Pure plumbing has been professional and responsive and friendly in all their interactions with us. We hired them to help install an all house filter system. They installed it with top quality materials and also ensured if the system had a problem we could bypass it. After a leak sprang, they came out within a couple of days and fixed it for free as part of our warranty on their work - no questions asked. When we sprang another leak due to equipment failure (not Pure Plumbing's fault), they came out within a couple of days to access the problem and again a couple days after we received the part from the manufacturer. It has been a pleasure working with such professionals! Hopefully we won't need to call them anytime soon but if we do, we know they will take care of us!
