Today, we noticed a garage leak late afternoon just behind our 20+ year old hot water heater. I promise we were planning to replace it at any moment!

Justin, owner of PDP, was referred to us by another company who had recently given us HWH quote. He promptly came over, had a look, and offered to complete the job same day. Turns out that completing the job meant fixing the leak AND replacing water heater. He knew exactly what was needed for the job and insisted he could make it to plumbing supply before they closed. Within just a few hours, the leak was repaired and our new water heater was installed. I think it's important to note that because our water heater was so old, it was extra challenging to drain and remove.

It's refreshing to have something that could be so stressful be addressed with ease and efficiency. He provides comprehensive service with a solution-focused positive attitude. Thank you Jaime and Justin for prioritizing the plumbing work we needed and making it seem relatively easy and at a fair price.

I've dealt with a few local plumbers, but Purpose Driven is the absolute best. Had a toilet that kept backing up at a business that other plumbers just couldn't fix right for months. Ended up being a broken pipe. Went from a broken pipe on a Monday to having our bathroom working again by Friday of that same week. They did everything. Took out the floor under the sink, repaired the pipe, back filled the hole correctly, then laid concrete, and even matched and replaced my old tile. Justin and his crew are the absolute best.

Owner Justin is the man, he saved our kitchen sink from clogging today. He was on time, courteous, professional and most importantly he super nice and kind man. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to the extra mile unclogging, and trust me it's not an easy job he performed. He then clean up after himself, the excessive from the clogging is pretty bad. As far as price go, it's more than reasonable for the kind of work he performed.

Highly highly recommended. The man is trustworthy, and he lives in MV so he is technically our neighbor. We love to support the locals. Can't say thank you enough for the work done. 5 Stars all the way!

I had a slab leak at my house and had 5 different plumbers take a look at the problem and give estimates. Most of the plumbers wanted to charge almost $17,000 and wanted to do a complete repipe. Justin took a look at the problem and advised a repipe was not needed and was able to repair the leak for around $1,300, and even took care of a drain line blockage for no additional charge!

Justin is super friendly and highly professional; I even learned that we were both baptized by the same pastor! If you are looking for a plumber that is not going to rip you off and is of great integrity, look no further.

This is the third time we've used them. The first time he came and advised on plumbing matters, but deemed no work was warranted. He did not charge for the call. The second time he fixed an O-ring under an upstairs toilet, and unlike the previous plumber, was able to ascertain that the flange had fractured, and he repaired it and it works well. Today he sent his technician Jordan to our home to replace a kitchen faucet. Jordan was nice, conscientious and did a good job offering to help clean up the kitchen area for no charge. I have them on speed dial now.
