Unprofessional! So they are serial offenders it looks like. My home owners insurance company set this service up. Two Fridays in a row I was told they'd be here between 12pm-5pm. Both times I got a call around 4pm that they should arrive around 7pm! Zero stars if I could.

Dont bother calling them. They have very rude and not professional plumbers. Their scheduling service is very poor. They do not give the courstesy call prior to arrival, so you miss the appointment and then they want to close the order but bill you for only showing up. Next, I rescheduled and they did not show within the morning time period provided. When I called to complain, they said they are coming in the afternoon to wait. No one showed up. Not until the next day that they called to reschedule. I rescheduled and was promised that I was going to be the first appointment. No one showed up at 8:00am and no call again, not until 9:37 am when I got a call telling me that in an hour the plumbers are coming. They did showed this time but with an attitude. First, they said that they can only fix one thing (the toilet) being an order for a clogged shower and a not working toilet. As a paying customer, you do not need to go through this ordeal. You better get services from someone else. Good Luck! Note - Work done in Jacksonville

Worst company, shows up once late and takes the money. Schedule an appt for 1 week later with an 8-12 time frame and they dont show up, call and they will be there about 4pm. Worst company! Do not use them!

It took six attempts for Quality Plumbing Solution (QPS) to replace our water heater, then they didn't refund money for work not done, which could potentially be viewed as fraud. I will outline our experience. We called 2-10 Home Warranty when our hot water tank started leaking and their agent contacted QPS who sent out a plumber that moonlights for QPS. After the assessment was completed, 2-10 called us and said that the tank would be replaced but we would have to pay an additional $165 beyond what was allowed because QPS said there would need to be """"extensive re -piping."""" The plumber had shown us the piping that would need to be replaced to and from the condenser and the recirculating line. He took photos, as did I, and sent them to QPS. It took six (6) attempts to replace the water heater. They canceled several times because, the wrong tank was deliver to the shop, then because it was raining too hard, then a different moonlighting plumber brought the wrong tank to the house, the next plumber canceled because of a medical emergency, the next plumber (Jeff QPS Manager) said he couldn't do it because it was a two-man job and he had a bad back, then the final plumber forgot his tools and had to come back that afternoon. More concerning than the disorganization and lack of service is QPS' charging for work not done. The first technician's original diagnosis stated that piping would have to be replaced to the compression container and the recirculation pipe. His work order resulted in an additional $165 that we had to pay over the $100 deductible and the amount that 2-10 would pay for re-piping. In actuality the plumber that installed the water heater said that there was no need for the re-piping and simply cut off the compression container and the recirculation pipe, saying we didn't need them. When Jeff, the manager, was not able to put in the tank, he was very apologetic. He said he would get a refund of the $100 deductible and the additional $165 that we paid. This was before the final plumber just cut everything off. After the job was done, we made numerous calls to Jeff, which He didn't return (we tried about ten times). Then we spoke to Brooke Buck the office manager that did refund the $100 deductible but said she would need to talk Brian Ross the CEO about refunding the $165 for the """"extensive re-piping"""" that wasn't done. Mr. Ross never responded after more calls and emails. It is understandable that the first plumber may have overestimated the work needed in which case a refund of the $165 would have resolved the situation. However, QPS' unwillingness to refund the money for work not done may be fraudulent.

I have just had the worst plumber experience of my life with Quality Plumbing, LLC, Brian Ross and Denille Scott. Denille shows up on time for a plumbing stoppage claim through American Home Shield. He looks at my toilet, from a distance, says that it does not have an above ground clean out and that American Home Shield wont pay to have the toilet removed to snake the line through the toilet hole. In addition we show him a vent stack in the wall that has a crack in it and needs to be replaced and he ignores this crack completely. We offer to remove toilet and he says that he has 11 more calls to make today and would come back later that afternoon to snake the line. I called his office late afternoon and they rescheduled him for the following morning. In the mean time our toilet has been removed and sewer gases are starting to fill the house. We cover the hole and wait for morning. Danille shows up the following morning on time, he pulls out his equipment that looks brand new, he moans and groans about how heavy the equipment is and that this job has already taken him to long (10 min so far) he then puts the auger in the hole without a tip on it and starts to ream out the line. he spends maybe 5 minutes and the water comes out of the tub. He declares the project done and starts to pack up. My wife asks him why he did not have a tip on the auger and he claims it is not necessary. She states that this is a 3"""" plumbing line and he only ran a 3/4"""" auger tip to punch through a total blockage. No way will sewage waste get through this line. My wife asked if he had a larger bit to make sure the line would flow sewage and he pulls a tip from his pocket that is slightly larger than the cable it is attaching to. (What moron places a sewer auger bit in his pocket?) This bit is not a lot better than the cable without a bit so she asks him if he has a 2"""" or 2 1/2"""" bit. He says no but he can get one at home depot and come back to snake the line. An hour later I call him and he is off to another project with no intention of returning. I call his boss Brian Scott ( Managing Partner of Business) and tell him the above story and he informs me that they have done me a favor in showing up at all, because of the lack of a cleanout voids my Home Shield Warranty. I tell him that I paid $125.00 for this favor and that I expected my line to be cleared to function as it was intended, not just to allow water through. He than states that this is all they will be doing and that should I choose to cancel the check he would make and example of me because this is illegal. I stated that I did not write him a check and that my payment was made to American Home Shield not him. ( He apparently is threatened with check cancelation regularly) Bottom line! American Home Shield and it appears most other home warranty companies are nothing but a scam. I will be canceling my policy with them and requesting a refund. Quality Plumbing, LLC Kissimmee, Florida is incapable of performing any substantial plumbing work, is geared up to show up, do nothing , or as little as possible and collect their $100.00 per visit. PS. There is no record with the Florida Plumbing Regulatory board that Danille Scott is a licensed plumber. DO NOT HIRE OR EVEN ALLOW QUALITY PLUMBING, LLC IN YOUR HOME!

