I sent out a request to Quality Plumbing for a quote. I received a message shortly after to call in the morning. I called and I was given a quote over the phone and scheduled for next day. I got a call back about and hour later saying he was in the area and could come by sooner. Great.. ok! He came by and fixed my corroded emergency shut off valve for exactly the amount he quoted me, $260.00. I am so glad I reached out to him. I originally had a well know local company come out on Monday that charged a $49 fee to look at the problem. Then I was given an estimate of $712.00.....yes you read that correctly!!! Not to mention Quality Plumbing didn't even charge me an up front fee for coming out. Quality Plumbing even looked under my sink and shared some other future fixes I will need, but gave me homemade solutions until I could afford it. I couldn't be happier with the easy communication and honest work. Will absolutely being calling them for all my plumbing needs.

Called for an issue with our kitchen faucet and bath tub spout. Tony responded right away and even fixed the problem on the same day. They also checked my tub issue and at the end, he recommended we wait on that. Saved me money and time! Would def call them again for my next plumbing need. Thanks Tony!

Definitely Five stars...I contacted Tony Saturday and he said he could come Monday. What was another day right? The service they provided was excellent and fast. I was quoted some pretty outrageous prices from other companies to fix my leaky shower, some starting at $850 and $90 per hour for labor. With parts and labor Quality plumbing is the way to go! Give them a call right away, I know I will when I have any other plumbing issues.

Tony did a great job!! He responded quickly with a quote. We had a dripping shower. So he came to do the job within the scheduled time. He checked and quickly fixed the problem. The cost was also reasonable. We would definitely use him again!!

Came on site to do an estimate, and was very reasonable, fixed our toilet within 30 minutes and it now works great!

Trying to replace my valve apparatus, on my shower. According to YouTube a process it would take a plumber approximately 1 hour tops, requiring equipment probably around $20-$30. This individual has a flat rate of $800. that will give him around a $700 per hour rate making him the highest-paid plumber in the area, and higher paid than neurosurgeons. when I explained to him that the price was outrageous, how he justifies that based on a $90 hourly rate he responded in the most professional manner that he knew how. Please see attached image. "" you need to think clear! "". I should've responded yes I am going to think clearly and not hire you as a plumber. I would avoid this gentleman, I have no idea how he has such high rating, but his unprofessional behavior is something that is not desirable in my opinion. sincerely, valvehunter2000

Tony did an excellent job on my total bathroom remodel. He relocated all the drain lines and water lines. He were on time and attention to details. More importantly, great rate. I couldn't be more happier. I will highly recommend Quality Plumbing for any of your plumbing job needed. No matter how big or small.

I decided to join yelp to review this business. On Friday morning I called Tony to fix my leaking toilet and to my surprise he said he would be able to come to my apartment at 5:00 pm. At 4:30pm I received a call in which he said he was really busy that day and if it was okay to reschedule to Saturday morning at 9:00. No problem... So Saturday morning 9:00 comes he calls me saying he is at the store to buy supplies and will be there at 9:30. Then 10:00 comes... still not here, no messages, so I cancelled the appointment. I'm sure he is good at what he does judging by the reviews but if I'm paying for services, punctuality is important.

Tony came , fixed my toilet. It's as good as new. And he another new art, not sure what it is called and the toilet is quiet and works like a charm. Yippppeeeeeeee!

Today (Saturday) I called a few local plumbing places to get our toilet fixed at our apartment. All other places didn't answer the phone but Quality Plumbing did. They told me they would arrive at my home in 45 minutes which was a relief to me since I was leaving to go to the beach within the next few hours and I wanted to problem resolved as soon as possible. Tony came by and fixed our toilet in 15 minutes and even fixed the chain for our toilet so we don't have to hold it down for it to flush (I live with a few other girls and we know nothing about toilets), so that was exciting for us. They charge $90 an hour so thats what we paid and we're happy to have it fixed so promptly since we're having guests over tonight.
