Due to a water leak behind the wall, I had to have my shower ripped out (tub and surrounding tile). Pykles handled the remodel for me with Carlos as the Project Manager. The work is immaculate, they cleaned really well when they were done, communication was excellent! Overall, I'd recommend this company for any remodel work and I'll use them again. Thanks for everything Carlos!

Troubleshooting questions were condesending and the information provided was not communicated to the technician.

The workman came on time and was able to fix the problem in five min., after an initial misdiagnosis.

My main issue is pricing. All of the plumbers I've dealt with, including this one, seem to make up their pricing on the spot. I could never get a straight answer on what the charges would be and was overcharged. The overcharge was not extreme, but I will not use this company in the future because of pricing and customer service reasons.

They are the best extremely timely efficient and honest. We had no hot water in our shower. Toby Pykles analyzed the problem over the phone. He came out himself and figured out the problem. Have it a temporary fix until we could get a new part. He is very very courteous and efficient. I will use only Pykles for any plumbing needs or other services. Thus is the second time I have used them and are extremely pleased at how professional they are

We've been using Pykles for years and have always received great service. Today we had the toilet replaced but we have also had a hot water tank replacement shower replumbing and several other maintenance projects. They are always on time,reasonably priced and great to deal with.

Meh. I've experienced much better. I bought the Noritz, EZTR40 tankless water heater and Im having Pykles Remodeling AKA Pykles Plumbing install the tank. Its called the Noritz, E_Z_40 for a reason. The Plumbing Tech Scott made it seem like he was doing rocket science. I felt as if Scott was making this to be a long drawn out project to extend his max payout. I felt as if Scott was new to the job/ industry and was lost at times. Its sad to say but, customers don't come first anymore, it now seems to be about fattening the companies/techs wallets. Many companies/ techs understand this is a one time job and because of this, they want to take you for a ride and extend they max payout.

Granted no job is simple, but it just felt as if Scott was making this a drawn out job. I could go into the details but that doesn't matter, all that matters is that Im another Pykles customer that is unhappy. If you want details just read what the rest of the one stars say, Im in the same boat.

After I voiced my concern with Toby (owners son) at PYLES Plumbing and Remodeling my concerns were just brushed off and nothing was done to remedy the overpriced problem.

I actually chose Pykles Via Yelp because of their three stars and written reviews but after having direct contact with PYKLES, and plumbing tech Scott, I would not recommend them to any of my family members or friends. Its too bad because word of mouth is gold these days. I guess the days of decent companies are over.

I rated them a single star because they rating should come down quicker, realistically
they should be rated at a two star. Please save yourself some money and keep your sanity. No one should feel like they are being taken advantage of. Don't be bamboozled by all the 4 or even 5 stars people give them. Too many people tend to give out stars like were in grade school. In my opinion and from what I can ready on Yelp, the 4 and 5 stars don't have much to say or boast about Pykles.


Finally words please pass on Pykles for your sanity and pocket book. No one should feel as they are taken for a ride.

Pykles did a great job again. My water heater started leaking, and Pykles was there the same morning that I called them. Marck Moreno helped me pick out a good water heater for my needs, and Steve Herson (sp?) did the work that very same day. He came back the next day to deal with a slight problem with the unit. I have always depended on Pykles to do the job right, and I've never been disappointed with my choice.

After two previous attempts by other professionals, Pykles correctly diagnosed, and expertly repaired a mysterious leak from our shower enclosure. Peter discovered the leak from a poorly installed shower rail. He removed and cleaned the rail, re-sealed it, and then repaired the area of water damage. He worked quickly and cleanly replacing drywall.. The final charge was below original estimate AND I consider it a very fair charge. I will use Pykles for any future plumbing or remodel needs. I will also recommend them highly!

I recommend Pykles to anyone who asks me about plumbers. They have done some small plumbing jobs for us and also recently put in a new heating/air conditioning system in our older home. We found their price comparable to other companies we checked and my husband and I are both glad we went with them because they took care of our needs professionally and to our satisfaction. We have also enjoyed going to their showroom where they have lots of helpful ideas.

I called on Pykles for a bathroom vanity and matching bathroom cabinet over the toilet. The owner, Craig, was extremely helpful and professional. He helped educate me on the different options, styles, and color selections to match the paint colors, tiles, and counter top that I preferred. He kept me closely posted on the timing of the delivery and his prices were very competitive. I am very happy with the service I received from Pykles. Highly recommend them!