IF it were possible I would give no stars. DO not use them! American Home Warranty sent this company out on May 19, 2017 to repair my hot water heater. They sent 1st plumber who said ingnitor needed replaced. I waited about 10 days and a different plumber showed up to rediagnose the problem. He got the hot water heater going but it quit again. About 10 days later he requests photos of my hot water heater labels and he said I needed a burner unit. About 10 days later a third plumber shows up to re diagnosis the problem. He says I need a thermocouple and an ignighter. About 10 days later He shows up with the ignighter and thermocouple. He put on ignighter, tuns on water heater lets it run for 15 minutes , water heater goes out. Now, he tells me , it's too hot to work on. He'll come back next day . We set a time. The next day I call to find he won't be able to make time so it's set for the next day. I call first thing to make sure he will come. We wait all day and the plumber never shows or calls. When I call to speak to the manager he apologizes and assures me the plumber will come and it will be repaired, GUARANTEED! Plumber arrives a week later ,brings antother tech with him. The water heater is worked on for about an hour and they claim it's unrepairable. They will get authorization from American Home Warranty to replace it. Two days later another plumbing company calls to set up an appointment to come and see about my water heater. When I checked with the home warranty company, Quality plumbing solutions requested a transfer to another company. They never reported it being unrepairable or requested replacement. In 40 years I have never dealt with a worse company of any kind.

Company was selected by Home Warranty company and was scheduled to come between 8a-12p. It was 11:50a so we called to check on technician and their records showed he completed the job. We double checked the toilet to make sure they do not employ ninja plumbers and verified the issue was still there and informed them no one has been to our house. They got the plumber on the line and he said he had already been to the house, fixed the issue and talked to a young lady. Again, we told them no one has been to our house so he said he'd turn around and come back to the house. This was at 12:00p. We called them back at 2:00p and spoke to one of the phone reps who said they couldn't get a hold of the plumber but assured us he would get to us before the end of the day and before he most likely fixed another neighbors toilet. IS THIS A COMMON OCCURRENCE?!?! It is the year 2017 and this is not a porn. If a plumber that I haven't called shows up to fix a toilet, I'm going to be suspicious and I would hope others would as well. At 3:30 the company calls us back and says the plumber had an emergency and couldn't make it today but would come tomorrow afternoon. This time doesn't work so we request to be the first appointment on Thursday and they said they would put the request in to see what they could do. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, WE JUST NEED SOMEONE TO FIX OUR POOPER! We have called our Home Warranty company and told them to get us another plumber after reading all these reviews along with living through our experience.

DO NOT USE this company!!! They don't even deserve 1 star, but 0 stars was not an option! They were sent to my house by my home warranty company, I am now going on 2 weeks without hot water! They have supposedly ordered the part 3 times, but still haven't recieved it. However, on 2 occasions they told me they had the part and scheduled an appt, but never showed up after I waited most of the day, not even a call to tell me they weren't coming, until AFTER the scheduled 4 hour window that i sat around waiting!! They are HORRIBLE to say the least and still have not fixed my hot water heater!!!

The technician was so late for the appointment. Quality Plumbing is only prepared to do the most basic of work. They don't have buckets, towels or cleaning supplies - they expected me to provide all of these items. Complained the entire time about his back and took personal calls on his cell phone. When his time to go on to the next appointment came up, he gave up on the repair - said he didn't have the equipment needed to complete the job. To add insult to injury, he reported back to my home warranty company that I had caused the issue, voiding my coverage for this item. TERRIBLE company - I would recommend you AVOID at all costs.

Assigned through my home warranty company, books their appointment a week out. We waited a week with. No toilet. Gave me an window time to come. The technician was late AND he did not call to say so. Finally shows up about 1:30 and said they are not going to repair my issue , to pictures and left. What a waste.
