Great service. Had a diagnostic dilemma in our oxnard condo complex. A slow leak was occuring in the roof of the unit below ours. I was very afraid that this would become a huge nightmare just to figure it out. Property management dropped the ball so my wife and downstairs neighbor set up a time with quality plumbing. They (Richard and a co-worker) showed up on time, were very polite, courteous and professional. They even wore shoe cover-ups to not track up the floor!!! They coordinated together one in our unit and one downstairs with cell phones and successfully diagnosed that our toilet seal was the most likely culprit. They went and got the parts and had it all fixed in good time for a reasonable price. It's a family business. One of the young men is the owners son. Dad, you should be proud of your son, he impressed us in every way. Thank you.

I manage a rental in Oxnard shores and our shower was backed up and called them and Bruce came and took care of the job with in minutes. He was very responsive and polite. Will definitely use again and refer to others.

They re-routed my entire house. In the process they removed the dishwasher and broke a link. After several calls they have yet to fix and reinstall the dishwasher after repeatedly promising to fix it. The owner did not keep his promise to take care of it.

Had a small gas leak on an exterior line. Called around 8 am expecting to make an appointment for a few days out. They had availability that day and had a guy out by 10 am. He dug down and did a quick soap test. Yup, the line had corroded and a leak had developed. He went over everything, spelled out what needed to be done, and once we agreed on the work and cost he knocked it out in a very reasonable amount of time. Quick, professional, did his work with a smile. I'd use Quality Plumbing again in a heartbeat.

To start off this review i would like to say they have great customer service. I call to let them know what was going with my plumbing situation, then they ask a few questions then told me that a technician would be out that way later that day.
As promised technician showed up I explained to him what was going on then got straight to fixing my problem. Forgot to mention that i had just purchased the home and this house is very old was able to save me cash on fixing my problems!! Awesome service , great on pricing and super good on cleaning up after themselves left my areas they way they found them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CONTRACT QUALITY PLUMBING FOR ALL YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS

Horrible company!!!! Don't go with this company, disrespectful and will only waste your time. They missed their first appointment, they finally came the following day and told me that they can totally do it and they will send a estimate the following day. The next day came and went and no estimate and any kind of contact was made. I called them three times and the same answer was always given, the person in charge of the estimate was out for work and will reach out to you later today. Again no one contact at me, finally 1 1/2 weeks later I was told they are busy and can not take any more at this point. The company has horrible customer service and don't recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time with this company!!!!

Our kitchen sink was backed up and of course I panicked a little and thinking the worst. Quality plumbing was recommended by a friend. I called at 8 am and they said they could have a plumber to my home by 4. At 330 we were notified that the plumber was running late but if it was ok with us, he would eventually show up. The plumber himself called at 530 and said he would arrive at 6. He arrived and could not be any nicer. He discovered the problem originated from my next door neighbor. I can't say how hard this guy worked.. 2 hours later and he was victorious!!! Problem was 40' from our home!

Again.., I truly appreciate the great attitude and cleanliness of our plumber. He was awesome!

I always have the best experience with this company. They have fixed a main pipe that had roots in it and caused a big leak a few years back and today my refrigeration unit was pulled out wrong and the copper line broke and water went everywhere. I called quality plumbing and they had someone come out right away and fixed it! All their employees are awesome! They clean up after their work, wear masks, shoe coverings and overall do a great job
