Justin is professional, kind, helpful and honest. I messaged him through yelp after purchasing a new toilet on Sunday afternoon and he came to install the following morning. After 2 other plumbers not being able to fix the plumbing problem is why we purchased a new toilet but Justin figured out the problem and installed the new toilet for a great price. 2 weeks later and we are so happy that our guest toilet finally flushes properly. I am happy to have found such a trustworthy plumber.

Justin is the best! We had an unusually challenging backyard plumbing emergency on Saturday morning. After unsuccessfully trying to reach plumbers we have used before, we found recommendations for Justin on the Next Door app. My husband gave him a call, he arrived within 20 minutes and didn't give up until he found a solution to our problem. In addition to being an excellent plumber, Justin is a good guy. His pricing was honest and fair. We enthusiastically give him five stars and will be recommending him to all of our friends.

I was trying to replace a shower cartridge due to a leak friday night when the cartridge broke in half making it nearly impossible to pull out and that's when I jumped on Yelp.

Justin not only quoted a fair affordable price, but was willing to come out that same night only 30 mins after I msged him.

He was able to succesfully remove the old cartridge and install the new one.

We called Justin to help us with a situation in our kitchen. We bought a new stove range and the gas line needed to be moved so that the stove could fit in without sticking out.

He came over and fixed it on the same day. We love his energy and he is such a great guy. We are glad we called him. Thanks Justin :))))

I used the Yelp feature for quoting and instantly I received a respond from the owner and a second one from one of their plumbers.

Customer service is a big deal to me and their prompt service was very well appreciated. We are new to this area and my husband just happen to talk to our neighbor who just happens a to be a licensed plumber. Otherwise we would of definitely used these guys.

I did message them back letting them of what happened and I apologize for the delay to my response. I am writing this review as I did experience speedy service and guidance so as a nice token of appreciation I decided to do a nice compliment on yyelp page for customer service and promptly response.

Justin is so so so nice! I called 8 plumbers around 7:15 because our kitchen sink wouldn't drain. No one answered except him. He was so kind, and came right over to fix our issue. His prices are very fair, with no emergency surcharge. I will only call him for our plumbing needs going forward.

One of the pipes on our main water line cracked and water was coming from underneath our home and gushing out the front lawn. I reached out to our HOA to see if this was something they covered. Unfortunately, since it was the main water line, I was instructed to contact a plumber. I quickly opened my yelp app and started searching for a local plumber. Since it late afternoon on a Sunday, I didn't have much luck speaking to a live person.

I didn't let that deter me. I then requested for several quotes via Yelp's request for a quote feature. That's an awesome feature by the way! Thank you Yelp!

Within minutes, I received several responses but one company stood out and that company was Purpose Driven Plumbing. For those familiar with the book written by Rick Warren; you'll understand why it stood out and know what I mean.

Justin, the owner, was super responsive. He arrived within the timeframe agreed upon. He kept me
in the loop every step of the way. He had to dig several feet of dirt and jackhammered through concrete to determine where the water leak was coming from. I was getting nervous but he assured me that he'd find the source.

After several hours of digging, he found the leak, replaced the part and even put the plant back at the same location. He even waited 45 min before turning the water back on to ensure the seal was dry. He didn't give up and stayed committed to completing the job.

I didn't think I could ever be so happy to see running water coming out of a faucet but I was!

Thank you, Justin and thank you Purpose Driven Plumbing! Appreciate your honesty and dedication to completing a job. Well done and will highly recommend.
