I needed a tub installed last minute because my installer flaked on my and I called around and the owner from Quality plumbing came to give me a same day estimate which was very reasonable. I explained how I was in a bind and needed the tub installed ASAP because I was getting my floors done and needed the tub to be completed before they could work in my bathroom so he rearranged his schedule for that day and sent two guys (Tony and Tony) to my house within a few hours and they got started. They finished the tub portion same day and Tony came back and knocked out the rest of the plumbing portion and did a great job. I'd definitely use them again for future projects.

My tenant called regarding a leak in the shower. I - of course was freaking out hoping it wasn't anything catastrophic (the wall between the shower and laundry room happens to consist of bricks). My BF made a call and told me not to worry. By the end of the business day my tenant calls me to thank me for the quick repair. She also commented on how professional and kind David was from Quality Plumbing. It makes my life so much easier knowing that we have a go to plumber that is quick in response, reasonably priced and trustworthy. Thank you for everything!!!

I have used Quality Plumbing (Frank) twice in the last 18 months on our rental townhome in Wood Ranch Simi Valley. Both jobs were serious, and scary for a consumer like me. They more than exceeded my expectations.............. each time. Professional throughout, very time sensitive, friendly, our tenant was very happy with how clean they were on the job both times, reasonable/fair prices, never had one problem with them. It is too bad that most contractors do not handle things the way these guys do. They make doing business with them a pleasure, and SIMPLE.

A very polite, efficient, and professional young man came and worked on my plumbing problem until it was resolved! I would definitely call them again if I needed a plumber. Im very happy with the Service I called made a appointment to have my water heater fixed, after trying to light the pilot plenty of times i realized something was wrong. Their Tech came found the problem. He told me the part was not instock in the local warehouse, i told if he could please hunt one down for me I dont like Cold Showers. He searched and later that same day come over and got my HOT Water Flowing these guys are GREAT

No one likes early morning weekend work days but especially dislike ones that start with a COLD shower. My pilot light seemed to have decided to take a vacation and I was literally left in the cold! Rather than start pulling apart the water heater or worse going and buying a new one I went to the professionals. I gave them a call first thing Monday and they were out the same day for repair. Quick response and even quicker service. They saved me money (an some shivering). I would highly recommend them to anyone needing QUALITY plumbing and great service. Do yourself a favor. Next time you have a plumbing problem these are the guys you call!!
