Our 12 year old tankless hot water heater stopped putting out hot water. Unfortunately it was a bad control board, the manufacturer no longer made the board, so repair was not possible. It's not the main hot water heater for our home, so I had time to shop around a bit and research.

I called 5 separate providers, and got bids for a new tankless hot water heater from 4 of them before hiring Jonathan and Pure Plumbing.

I hired Jonathan bc he struck me as a sincere and genuine person. When he came over to make his bid, he was on time, clean, and masked. He asked more questions than anyone else - making it clear he wanted to help me find the right product for our usage, rather than just sell me something.

I am glad I hired Jonathan and Pure Plumbing. No idea how the other vendor(s) would have performed, but Jonathan and his helper did a great job.

Jonathan sent a reminder the day before installation, then texted me the morning of, giving me a heads up that he was 30 minutes away. He and his helper arrived on-time, were clean and masked, got right to work, and finished earlier than expected. Jonathan showed me everything, answered my questions, gave me all the paperwork in a neat, organized manner, and left the installation area cleaner than he found it. I am very happy with Jonathan and Pure Plumbing.

Hopefully I won't need a plumber for awhile, but if I do, I know who to call.

I was looking for a great plumber to replace my water heater and my pressure reducing valve that would do quality work and also pay attention to detail (and looks) because my water heater is in a very visible area of my garage.
I picked Pure Plumbing because I found them on the Rheem listing and when I googled then I found a review by someone that had said their water heater install ""looked great"" and I saw a picture confirming this. I had the same great experience and the quality of the work was outstanding.
I also had some plumbing questions that John was able to help me with. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend!!!

Mr. Dickerson came out to check my water heater as the pilot had gone out a few times last week.

He thoroughly inspected the unit. Couldn't find the issue (which, to note, hasn't recurred since last week). He's thinking it was an anomaly- which I agree with his assessment. He suggested some upgrades to better protect the water heater (and conform to code-thank you!!). For this, I was most appreciative.

These upgrades were installed in a timely manner. Neat and tidy too!

I found him to be a polite and knowledgeable professional. And, he's going the extra mile to provide cost info on parts should the pilot light apparatus need replacement. I like that he's wanting to keep in touch about this. That makes me feel valued as a customer.

Our water heater died on Veterans Day 2020. I called Pure Plumbing as they were recommended by my old water heaters manufacturer website. Solid reviews on YELP 5*, A+ BBB and his state contractors license checked out. And what a surprise, John came out on my timeframe (maybe I was lucky on that), he was on time and completed the service with true professionalism. He took his time time on the install (no rush job) and his quality of work shows. Its not easy to find service like this with many repair contractors. Anyway, my water heater is in and I believe I have found a plumber for future work. I recommend John for your plumbing needs.

Called them for a quote on a simple replacement of a cartridge for a shower fixture and made it clear there's was access to the plumbing through the wall behind the shower and I have the replacement fixture so just looking for quote on labor for the install. I figure the job will take at most 1-1.5 hrs and the guy quotes $525. Found a reputable professional to do the job for $200.
