Our kitchen garbage disposal stopped working about a week ago, and our kitchen faucet was aging and needed to be replaced. So, I turned to Yelp to find a plumber. After reviewing several highly rated options and calling for pricing, we chose Puma Plumbing. Brian was very helpful and transparent from start to finish, clearly explaining the required services and their costs.

Upon his arrival, Brian inspected the kitchen garbage disposal and informed us that a replacement wasn't necessary; it was in good condition but simply stuck. With some troubleshooting, he managed to get it working again, saving us over $200. He also replaced our kitchen faucet, doing a stellar job.

My water heater went out. I called Brian, he literally called his contact to give me HIS discount on a new water heater. Brian placed the parts order, picked up the water heater, took it to my house, installed it, and removed the old heater on the SAME day. He literally took care of everything and saved me $500 bucks! This is my third job through him and he's always super friendly, explains things to me and gives me his honest advice and never over charges.

One time I had Brian fix a clogged toilet and his work was good. I called on him again to do a more complicated toilet installation and he quit responding after he heard that it was a little more difficult that clearing a clogged drain. Then I had a similar clogged drain so I called on Brian and he said he'd call me back to confirm the time he could come fix it.... He didn't call back. I tried again, no response.
