have an accent she will yell at you and tell you unbelievably pricing. And do not piss her off she will double the price. She has zero customers service if you're in need of plumbing please do yourself a favor and use a different company. Cherilyn will make your life miserable than having plumbing issues. Worst person I have ever dealt with.

Eric and Joe were fast, courteous and professional. These two gentleman gave me a real education in plumbing 101, answering all my questions and concerns.
Eric and his wife are the owners of Quality Rooter and she mans the office. Every interaction with her was pleasant, professional, educational and reassuring.

Great customer service. Anything that requires fixing is always stressful and time is of the essence. I was informed and updated frequently. The job was done quickly and sufficient. I will definitely recommend this company so quality and great communication, even though I was quite stressed and probably unpleasant to deal with they made me feel like a priority.

Our kitchen sink was completely clogged and if you have had to try living without a kitchen sink, it is not fun.
Called Quality at about 0930 and they said they could get a tech (Joe) out between 1100 and 1300. The tech was slightly delayed and Quality called to let us know which is good customer service in our eyes and appreciated. Joe showed up at about 1320 and went to work. Our sink now drains better than it has in years and we are very happy we called Quality Rooter and Plumbing. Thanks Shipmate!!

Found myself in a situation where I needed to have a Kitchen Faucet replaced along with a dishwasher and disposal. A complete overhaul...So it was time for me to put in a call to Cherilyn, Quality Rooter & Plumbing Boss Lady! She took my requests, listened and answered my questions. I made an appointment day and time and Whoola...Joe, my plumber came and performed his miracles. The cost was beyond reasonable. Joe came in with suggestions on ""saving money""...not spending more. What a dream Quality Rooter & Plumbing is...I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Quality Rooter from my phone call to Cherilyn to my Thank You, Joe as he was leaving my completed JOB. Quality did work in my appartment complex and blocked handicap parking. under threat of a tow truck, they then moved to another resident parking spot, blocking them from being able to park as well. Contractor was extremely rude. Do not recommend.
