be careful this Chinese guy, he didn't completely fix leaking at my apartment and get money and run away, I have been asking for receipt but he ignored me, I will sue him to Honolulu court. avoid this guy if you don't want a bad services and pour experience

Tony, is a reliable and trustworthy plumber. Alot of upgrades to older Waikiki condo, Added a master shutoff valve in unit, replaced all water supply lines, replaced 24 year old water heater. Tony, does quality work and would hire again for all my plumbing needs.

If you are looking for a plumber Tony is very good and friendly and professional. He's a one stop shop even when needing to replacing your toilet for a new one. He does give you the option to get your own toilet if you don't want go with what he has on stock and still install it for you. He's also very clean and neat when working in your home and will clean up after himself after the job is done. He checks to make sure the area he worked on is clean and neat before he leaves and he works very fast.

Had a clogged kitchen sink and I didn't even use the sink because we just got home from having dinner for my wife's birthday. Come to find that my drain shares a pipe with my neighbor, so the shared pipe backed up, which in turn pushed water up my drain whenever they used their sink. I called everyone who was listed as 24/7 plumbers, but none had availability last night. In the morning, I called 535 because I have used them a few times, but they didn't have availability until Sunday. As I scrolled through Yelp, I came across Quality Plumbing and saw the address was my address! This plumber lives in my building. I took this as a major plus because he has got to be familiar with the building. He was very nice upon taking my call and scheduled a range between 12:15 - 2:15pm. He arrive at the tail end of the time range and wasted no time. He showed his knowledge of the building by doing all the work in the hallway access point. I cleared my kitchen sink cabinet anticipating that would be where all the work would be done. He showed me the pipe and what was built up, kitchen grease.. replaced the original 45 year old cast iron pipe with PVC. Assured no leaks by having me and my neighbor run our water, and he was done in about an hour. Very friendly, easy to work with, and reasonable rates. I will use them from now on for all my plumbing needs!

Serving this community as a local restoration general contractor, I found myself constantly challenged with the need for a fair priced fix that I could rely on for years to come, but then I found Tony. This man clearly loves what he does and when other plumbers say ""I can't,"" Tony says, ""I can,"" and does, that for a price that's within budget. The only downside, if there was one, is that there is only one of him. But, to be able to have the work done right the first time, is well worth the wait.

My radiator was pau. They responded to our call and arrived on time to evaluate situation. Then left to get new water heater back within the hour installed and we're out within an hour to install it. Didn't leave a mess. What more could you ask for I highly recommend them!!!
