Once again, excellent job by Pure Plumbing. This time around we had a new sink installed. Our technician Joe did a fantastic job removing old sink and installing new sink and faucet. Very friendly and focused. Manager Jeff in the office was a pleasure to work with and made sure all questions and concerns were addressed. Very happy with quality of work and customer service.

I called Pure Plumbing because my irrigation backflow preventer was leaking. Called the office and had an appointment set in 2 days. The technicians arrived within the timeframe quoted to me when I made the appointment and the 2 techs, Joe and Branson, who arrived were very professional, polite and explained everything throughly. They got the pipe fixed quickly and only had the water off for 10 mins. The techs did a great job and I would call them again

I was in need of a top rated Plumbing company when my rental property was flooded due to a broken water heater. I went on Yelp to find the best in the neighborhood and found Pure plumbing. Very first phone call after normal business hours and a live agent picks up a phone call and it only gets better from here. She was able to find me an appointment in 2 days which was just awesome. The technician was on time, great communication through out the process and educated me on what may have went wrong with the current water heater and how we could prevent this going forward. I took their recommendation and extremely happy with the overall job.

Few days later, my property manager calls me and says that the dry wall needs patched up which means the water heater needs to be removed and installed back (2 separate appointments). There was a slight miscommunication between the owner(myself),my property manager and Pure plumbing. This was No way a fault of pure plumbing but the Service Manager Jeff went ahead and waived the service fee for these 2 appointments.That clearly shows how committed this company is for their customers. Going forward, Pure Plumbing is a one stop shop for all the plumbing needs for myself and a group of fellow investors in Vegas.

I had the best experience with Pure Plumbing. Joe Haiston came and gave me an estimate for a couple things I needed done inside but what I was really worried about was the toilets had been bubbling when you flushed one of the other toilets. He checked the overflow out front (which was buried in the landscaping) and it was clogged. There was a piece clogging it and he had a terrible time getting it out. I was so worried as the time ticked along about what my final bill would be. After finishing the work on the overflow, he came in and installed a kitchen faucet and fixed a shower faucet. Those two projects went very smoothly and he was super quick. When it came time to pay he just charged me for the work inside that he had quoted me (I also received 10% off for doing multiple things at the same time). He said it was an unusual thing that it took so long out front and was so difficult to remedy and he would not charge me for that. Another company might have capitalized on that and charged me the extra time. I was so relieved and happy. I HIGHLY recommend Pure Plumbing and Joe Haiston.

Pure Plumbing saved the day! We had a leak in our garage floor that another plumbing company ""fixed"" that was leaking again. Scott of Pure Plumbing discovered the problem with their leak detection equipment and pulled the permit to fix it the same day. Scott was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The price was very reasonable.
I can't say enough about this company and their service and Scott was great.
The thank you card with a Starbucks gift card was a nice touch, as well! We have found our go to plumbing company! We called Pure Plumbing again this October for a toilet that we had supposedly fixed and then replaced before with another plumber. Scott discovered the root of the problem that we've dealt with for 12 years! We now have a super bladder flush toilet that should've been put in originally when the builders screwed up by cutting the hole for the toilet too close to the wall. All these years of plumbers coming out here and no one found the real problem until now. Scott and Michael were just fantastic. I love this company. I have a plumbing company for life!

We had a problem with our 25 year old shower. Rick Candito plainly and thoroughly explained the problem and the array of options we had to either fix and/or replace our old fixture(s). He repaired it such that it runs better than ever. He also installed a new kitchen faucet which required the unexpected need to disconnect, untangle, and then reconnect the myriad of tubes and hoses under the sink to ensure the pull-down mechanism would flow freely and easily. We will call Pure Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs, and hope that Rick will be the plumber assigned to our call.
