Austin is my go-to handyman now! Another company jacked up our kitchen sink pipes somehow while replacing our garbage disposal so Austin came out super quick and replaced the whole sink for us (it's gorgeous) and fixed the leaks. I liked him so much that he came back two days later and installed a wall AC in our garage. He's super available, has great communication, and stands by his work.

BEWARE - The first time dealing with Austin was impressive, but then..... I called him for another job. He took my call and agreed to meet at my place the next day. NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO TEXT - even after 2 days.

We get fired when we flake on customers - Contractors, Handymen, etc. seem to think they can't get fired. DO NOT ALLOW Contractors or Handymen to feel it's acceptable to flake on people. The only way to limit this flaky culture is to write reviews notifying potential clients of flaky activity.

Needed a hot water heater replaced. Quick response and quoted a lower price than all others. They came out same day and replaced it. They gave me options of different brands of water heaters and showed me the invoice for the water heater costs and only charged me for the true cost of the water heater and their labor. Very honest and fair and did a great job. They were very friendly and nice too. Highly recommend, and would use them for any future service. Water heater works great now. Thanks Quality Home Repair!

Let me start by saying g that he's very nice and professional - BUT what he never disclosed upfront it that his MINIMUM fee is $150 !! He should state that first and foremost. Of course he tells me this once he's at my house. These Yelp ads are very misleading. He and others on here are not a ""handymen"", he's a legit business!!! There's a difference. I only had 2 outdoor lights that needed to be hung ( non wired, screws only) . Total charge - $170.00 !!!
So no matter what you need you will pay a minimum of $150 regardless! I would definitely NOT use his services again unless it was a huge project worthy of the cost.

After making the appointment I was called by Quality Home Repair to ask if it was alright if he rescheduled my day because he was in the middle of a big job. We rescheduled but he never showed up nor did I receive a phone call.

Austin called very apologetic about missing the scheduled repair appointment and offered to come out immediately, without charge, to do the repair. I was very impressed with his willingness to make good. He came timely, repaired my cabinet door, and was pleasant. I recommend Quality Home Report for your repair jobs, and oh yes, I paid him.

I am very pleased with this company. Very professional.

My husband and I recently purchased our home which was having an issue with low pressure in our master bathroom shower. Our home warranty was not going to cover the repair so I went on a hunt for a company that could help us repair our shower. I was able to quickly get in contact with Austin, who was able to answer my questions and was able to fit me into his schedule the next morning.

He arrived promptly. Checked out the issue with my shower. We found that a rubber piece from the cartridge was jammed very deep. He was able to get that piece out and flush out the system, and put everything back together. Rechecked the system and made sure the pressure was even and also flowing both cold and hot water. We are so happy that he was able to quickly resolve this issue.

The company offers a great price for quality work. We will be using their services again. I'm pretty happy to find a plumber I can trust! Thank you again for taking care of us quickly!

Austin did a great job replacing three switches and two bathroom fans in our house. He is a great communicator and quick and efficient, getting the job done in a very timely manner.
Pricing was typical of what most others are charging for work. Not a huge bargain or anything, but I'd rather pay a bit more than have the work done in a half-assed way.
