Jessica and Josh were great! We had an emergency call late Monday night (about 10 pm) and called about 8 plumbing companies on the island everyone either said they were booked or didn't call back. We called Pueo Plumbing and got a person to answer (Jessica) and although they were unavailable at the time she took time to call her crew to see who can help and called us back. She gave us the earliest appointment available which was 6 am Tuesday morning. Josh came out, fixed the problem and provided us with information we needed so this doesn't happen again. We were sent all the information via email as promised and they did it all with such professionalism and a smile. Thank you for doing what you do. Great service, great people really doing their jobs over and beyond.

We were very pleased by the services performed by Pueo Plumbing. We had hot water issues and lukewarm showers made it a priority to find a plumber stat. After reviewing other companies on Yelp we selected Pueo based on their great reviews and we were not disappointed. I contacted Jennifer on a Tuesday and she scheduled Cole to stop by that evening-really awesome! The estimate was competitive as we needed a hot water heater replaced, water pressure line replaced and a leaky water line for our Washer changed-and they were able to come the next evening! Cole was very polite, professional and we were truly impressed with the work that he did. He he did a great job of explaining the work that would be done and answered my numerous questions. He was truly awesome and the work was completed on a timely basis. Jennifer was very pleasant to work and it's nice to be able to have a person actually answer your call and not have to wait for a call back. Really rare these days... If you want a great Kamaaina plumbing company look no further. It's nice knowing that we a great company to work with for our future plumbing needs!

I would highly recommend Pueo Plumbing. Cole did an excellent job installing my hot water heater. When I called again needing a leak and a couple other things fixed they squeezed me in their busy schedule. Cole came out again and fixed everything. He is very professional and courteous and kept working until everything was working perfectly. I will definitely call Cole again for any plumbing needs.

We recently moved into the old family home. I started home renovations by replacing a toilet, bathroom vanity, bathroom and kitchen faucets. Dennis was our Plumber and did a great job. Being an older home nothing goes as planned. Corroded galvanized pipes had to be cut out and replaced. Dennis handled all unexpected issues professionally. These unexpected issues ate up a lot of time. Instead of leaving at 4 or 5 PM to come back another day, Dennis worked until all jobs were complete. Mahalo to him and Pueo Plumbing. I will definitely call them for all future plumbing needs.

We easily communicated with Jennifer from the Pueo office by text, figured out all of the job details and scheduling in advance; when the plumber arrived, the job could flow smoothly and efficiently. Big Mahalo to Cole, Reid, Josh, Ama and the entire Pueo Plumbing Ohana!! I have to let all of you know that these guys are OUTSTANDING!! If I could give them more stars on Yelp, I would!! I had an emergency as my home was getting flooded from a collapsed sewer pipe, which I had no idea had happened. Cole and his crew came over ASAP and worked late into the evening to make sure we were ok. They installed a new sewer line and went above and beyond to make sure they changed out even the old pipes that needed to be replaced. These guys just didn't stop at fixing the problem, they made sure the job was done right. I give all my thanks to Pueo Plumbing for an awesome job. This is the only plumbing company you will need to call for any job.
