I can't say enough positive about Mike. My heater started leaking and when I called him and he was busy, he told me so and unlike others in this profession didn't stand me up. When he came over and took care of it, he was on time, professional and delivered a super clean job at a reasonable price. Mike promptly called me back after I left a message and helped us right away with our plumbing issues involving an old and new refrigerator removal/install. He gave excellent free advice over the phone and worked us in between his full day of work, stopping by on the way to a previous commitment and being willing to come back again on his way home to install new refrigerator if necessary. It didn't end up being necessary, but I was so happy to find a prompt, professional plumber that I am keeping his number for all future plumbing problems.

The pilot on my 10 year water heater died (unknown to my family at the time) whilst I was travelling, my family called many services who outright said they would charge anywhere from $75 to $200 (which I understand). Mike was a recommendation from a Cambrian Park Neighbor, on the phone we were informed that depending on the situation he would provide an estimate but would come out and check it out. Mike came out within an hour lighted the pilot and charged a very reasonable price. Amazing service, kind, professional, I recommend the company and my go to plumber, thank you.

We were replacing our driveway and found problems with our old main water line from the street that required replacement. We found several plumbers with great ratings on Nextdoor and got a few bids. Mike's bid was lower and he recommended a continuous run of copper (no soldered connectors) under our new driveway. He showed up exactly when promised (2 minutes early) and the job was done in a few hours. This work was done with permits and Mike kept us informed as the inspector's schedule changed and he stayed with us even as the later appointment was further delayed. The result was a very professional job that easily passed inspection. Mike was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing issues. What a find!
