My gardener accidentally damaged a cooper pipe while doing yard work. I found Mike on nextdoor.com and decided to contact him given the excellent recommendations from the neighbors. He responded to my voicemail promptly and was able to come out before the day ends to repair the pipe. I'm very satisfied with the work he did and would contact him him again for all future plumbing needs!

Really happy with Mike and Pure Plumbing. He's a stand up guy, knows his stuff, is a good communicator and gets the job done. So far he's helped us with a water heater/whole house pressure issue and a clogged bathroom sink. Mike and his partner responded promptly to an emergency-a significant leak in our main water line. They scheduled us quickly to repair the damaged pipe and came back a few days later to upgrade the main water valve. Mike and his colleague were polite, responsive and very knowledgeable. Update: I think Yelp needs a sixth star because that's what Mike deserves. I had another issue with a showerhead and since it's the only issue and rather trivial, I only texted Mike about a simple diagnostic question. Not only did Mike answered right away, didn't go nickel and dime on his time, but he was willing to dissect the issue (of low water pressure) with me, reviewed the pictures, and found for me a YouTube video that helped solve the problem. He's textbook excellence in customer service. I wish all my associates and staff were like him.

Highly recommend them! My handyman was having trouble with installing a newer tub faucet/shower trim on a ~20 year old jacuzzi and shower valve, as it kept leaking. I found Mike at Pure Plumbing Solutions on NextDoor, and SO glad I did. Called him one evening regarding some work I needed on my water heater as well as wanting it flushed to remove any sediments. He gave me a quote over the phone, and was able to come out the very next day. When he was running a few minutes late, Mike was great at communicating and letting me know exactly what time he would arrive.

Both Mike and his worker arrived wearing masks. Both were very pleasant and did the job very quickly and efficiently. Within in an hour, my water heater was flushed out, and had new and improved piping. He realized the job was quicker than first thought and ended up charging me less than was first quoted. I appreciate his honesty, and the top QUALITY work.
