The cost was high. They couldn't repair all of the faucets. They didn't have all of the necessary parts. They did give me a discount. The technician was professional and pleasant. Basically it cost $200 per faucet to replace a rubber seal. They tried an upsell for an electrical magnetic mineral remover.

Jacob and his team at Pure came out and saved our kitchen sink. Hubby was making dinner and in the middle of dinner realized that our sink was no longer draining, black water started emerging from the pipes and we had no way to finish making dinner. Jacob kept us informed the entire time of what he was doing and gave us suggestions on some better care practices for future prevention of the same occurrence. He was so nice, was able to fix the issue surprisingly fast and even cleaned up everything including putting stuff back under the sink for us! If anyone asks me for a plumbing recommendation it's literally this place. Highly recommend.

I wrote a raving review for my first experience with this company. My second experience compels me to re-evaluate.
A friend who is having significant health issues needed an outside spigot replaced before the Arctic blast arrived.
I recommended Pure and called for her. I explained the issue and was told $125 for the job. Arrival window was 8-5.
Confirming email 10-7. Tech did not arrive until after 8 pm.
Was told 125 was only to show up and replacing spigot was an additional 295.
I was shocked. Under the circumstances and since we had waited all bloody day for this guy - under duress, I said do it.
Then the fun began. The tech had a helper who had difficulty in opening the lid for the water meter. Then the helper did not get the water turned off at the meter which resulted in a geyser of water shooting up.
Total time for this was about 30 minutes - paid over $400.
I paid for my friend as she did not need the stress of canceling and getting someone else.
Very disappointed with being told one price and paying another.
The tech said he "couldn't make any money at $125"
Guess you can when you charge 3x quoted price.
A very disappointing experience.
If you have to choose them in a pinch - I suggest you get the price in writing in advance, especially if you are going to wait all day for them to show up.

Ok, so I've called Slate Plumping to get some residential plumbing issues taken care of and was told that Pure Plumping had taken over their residential work. Set up an appointment early appointment between 8 and 11 on a Monday for Friday. Received a text reminder Thursday the day before that my appointment was from 10-1, no big deal ok! Waited until 3:05 Friday afternoon and called to see if they were coming out to my house. I was told that someone would be calling me to let me know what was going to and it's time-stamped as outgoing on my phone. Never received a call back so I called today 12-26-23 and asked what happened that nobody came out or called! Her reply was she could see a phone call AT 3:05 that an Office Manager called me to let me know they would be out there at 6. 1 that was my phone call to you and 2 nobody called or bothered to show up at 6 like she said.

Poor quality of work. The issue re surfaced within 30 days. Pure plumbing entina that their work is guaranteed for 30 days but they did not honor their warranty. The person who came by the second time did not want to do any work without charging a higher price for the same work and walked out of the house while I was still talking to him. I would never use their services again. Beware of their company's plumbers- Dillon and Darron Branch. I spoke to the company's service manager and he was not helpful either. He mentioned he will refund the amount I paid the first time around and I am still waiting for the refund.

-Accurate Leak & Line aren't general plumbers...I think they only do line replacement from what I gathered
-A#1 Air & Rescue air and plumbing only assigns unreliable time windows
