Found Pure Plumbing Solutions on yelp. We needed to replace a cartridge of a faucet. It is a small but tricky job because most faucets are stuck with years old deposits and calcium. So it is hard to remove without damaging. Contacted other plumbers and they refused to do it , they only replace the whole faucet.

Contacted Mike at Pure Plumbing and he was willing to come work on it the next day and the price qouted was reasonable.

On the day of appointment Mike was running late but he messaged me letting me know the new time which was appreciated.

They came with masks and shoe covers on and were very respectful to the property. They were able to fix my problem efficiently without damaging the faucet or making a mess.

They accept all multiple modern mobile payments and emailed me an official receipt.

My overall impression is very positive. Will give them a call for future work.

I had a last minute plumbing problem on a Sat morning. I didn't know who to call as there are so many options on Yelp, etc. Luckily the first company I called was Pure Plumbing and I got Mike. He was at my house within 2 hours from our phone call and problem solved at very reasonable on price. He was very professional, polite so I will be calling Mike for any future plumbing issues. Mike picked up the phone and walked me through how to mitigate (turn everything off) the damage!

Next day he came by and seamlessly swapped out to a new water heater.

I was looking at recommendations for plumbers on Next Door, and this company is so highly regarded that I checked out their reviews on Yelp and Google, just to be sure. Every review I read is 5 stars, and they are consistent in their comments. I called them to make repairs in my shower, and they told me when they could do it. They were punctual, polite and friendly, fast, efficient, took Covid19 precautions, answered all of my questions, and my shower is now in perfect working order. All of that, and yet their prices are reasonable. I have used two other plumbing companies in the last 8 years, and I was not impressed with either. I feel so lucky to have found these guys. I'll be calling this company any time I have plumbing issues in the future.

I now officially a member of the Pure Plumbing Solutions fan club. Mike Brewer and his team certainly merit the 5 star reviews here. I found him via reviews on NextDoor (he has a lot) and was really surprised he doesn't have more reviews on Yelp. I called because of some kitchen plumbing issues I was having. He and his assistant showed up on time, masked and ready to work, were courteous, quickly resolved the issues, and were reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to a neighbor. Two big thumbs up for Mike and his team!

Was in a bind and needed some plumbing done to hook up my kitchen island sink, osmosis, garbage disposal and plumbing to our fridge. I contacted Michael at Pure Plumbing around 9pm one evening and he got back to me within minutes to confirm he could take on the job the next day.
