Mike was quick to respond (appointment made the following day) on our leaky toilet and quick to come up with a solution to the broken toilet to stop the leak. My daughter and son-in-law bought a house in the 95124 part of San Jose, and needed a set of contractors to fix issues identified in the home inspection report. I generally get great contractors based on Yelp reviews, and Mike Brewer at Pure Plumbing Solutions was no exception. You can't beat Pure Plumbing's 5 stars rating, plus Mike was nearby. I always get the best results from small outfits and never consider the larger companies. Mike returned my call promptly and we agreed to meet in a few days for an estimate. It was quite a bit of work (original 1958 plumbing) but the quote was reasonable. Mike and his partner Austin completed the work in a single day and it looks great! (helps if you know what a good solder joint looks like). Mike noticed a hot water line under the kitchen floor that was corroded and leaking and needed to be replaced. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and came back a few days later and fixed that. Mike's dad has had a plumbing company in San Jose for 30 years, and his grandfather was a plumber as well. Mike's been around plumbing all his life. I am completely satisfied with Mike and Austin's work and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I accidentally turned on my garbage disposal without checking to see if anything was inside first. There was a blender bottle wire mixer that got stuck in the drain. Michael was able to replace it with a new disposal quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and friendly and also he and his partner were very good about wearing their masks. This company will be my go to plumber now every time!

I called Mike on such short notice due to my water heater needing to be replaced. He came by and swapped out my old water heater with a Bradford white 50 gallon water heater and was in and out of my house within an hour and a half. I can't say enough positive about Mike. My heater started leaking and when I called him and he was busy, he told me so and unlike others in this profession didn't stand me up. When he came over and took care of it, he was on time, professional and delivered a super clean job at a reasonable price. Mike promptly called me back after I left a message and helped us right away with our plumbing issues involving an old and new refrigerator removal/install. He gave excellent free advice over the phone and worked us in between his full day of work, stopping by on the way to a previous commitment and being willing to come back again on his way home to install new refrigerator if necessary. It didn't end up being necessary, but I was so happy to find a prompt, professional plumber that I am keeping his number for all future plumbing problems.

The pilot on my 10 year water heater died (unknown to my family at the time) whilst I was travelling, my family called many services who outright said they would charge anywhere from $75 to $200 (which I understand). Mike was a recommendation from a Cambrian Park Neighbor, on the phone we were informed that depending on the situation he would provide an estimate but would come out and check it out. Mike came out within an hour lighted the pilot and charged a very reasonable price. Amazing service, kind, professional, I recommend the company and my go to plumber, thank you.
