We had scheduled a plumber to come fix a blocked kitchen drain. They kept changing times then canceling. Before I hire any company to work on our house, I spend a lot of time researching and checking referrals. Brian was easy to contact and responded immediately. I have used his services a number of times now.

Every time we use his services, he explains everything to us patiently before starting. Most importantly, he is honest. He charged us half of what other companies have charged us before for the same job. He told us that sometimes companies make it seem like the job is harder than it is to charge a higher price.

Brian also cleans everything up meticulously before leaving. Just so you can get an idea of the customer service you get with Puma Plumbing, he used one of his own shirts to clean up a mess in my shower that was there before he arrived that wasn't even caused by him.
