Puma Plumbing is great. I called the number and the owner responded instead of some salesman. He provided me with a quote right on the spot with no tricky runarounds. Then two hours later, the owner and his worker showed up ready to work. I like things to be simple and it couldn't be any simpler. These guys were quick, straightforward, no bs and knew their craft. You can tell they are well skilled tradesmen who actually care about their craftsmanship. They replaced my water heater and toilet in no time and the job was done perfectly. I know because I was watching. Puma was the most responsive and reasonably priced company out of the 4 companies I called. Puma is a good honest company. I'd say give them a call if you have any plumbing needs.

If you need a fantastic,very professional,courteous,and excellent plumber then call Brian and Mark at Puma plumbing.We had pipe hammering in our house and contacted Puma on Labor Day,the following morning Brian showed up with his beautiful new truck at 6:00AM! finished the job in less than an hour!He is very honest and knowledgable and courteous,also followed up next day to see how everything was! I can't say enough great things about Brian Puma and Troy. From the first visit (snaking our outgoing drain) to just now putting in a new, free toilet at no charge. Living in a 50+ year old house, these delightful surprises, like needing a re-drain pop up. Not only that, but some previous repairs were not done properly or up to code! Brian was upfront about extra problems he found, explained it all and kept the price down. Getting to the problem required cutting the tile in our bathroom, but Brian suggested a superb tile guy, Matt Skowron of Matt Building Co. to redo the tile. Matt went above and beyond, by mixing tiles to make a design at my request. I would definitely work with Puma Plumbing again and refer any friend to them.

It was around 9pm on a Sunday night, and I was having trouble stopping the leak in my toilet. The leak was starting to go through the 2nd floor and into the garage. I called a plumber right away, and was told the soonest they could get to me was in 2 hours! Then all of a sudden, I saw this 'Puma Plumbing' truck drive right past my garage. I figured this person probably just finished a long day of work and was on his way home. I was so helpless at this point I thought I would give it a try. I called the number on the truck and Brian immediately answered. Brian quickly turned around (within mins after me trying to flag him down from the street) and came by to shut the water off and fix the leak. He even offered to come by the following morning to check and see that the water didn't do too much damage to my garage. Thank you Brian. Can't recommend him enough!
