We were told by a large company that we needed a new system and they left us without air conditioning. I called Quality and Cody Smith was at the house within the hour. He took a look and WE HAVE AC! It needed a new control panel, and he got us up and running! The unit does need to be replaced, but we can plan and save for it. Thank you Cody.

I know the AC companies are having a hard time, but this one failed to come out anywhere near the time that they said they would, and when the technician came out, late in the evening after the appointment window, he said he needed we needed a new blower motor far outside the compressor unit.
I contacted the company During business hours to ask how long it would take to get the partand they said they were waiting for an answer from their supplier
I didn't get an answer for several days so I asked again and I got the same answer.

They never sent the part and they told the Warranty companies it Was nevver reported to them that I needed a new part.


If they didn't know I need apart why did they tell me that they were waiting for an answer from their supplier?

Fast forward a week, and The service tech came back out, and called the office from my house and told them I needed a new blower unit and I could tell from the conversation that they told him he could come over in the morning and get part.

The next evening I contactedthe technician directly
& told me he was not able to get the part.

Quality AC told the warranty company they had resolve the issue and closed the ticket

I contacted the warranty company and they had it re-opened with quality air,
I ended up just paying To have one installed out-of-pocket because after all it's 100 - 105° In the Austin area right now.

Quality never followed up on the reopened ticket-

Daniel was very knowledgeable and able to fix our problem quickly. Katie in the office was great to speak to and a good person to have representing them. Even with all the heat and many calls I'm assuming they came out the same day (Actually within about 4 hours). Good on letting us know when they were headed to our house. Overall no complaints. The service manager, Balde, came out specially to fix my air conditioner. He showed me what he was doing, checked to make sure the repair worked and that I did not have questions, and completed the repair after hours so that I did not have to wait several extra days, and he did this at a reduced cost. I really appreciate his professionalism and the fact that my air conditioner is working again.
