The technician was so late for the appointment. Quality Plumbing is only prepared to do the most basic of work. They don't have buckets, towels or cleaning supplies - they expected me to provide all of these items. Complained the entire time about his back and took personal calls on his cell phone. When his time to go on to the next appointment came up, he gave up on the repair - said he didn't have the equipment needed to complete the job. To add insult to injury, he reported back to my home warranty company that I had caused the issue, voiding my coverage for this item. TERRIBLE company - I would recommend you AVOID at all costs.

Dont bother calling them. They have very rude and not professional plumbers. Their scheduling service is very poor. They do not give the courstesy call prior to arrival, so you miss the appointment and then they want to close the order but bill you for only showing up. Next, I rescheduled and they did not show within the morning time period provided. When I called to complain, they said they are coming in the afternoon to wait. No one showed up. Not until the next day that they called to reschedule. I rescheduled and was promised that I was going to be the first appointment. No one showed up at 8:00am and no call again, not until 9:37 am when I got a call telling me that in an hour the plumbers are coming. They did showed this time but with an attitude. First, they said that they can only fix one thing (the toilet) being an order for a clogged shower and a not working toilet. As a paying customer, you do not need to go through this ordeal. Quality Plumbing Solutions is THE WORST! Every time you call, you wait at least 15 minutes on hold before you even talk to someone. Then when you get them, they are disinterested, rude, and inefficient. We had a simple issue with our toilet, and one of their plumbers came out to take care of it. It turns out he needed to order a part and would have to come back to fix it. So that was 4 weeks ago. After calling several times to get the follow up appointment, we finally got it scheduled only to be told today by the plumber that the part never got ordered and now we need to wait for it again. THE WORST!! Never ever hire them, its the worst customer experience I've ever had.

Worst company, shows up once late and takes the money. Schedule an appt for 1 week later with an 8-12 time frame and they dont show up, call and they will be there about 4pm. Worst company! Do not use them!

OMG, this was the most unprofessional plumber I've ever done business with. I don't know where to begin. First, scheduling the service was a pain. The service was performed in Jacksonville, FL to fix a slab leak, and it took more than a month to get them to come out. Unfortunately, firing them wasn't an option because we were going through our home warranty. When they finally did come out, they charged an extra $100 to remove a closet door and part of the door frame so they could get to the leak. Evidently, that $100 didn't include re-installation of the door frame or the door, because they lift them sitting in the middle of the living room with the nails sticking up. When I called about this, they said they or a scheduler would get in touch with me to resolve the issue. Nobody ever called back, so I had to call them again weeks later, only to find out they wouldn't be sending anyone out to fix it. They dumped their garbage (the gravel from cutting into the slab) in our front yard by a fence instead of disposing of it properly, and they didn't clean up after themselves inside either. The area in which they worked was left very dirty when they were done and gone. Do yourself a favor and find a professional to do your plumbing work, because these people are hacks.

Stay clear of these people, they are not professional and do not do good work. I had them come out for a clogged bath tub, or I thought was a clogged tub. They came rodded it out, worked fine for a month then same thing. They came back and rodded it out again, two days later same thing and when I called and asked them for assistance, because I felt there is more of a problem than just a rodding, they told me two days later was the soonest they could come back. They are listed as an emergency plumbing company, I guess two days is fast? They obviously didn't do a complete check of the plumbing system and now my house is going to need more than just plumbing repairs. Don't use these people unless you want someone who is not schooled well in plumbing.

I have witnessed the lack of professionalism and customer care this company has. If I could give less than a star I would. They deserve a NEGATIVE star amount. They are rude, disrespectful, incompetent, and unable to meet a single appointment time. They have left my cousins home half done while the upcoming hurricane Irma is hitting Florida this week. The last appointment was a complete NO SHOW... how are they still in business?!!!! I am an avid yelper and want anyone in the area to know AVOID THEM! I am positing a few photos for you to see the lack of importance their customers needs are.

This company made me feel as if I could have fixed this problem myself. Technicians are here now, two days later, after getting their snake stuck down my kitchen drain to stop it from backing up. They called a septic company to come and open the lid just to find that it wasn't where their snake was stuck. They eventually cut their snake cable ( which they should have done in the first place) Sucks for them...they are out a snake...and i doubt my kitchen drain is actually going to function properly after all of this. Came to them through my home warranty, seems just like everyone else had the same problem. Never offered me paperwork to sign upon arrival. Told me that not having the snake was """"putting a damper on their plans"""". NEVER use this company. I've never been so humiliated and pissed off in my entire life. Used my bathroom with the door open while I was alone in the house, and made complete fools of themselves. please, I beg you, don't let this company do anything in your home!

The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with in 68 years!! Very unprofessional and extremely rude!! Brooke and Brian are a sad excuse of management! Beware beware beware!!!! I would never allow this company in my home again! I am stunned at their disrespect and unprofessionalism!! I would definitely say the worst company out there!!

Unprofessional! So they are serial offenders it looks like. My home owners insurance company set this service up. Two Fridays in a row I was told they'd be here between 12pm-5pm. Both times I got a call around 4pm that they should arrive around 7pm! Zero stars if I could.
