Update: I think Yelp needs a sixth star because that's what Mike deserves. I had another issue with a showerhead and since it's the only issue and rather trivial, I only texted Mike about a simple diagnostic question. Not only did Mike answered right away, didn't go nickel and dime on his time, but he was willing to dissect the issue (of low water pressure) with me, reviewed the pictures, and found for me a YouTube video that helped solve the problem. He's textbook excellence in customer service. I wish all my associates and staff were like him.

Highly recommend them! My handyman was having trouble with installing a newer tub faucet/shower trim on a ~20 year old jacuzzi and shower valve, as it kept leaking. I found Mike at Pure Plumbing Solutions on NextDoor, and SO glad I did. Called him one evening regarding some work I needed on my water heater as well as wanting it flushed to remove any sediments. He gave me a quote over the phone, and was able to come out the very next day. When he was running a few minutes late, Mike was great at communicating and letting me know exactly what time he would arrive.

Both Mike and his worker arrived wearing masks. Both were very pleasant and did the job very quickly and efficiently. Within in an hour, my water heater was flushed out, and had new and improved piping. He realized the job was quicker than first thought and ended up charging me less than was first quoted. I appreciate his honesty, and the top QUALITY work.

Found Pure Plumbing Solutions on yelp. We needed to replace a cartridge of a faucet. It is a small but tricky job because most faucets are stuck with years old deposits and calcium. So it is hard to remove without damaging. Contacted other plumbers and they refused to do it , they only replace the whole faucet.

Contacted Mike at Pure Plumbing and he was willing to come work on it the next day and the price qouted was reasonable.

On the day of appointment Mike was running late but he messaged me letting me know the new time which was appreciated.

They came with masks and shoe covers on and were very respectful to the property. They were able to fix my problem efficiently without damaging the faucet or making a mess.

They accept all multiple modern mobile payments and emailed me an official receipt.

My overall impression is very positive. Will give them a call for future work.
