Professional, on time, great customer service, detailed explanation on what they were doing plus told me the price ahead of time. High-end parts are used to replace low/medium parts. Great quality. How do I know? The copper they use had thicker walls, which means it's going to last longer no defect.

Johanson from pure plumbing company responded my inquiry on water heater pilot assembly installation with fast and honest quote, and showed up very next day even before the appointed slot of time (of cause confirmed with me in advance), knowing that I expected this to be fixed the sooner the better. The job was done very quick and it works -- the water heater produces hot water once again. All the transactions are electronic which is helpful for me to deal with the Rheem's warranty claim process to cover the cost. Definitely would ping him if other related jobs occur.

I hired JD for installing our new electric water heater. First and foremost, JD was very responsive, which means he was extremely accountable and reliable, he always texted me back within half an hr, if not right away. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and he made it super easy for his customer (aka. me) when it came to scheduling, installing and hauling away the old water heater. We had a bad valve on the water heater (Home Depot sucked! From customer service to their product!) JD was able to quickly find a replacement valve the next morning and ensured that we didn't go without hot water for more than a day. We were very happy with him, would recommend him to anyone who's looking for a trustworthy plumber. Also forgot to mention that he is reasonable with his quote!
