Travis was a great service tech! He explained every step of replacing the filter and flushing my tankless hot water heater. He did check my toilets to determine if the water softener was functioning and checked the setting, too!

Service prom and professional was good but the price was a little too much. I work in the service industry my whole life and I know what value is and what is not value. $450 for a soldering job is too expensive. Wish the service and price matched up evenly. I like the service but the price will probably keep me away from future jobs.

I received notice from the city about excessive water usage. Kristofer came by and in 30 minutes had the issue diagnosed.A bad pool auto fill solenoid. Kristofer also noticed that the tankless water heater was not to code in two different locations. The house is only a year old so I'm hoping the builder will fix it but if not I definitely will reach out to have you correct the poor installation from the builder. Thank you Kristofer and thank you Pure Plumbing.

I called Pure Plumbing on a Sunday! 1st encounter phone call I already had a good feeling about them. The lady was delightful and courteous and knew the plumbers' schedules very well. She set me up with a service tech to come out & within a couple hours he was at my door. If you ever get the pleasure of working with Jaylyn Booker, he's your man! Very personable, professional, and respected my home upon greeting. I explained to Jaylyn what happened to our kitchen sink and he thoroughly educated my husband and I on the piping, quality, and cost. His assessment and evaluation of the sink leak situation was very honest and he pointed us in the right direction to check for mold behind our cabinetry before any work be done. He was 100% right. He even followed up later in the day to make sure everything was being taken care of. Again, Jaylyn made us feel more at ease in a very stressful situation and we are glad he was the plumber sent to us. Thank you, Jaylyn for your service! Pure Plumbing is lucky to have you.

They came on time and did good work but replaced my brushed nickel, heavy-duty kitchen faucet with a much cheaper chrome model. After I complained to management they replaced it with a better fixture. I paid premium rates for this service and expected better on the first service.

My washing machine drain was flooding so I called Pure Plumbing to come give me an estimate. They said they had to jet the lines and run a camera through cost $1600. Jayln was the tech who came out and definitely took advantage of a female who doesn't know much about plumbing. I felt that was very high but wasn't sure so I went ahead and agreed to the service. They came back with a $10,000 estimate which I had to call them 3 times to get the actual estimate to review. I was very skeptical at that point and called another company. Sure enough! It was all BS. My sewer line is fine and my laundry room floor did not need to be ripped up and install new plumbing. I called J&J Plumbing - John Feno. Finally somebody who was honest! Thank god! $2800 fixed my drain and showed me nothing was wrong with the sewer pipe. My washing machine drain works perfectly! They also told me I was ripped of paying $1600 for a camera inspection of my pipes. They charged $495. Unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They fixed my problem of roots in one of the toilets. But they over charged so much. I am on a fixed income due to retirement. They charged $2500 to pull a single toilet, hydro jet, camera inspection, and replace wax seal. I dont have time to go to 5 different plumbers to get bids on a simple job. They also tried to sell me on other expensive work such as remodeling. Dont get bent over the toilet like I did. Look elsewhere! Thanks capitalism.

I'm waiting to get the details, but my 75 year old mother told me she paid a RIDICULOUS amount of money for this company to come out a snake a clogged kitchen sink. And when the guy was there, he tried to upsell her a $2000 service, when she told him she was on social security he offered financing.
This tech saw an elderly lady in a decent neighborhood and tried to scam her for $2000.
Now they're messaging her nonstop asking about how their service was and asking her to leave a review - that's how they get 5 stars on here.
