Daniel was very knowledgeable and able to fix our problem quickly. Katie in the office was great to speak to and a good person to have representing them. Even with all the heat and many calls I'm assuming they came out the same day (Actually within about 4 hours). Good on letting us know when they were headed to our house. Overall no complaints. I can't say enough about the experience I had with this company. Really made me feel like I was dealing with a company with unmatched work ethic and integrity. Feels like having your own family striving to help you and not just about making money. I completely feel like they would go beyond any other company I've contacted in the area. Family operated business with morals!!!

Yet another company in Leander and the surrounding area who says they offer 24 hour emergency service but really doesn't unless you ha e a service contract with them. False advertising house ws 90+ degrees didn't care stopped making calls at 8pm. If you don't offer emergency service stop lying to potential customers. This is just another reason this town has turned to CRAP. No sense of truth, honor or customer service. Sad when yiu contact a dozen plus companies who claim they offer 24/7 emergency service but it's a LIE just to get you to schedule service at a later date as if you don't need service now and are willing to be over charged later. Kiss my rear end!!

Our AC went out after a storm and they came out fast to diagnose the problem, communicated VERY well for someone with zero knowledge of AC units.

Got a early confirmation call from the company, which was great as I just woke up. Daniel and Colby were very courteous and thorough, they were back to fix the problem on our very old machine and what to look out for in the future. These guys are great!!! Highly recommend them!

Quality Cooling & Heating replaced my HVAC around 6 months ago and it made a huge difference in my electric bill. I have an all electric home. Every single person that I have worked with, from technicians to the lovely ladies on the phone, have been extraordinary! And that's unusual these days. I've had to work with many service reps and have ended up so frustrated and angry, and this is the ONLY company that is 100% dependable in their quality of work and service. I completely recommend them for anything you need. And I do not say that lightly as I am not easy to please.

Great customer service and timing! Appreciated a photo of tech texted before he arrived. Coby wore a mask and very polite. Only had heater unit checked, no repairs yet. So far great service!

After a nightmare of a time with a different HVAC company our Home warranty reassigned us to Quality Cooling & Heating. Within 30 minutes of my work order getting created, I received a call from Quality to schedule. They had a cancellation and could come within the hour. Yes please! Colby was here for maybe 20 minutes? He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and took the time to show us exactly what was wrong. Now I have a broken capacitor as a souvenir, ha.

I didn't catch her name but the scheduling lady was also incredibly kind & friendly, exactly the type of person you would want to start your day talking to.

By the way, my husband is not a review person but as Colby left my husband insisted that we find a way to leave them a great review so I hope this does them justice. I'm so grateful we got reassigned to this company, they are such a breath of fresh air to work with. Thank you!

Quality Cooling and Heating does great work at a fair price. They recently removed and replaced four ducted A/C systems in my business and I could not have been happier with their work ethic, work quality, or the excellent results.

Colby, Fred, Shelly, Daniel and Chase are all customer-focused and they all work hard to help folks stay cool and/or warm, as appropriate.

I highly recommend Quality Cooling and Heating for all of your HVAC needs!
