Tyler was super nice, answered all my questions and really helped me to understand any issues and concerns that I had. He is knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he needed to do, he took pictures in my attic and gave me excellent recommendations on how to keep everything in tip top shape moving forward. I would I highly recommend Tyler and using this company for your heating/cooling and venting concerns.

Our AC went out after a storm and they came out fast to diagnose the problem, communicated VERY well for someone with zero knowledge of AC units.

Got a early confirmation call from the company, which was great as I just woke up. Daniel and Colby were very courteous and thorough, they were back to fix the problem on our very old machine and what to look out for in the future. These guys are great!!! Highly recommend them!

I asked for a call from the manager while the tech was on site and I filled out a survey on their site a week after I decided not to use them. I never heard back so I will share my experience. The issues:
I was quoted $1,800 to replace a blower motor in a carrier air handler. Its about an hour of labor. Part is $750. To get it done I offered them $1,200 since they already made it out to my house and could get the part quick. $1,200 is the top end of expensive but the tech stuck to his guns (I had him call the office to make sure the price was correct) I have enough contacts in the industry to know that $1,800 to replace a blower motor in a 3,000 sq ft residential attic space with enough headroom to stand was outrageous enough to get laughter- so I went another route. The tech had a lot of knowledge but it was obviously a sales heavy site visit. I do believe they would do a good job and I feel confident they would stand behind their work but c'mon with the prices..$500-$600 an hour in labor?!

They were awesome. My AC died on the hottest day of the year (so far, but we all know Texas). They showed up in less than 2 hours. Unfortunately they have to order a new motor as my unit is an older unit. But the technician was prompt, courteous and wore a mask. Will definitely be using Quality for all our Air conditioning and heating needs in the future.

We were told by a large company that we needed a new system and they left us without air conditioning. I called Quality and Cody Smith was at the house within the hour. He took a look and WE HAVE AC! It needed a new control panel, and he got us up and running! The unit does need to be replaced, but we can plan and save for it. Thank you Cody.
