My family were all grateful for his work and being able to get the hot and cold water connections fixed and working that same day!

I have used Pueo plumbing for years. Every time they have come to do a job at my home or my business they are great. They replaced the sewer line from our home to the street. All of the staff are kind and knowledgeable from the booking agents, plumbers and their construction crew. They worked quickly and the only delay we had was the rain kept them from laying concrete. We had to wait till the ground dried up and they were there to pour as soon as the weather allowed. Love them all and would refer them to everyone who has plumbing needs.

My system backed up again - third time in three years. Always felt Pueo treated me right before and was lucky they were able to send someone out the same day. This time it was Jonah - and I can't say enough about what a great job he did! I started hearing gurgling from under my kitchen sink the night before, then one bathroom toilet started bubbling and next the other toilet wouldn't flush. Jonah used the ""SeeSnake"" (the one with a camera) first but that stopped at 100' at the street cleanout. Then he used the longer electric snake, but that stopped too. (I had forgotten about the middle cleanout, which would have saved some time.) The street cleanout was jammed up, so Jonah had to cut it to remove it. He had a pretty good idea that the problem was the cast iron connector to the city line. After clearing out the clog using the middle cleanout, Jonah used the SeeSnake to show me that it was exactly what he had thought, even providing the video to me. I ended up learning quite a lot about my plumbing system. Thanks for being so personable and helpful, Jonah!

We called kind of late but only to schedule a repair the next day. They answered and we were able to schedule a repair to a clogged tub line in our house. We received an email confirmation of the date and time. The guy showed up early which was a pleasant surprise. He was friendly, clean and professional, with a sense of humor. A sense of humor is always welcomed. He did a great job by repairing the problem with minimal intrusion to our home, explaining what was going on and what to expect with our plumbing the way it is situated on our home. He did explain his charges before he started. He did state the 1st our charge and any other charges that may apply. He was on this job for about 45 min. We were charged for more than an hour (less than 2). If we were charged as he mentioned I would have given him a good tip. But since it was more than an hour, we did not tip. Great work in any case.

We had a clogged waste line. Louis came out and started with process with his camera scope. We hoped the 2"" line would clear the clog, but it could not. Louis identified the possible issue and was able to pinpoint the problem in our yard. This required them to come back the next day to do a big dig. Louis was correct in his evaluation and location. He found that our clean out was buried under a foot and a half of dirt and the clean out lid was corroded so dirt was clogging the line. He installed two clean outs - one going to the house and the other to the street. Yay! We now have a proper clean out. Louis was professional, skilled, courteous and great to work with. His assistant, Ha'aha'a was also extremely respectful, skilled and professional. Ha'aha'a worked extra hours to put back the grass beautifully. Our landscaper was impressed with their work. I would highly recommend Loius, Ha'aha'a and Pueo plumbing!

i am really surprised about all the good reviews for this company. we had problems with the toilets for one of our rental properties. unfortunately, the plumber we normally used was fully booked for the week and our tenants needed immediate service. we saw this company was near by the property with good yelp reviews and thought they would do a good job. the plumber they sent spent hours digging a hole and decided to cut the main valve damaging our pipe in the process and used the excuse that it was old and unfixable and gave ridiculous alternatives, some even illegal. our tenants did not have water for a couple of days as a result of the damage they did and they refused to fix the damage they made without us consenting to pay for their ridiculous solutions for a problem they created. we called in another company and the other company confirmed the damage they did was very fixable and shook his head saying they did the job wrong. to our surprise he was able to guess that pueo plumbing did this and smirked saying ""be careful when hiring a small company to do this kind of work."" we were also surprised the other company was able to fix the damage pueo plumbing caused and our toilets for less than the quote pueo gave us. unfortunately pueo's damage has now caused problems for the sinks because they left the cut pipe exposed to dirt. the damage they caused is so traumatizing and we are in the process to see if our property insurance can even help for the damage they caused!

I called several plumbing companies and majority of them couldn't come out until 8/9 hrs later but with all our toilets clogged & sewage backed up & filled into both showers. We needed help sooner than later. Pueo Plumbing came within 30-45 mins. Joesph was very polite & explained every step that he needed to do to clear our clogged pipes. He even let us watch the camera that was in the pipes to show us areas that had residue built up that could of possibly clogged our pipe system. Awesome! The price was also affordable for the service that had to be done. Thank you so much Pueo Plumbing for your quick & fast service! I'll for sure call again if I ever have any plumbing problems!!

I had a big leak from the toilet on the 2nd floor. I called Pueo in the morning, they were able to come out at noon the same day. The problem with the leaking toiled was fixed and a bathtub unplugged. They asked if I wanted restoration, and I was so happy to know they could take care of it. The same afternoon they started working on the kitchen ceiling. Daniel did the work and he is awesome, so nice and kind so so sooo professional. You CANNOT tell we ever had a problem with the ceiling. Super terrific job. 10 STARS

Lewis came out promptly to possibly run a camera in the sewage line to see if we had a leak. He gave me his honest opinions and answered all my questions. I didn't feel pressured to run the camera, and will use them in the future for any plumbing needs.
