The service manager, Balde, came out specially to fix my air conditioner. He showed me what he was doing, checked to make sure the repair worked and that I did not have questions, and completed the repair after hours so that I did not have to wait several extra days, and he did this at a reduced cost. I really appreciate his professionalism and the fact that my air conditioner is working again.

I just had the most amazing experience with two very knowledgeable techs named Tyler and Riley. If you are looking for an honest HVAC provider who is professional and thorough look no further. I have 2 systems and I couldn't believe that they were here analyzing my system for over two hours. They shared with me about 40 pictures and very detailed information about the work they did, the items that were important (Pressures, buildup, burner operation and color, etc..) and truly educated me. They found issues that should have been obvious and corrected by my previous HVAC company. That led me to believe that the previous HVAC company had not even checked, incorrectly adjusted, or adjusted setting maliciously. Either way, I am super happy to have discovered them.
Thank you for Epic service Tyler and Riley! You've earned a customer for as long as I am here.

good job, on time, the guy cover his shoes when he walked in, very nice thing to do even I don't care about these thing, fix the heater less than an hour, didn't try to sell me extras thing, like coverage or something els.

After a nightmare of a time with a different HVAC company our Home warranty reassigned us to Quality Cooling & Heating. Within 30 minutes of my work order getting created, I received a call from Quality to schedule. They had a cancellation and could come within the hour. Yes please! Colby was here for maybe 20 minutes? He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and took the time to show us exactly what was wrong. Now I have a broken capacitor as a souvenir, ha.
I didn't catch her name but the scheduling lady was also incredibly kind & friendly, exactly the type of person you would want to start your day talking to.
By the way, my husband is not a review person but as Colby left my husband insisted that we find a way to leave them a great review so I hope this does them justice. I'm so grateful we got reassigned to this company, they are such a breath of fresh air to work with. Thank you!

I know the AC companies are having a hard time, but this one failed to come out anywhere near the time that they said they would, and when the technician came out, late in the evening after the appointment window, he said he needed we needed a new blower motor far outside the compressor unit.
I contacted the company During business hours to ask how long it would take to get the partand they said they were waiting for an answer from their supplier
I didn't get an answer for several days so I asked again and I got the same answer.
They never sent the part and they told the Warranty companies it Was nevver reported to them that I needed a new part.
If they didn't know I need apart why did they tell me that they were waiting for an answer from their supplier?
Fast forward a week, and The service tech came back out, and called the office from my house and told them I needed a new blower unit and I could tell from the conversation that they told him he could come over in the morning and get part.
The next evening I contactedthe technician directly
& told me he was not able to get the part.
Quality AC told the warranty company they had resolve the issue and closed the ticket
I contacted the warranty company and they had it re-opened with quality air,
I ended up just paying To have one installed out-of-pocket because after all it's 100 - 105° In the Austin area right now.
Quality never followed up on the reopened ticket-

Quality Cooling & Heating replaced my HVAC around 6 months ago and it made a huge difference in my electric bill. I have an all electric home. Every single person that I have worked with, from technicians to the lovely ladies on the phone, have been extraordinary! And that's unusual these days. I've had to work with many service reps and have ended up so frustrated and angry, and this is the ONLY company that is 100% dependable in their quality of work and service. I completely recommend them for anything you need. And I do not say that lightly as I am not easy to please.

Yet another company in Leander and the surrounding area who says they offer 24 hour emergency service but really doesn't unless you ha e a service contract with them. False advertising house ws 90+ degrees didn't care stopped making calls at 8pm. If you don't offer emergency service stop lying to potential customers. This is just another reason this town has turned to CRAP. No sense of truth, honor or customer service. Sad when yiu contact a dozen plus companies who claim they offer 24/7 emergency service but it's a LIE just to get you to schedule service at a later date as if you don't need service now and are willing to be over charged later. Kiss my rear end!!
