We moved into an older home a couple months ago and within a week of moving in we had to call quality plumbing in the middle of the night for what turned out to be a very expensive/labor intensive problem - a broken sewer pipe. Quality plumbing came out within an hour & a half, with two highly knowledgeable employees. They knew the problem immediately. By 8am that morning, they had contacted our village and the village was out marking lines in our grass when we woke up. They brought the permit from the village by 1pm and they also started work at 9am that morning. We ended up needing two days of work and at one time there were at least 5 guys here. The manager was one who had come overnight when we first noticed we had a problem and he said he would try to come back to monitor. He actually followed through on that which was appreciated. The work was done quickly and they were super clean with everything. You wouldn't even know they were there. We interacted with several employees throughout this process and every single one of them was exceptional - professional, nice, knowledgeable, accommodating. The office manager was also absolutely wonderful. At the time, I was 9 months pregnant and we also have a small child. She was very friendly, nice, and helpful to accommodate us payment wise. E would highly recommend this company and will be using them for all plumbing in the future.

I had a plumbing emergency on Thanksgiving weekend 2015. I woke up to sewer water backing up in my condo bathroom, out of my toilet AND bathtub! All of the Condo Board members were out of town for the holiday weekend and I was freaking out and didn't know who to call....I called Quality Plumbing and they were here, on a holiday weekend, within the HOUR!!! They assessed the problem correctly, AND FIXED IT IN UNDER 2 HOURS! They also provided sound advice for necessary maintenance for the sewer catch basins for our building, to prevent this problem from occurring in the near future which they said WOULD, if we didn't do specific things they educated me on, for the future. The 2 guys who came out, I believe had a combined 20 years of experience. They were WONDERFUL, and I learned from research later, that their prices very competitive for an emergency call on a holiday weekend. I owe them so big and they saved my condo, since I also learned that homeowners insurance rarely covers flooding damage (to my bathroom in this case), caused by an existing problem from a communal pipe, in the type of building I live in...they saved the day for me, and quite frankly for my whole building, since the potential water damage if this would have gone on just a few more hours, would have been catastrophic to the whole building and potential flooding in our basement etc...THANK YOU SO MUCH QUALITY PLUMBING AND SCOTT AND PHIL!!!

2 years ago I had Quality plumping services came and replaced 8' baseboard heater because it was leaking they charged me $2400 later I had estimate to install new boiler for $7900 from QPS Then I called Polar heating and air conditioning they estimated $4200 also install Crown boiler which is better then Burham series 3 was proposed by QPS. Therefore I think they are over charged customers and suggesting you to call other company like Polar heating and conditioning to compare the price before sign contract with QPS.

I think these guys are the real deal. With the amount of rain we get in my area, I was very nervous when my sump pump went out the other night around midnight. Storms were in the forecast. I called and spoke to someone (Ralph) at 3:00 am who assured me they'd be out next day though not til noon. He could tell I was nervous and said they might get there earlier and not to worry. Had a hard time sleeping. But come 7:30 a.m. Diane called and was kind and reassuring and said they'd make every effort to get out before noon cause storms were in the forecast. And sure enough they did , they got there before 9:00. Though not with the news I wanted (need new pump and price was a tad high) but the guys wally and isacc knew what they were doing, were totally professional and made me feel at ease. Pump is working great and warranty is in place. I'd call them again!

These guys were absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend them. My 95 year old Aunt lost the use of her drains and they came out quickly and worked there butts off. Her drains were restored for a reasonable price . They could of very easily tried to make more money however they were extremely thoughtful and caring for someone that they could of taken advantage of.

Quality plumbing helped us with our recent toilet flooding issue. They came out the next day & were extremely informative on what the issue was. They fixed it on the spot & were so fast. John was great, very helpful & friendly. I would absolutely hire them for our next plumbing needs & would recommend them to friends!

They came out and replaced a water heater in just 2.5 hours, on Mother's Day, no less! Wally, the manager, walked us through the process late Saturday night. They arrived promptly at 9am Sunday morning, and by 11:30am, it was done, and we had hot water by noon! The process was smooth and painless (other than financially speaking), and Dan was a great service rep who explained everything, and showed us how to care of it as well.

I am a repeat customer. We hired Quality Plumbing for our master bath to have the sink plumbing replaced and shower cartridge replaced. Wally did a great job and my new hardware is working beautifully and my shower is a dream to turn on each day! He had most parts with him and ant he didn't he quickly purchased nearby. Would definitely hire them again and again.
