Great company. Always on time, do great work and are very thorough. We had Scott McGhie do a difficult job for us and he went above and beyond to fix the leak which was no easy task. He carried out a really thorough check to ensure there were no more leaks in the house after repairing the one. He realized there was another minor leak and managed to walk through the house and find and fix that one too, which will save us money our water bills! I would recommend him highly. He is a great guy and trustworthy.

Terrific service from initial call to job completion. I needed quick service so I gave them a call after viewing their website. The lady I spoke to was so nice and genuinely concerned about my issues. I felt comfortable with this company right away. We agreed on next day because that was the earliest time available. Luckily for me, a cancellation occurred same day I called and I received a callback to see if they could come out within a few hours. I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful to say the least. The guys that came out were great, personable, competent and finished a lot quicker than I expected. They took great care of my plumbing needs and my new home in general. We were in the market for a new plumbing company and boy did Pure Plumbing not let us down. We had them out for a specific reason and they gave us a worst case scenario in detail with what was needed and might be needed if that route did not work. Donnie came out,& was able to get the hot & cold manna block replaced without having the install a new one. He got the job done timely and saved us a potential financial burden down the road. 5 stars and will be using them again

We had a leak in a sewage pipe in our wall and Pure was able to get us on the schedule the next day for a repair. The tech they sent out, Peter, was timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. He worked efficiently to get the job done, and answered any questions I had. I mentioned to him that I thought the hose to my fridge was leaking from the back, and even though that's not what he came out for, he replaced the hose (free of charge, mind you!) in a matter of minutes. I feel like he really went out of his way to help me, when a lot of others wouldn't have. I can say with confidence that Pure Pluming genuinely cares about its customers and I know they stand behind their reputation. We will keep them in need for all of our future plumbing needs.

Service was performed a year ago - plumber charged us around 500$. He spent 30-40 min in the garage and then in the powder room. Said that he fixed it and literally the same problem resurfaced an hour after he left. I called to demonstrate the sound to a very nice receptionist and complained about rather terrible result, but to my surprise they actually decided to cash my check anyway. On top of this as a freebie he so generously offered to clean upstairs toilet bowl with quick snake run resulted in the ceiling leak on the next day and for next 2 weeks straight - had to call another plumbing company to fix both problems (original and the leak resulted from 'Pure Plumbing freebie') for 230$ and 1.5 hour work.

Thank you David Betterton, and Michael Clemens for all of the great work they did at my house today. They put in all new toilets, and a new water treatment system. They did a fantastic job, and they cleaned up nicely too. I also want to thank Jeff, and Chris for cleaning out my sewer line. Every person that came to my house was nice and professional. They were all very knowledgeable about the plumbing problems at my house.

Could not be happier with Bob (Roberts) work. He was on time, early actually. Very matter of fact. Detailed oriented and explained issues to me in layman's terms. Kept me up to date on every facet of the work to be done. He indicated other potential problems and went ahead an repaired them as well while he had access to these areas. He was very clean, meaning he cleaned up after the major job completely. Also made it to where we will never have this extreme issue again. We have all the access we need to eliminate this issue from happening again due to his quick and efficient thinking and work. I was not uncomfortable at all with him in my home when I was not there, and I am a single mother. Very much a gentlemen and skilled master craftsman in his trade if you ask me!

My elderly parents had a gas leak in their laundry room After calling out the gas company we decide to have some changes on the lines. Scheduling was super easy and very accommodating considering I called closer to the end of their business day. David B. and I believe Michael arrived on time the next morning, reviewed the request, supplied a quick estimate at a very good rate, and were able to start the modification immediately. They were extremely friendly to my family, clean, thorough, and completed the work efficiently. Great experience and I am comfortable that my elders are able to be safe in their home. Thank you!

Great service and on time, but my god they overcharge. They had to gut my toilet and replace everything inside and charged me $340. ""Sink or toilet stop replacement chrome"" was $150! I thought I was getting top notch materials and the invoice looks super complicated and fancy so I agreed.

Recently I had to gut my other toilet and hired another plumber. This plumber brought a Fluidmaster kit from Home Depot that cost $22 (he gave me the receipt) and guess what it looked familiar. Upon inspection it was the same kit that Pure Plumbing was using, and it even included the ""fancy chrome stop"". I understand paying well for home services but using a $22 kit to charge $340 was absurd. Btw the new plumber charged about $100 including the cost of the kit, and my toilet works just as well as the other one.
