Installed new appliances, oven and microwave, and adjusted the size of the space for the new refrigerator. Very detailed work and charged a fair price. We had a broken sink and some leaking plumbing in 2 bathrooms. Austin was able to come out the same day we requested a quote, find our exact sink (saved us from having to buy a whole new vanity!), order parts, and was back the day the sink arrived to replace and repair. Austin was Awsome! Kept me informed about his ETA. He ask several questions about the work to be performed prior to arrival so he would have a better understanding of the job. Needed to replace heating elements in bathroom ceiling heater units. I already had all the necessary parts so just needed his labor. Everything is working like new again.

First off I want to say that Austin was very responsive to my inquiry and even offered to come help that same night (at like 8PM) since my post for help was at 7:30. so I thought that was impressive. Austin was very communicative the day of the appointment and kept me updated on his ETA and was even able to get over earlier which was nice. When he showed up he got right to work. Unfortunately he wasn't able to fix my issue which was a bummer but didn't hold it against him. This issue has occurred before and a couple plumbers last time weren't able to get it either. Austin actually told me what would probably be needed to fix it (a longer snake) which the next guy ended up having and was able to fix. So it wasn't so much Austin not knowing how to fix it, just meant the issue he identified needed a tool he did not have. So no big deal. Additionally, since he was not able to fix it he did not charge me, which was awesome. I Ended up insisting on just splitting the estimate in half and paying him but that was my choosing not his. Like I said, he worked hard trying to fix it so I was happy to pay something.

UPDATE: I had initially left a 4/5 review due to an issue that occurred during the attempted repair. However, Austin I felt went above and beyond to remedy the issue even days after. This is something you do not see very often so it was really great to see. I can now confidently say a 5 out 5 star review is warranted.

We had a leaky shower faucet so I reached out to a bunch of businesses through yelp to get an estimate. Austin responded and gave us the best estimate so we decided to go with him. He had me send him a photo of the faucet so he could get the needed items before he came out. He came the same day and even showed up a little early! He worked quickly, even though there was more wrong than what we initially thought and another trip to Home Depot was required. He worked late on a Friday evening to get the job done. He was friendly and pleasant and we're already planning to have him come back out to do a few other things around the house that need to be done.
