Austin did a great job replacing three switches and two bathroom fans in our house. He is a great communicator and quick and efficient, getting the job done in a very timely manner.
Pricing was typical of what most others are charging for work. Not a huge bargain or anything, but I'd rather pay a bit more than have the work done in a half-assed way.

I gathered quotes to have two toilets replaced, and by far Quality Home Repair was the most competitive. He was willing to share the make/model of the toilet in advance, and stood behind it as a preferred choice due to his experience with its reliability (however, he also allowed me to change the make/model if I preferred). It was quick and easy to get an appointment scheduled, he showed up on time, he was very quick and thorough. He shared the many other services his company offers, and I look forward to working with him again. If you are looking for a good company to hire, I recommend you give Quality Home Repair.

I needed to replace my old faucet. Austin came out the next day and arrived at the time we agreed on. He had to replace the pipe head so I ended up paying more than I wanted.

Had Austin do some electrical work and a small plumbing job on a rental property . Fault mainly mine, when I received an estimate for work, didn't pay to much attention, since I needed to get the job done. and gave go ahead to do the work. However later when checking prices I was blown away. Not only had this job escalated in size but so had the pricing. A single electrical outlet plug replacement was $75 and he did 15 of them. Also gave a verbal OK for a kitchen faucet replacement, no estimate provided and was really surprised at the charges.
Once again I accept responsibility for not paying proper attention to what I was authorizing . Be very careful when you get an estimate and question size of job and pricing. Later that day, Austin called and demanded payment immediately, even though at that time I had no way if knowing if work was satisfactory. I will not use this company again.

These guys were great! They arrived quickly after our first contact. They were on time, and they did the job well. They were careful to keep things tidy, and covered things with plastic to keep the dust out.

They did a good job fixing our ceiling from a fire sprinkler leak, even matching the paint. We would definitely call them if we needed any sort of household repair.
