Big, big, big Mahalo Leo & Josh. Called 10 am Sunday Thanksgivings Day weekend for a backed up drain. Leo was great and got hold of Josh who got out to us around 1:30 pm. Which I think is pretty good for a weekend trouble call. The email confirmation was helpful. Took about an hour to get the line cleared. Damn diaper wipes!!!! Josh was extremely professional and friendly. After clearing the line Josh ran the camera to verify that the line was clean. Hopefully we won't need to go through that again, but if we do, I know who to call.

Our Beeg mahalo to Josh, Matt and Scott. We had a backup in the hall bathroom tub of my moms home. They came right over, identified the problem and repaired the rusted cast iron pipe. All three gentlemen were extremely professional and courteous. Plumbing emergencies are unexpected especially with a backed up toilet. Last night our toilet backed up and we needed a plumber at 8pm. Tried to call plumbers that were listed open 24/7 but no one picked up or called me back. But Pueo Plumbing answered our call and sent a tech to our house within an hour. Through years of wear and tear, our garden hose spigot randomly broke and the whole thing needed to be replaced ASAP. Because of this unfortunate event, we had to temporarily shut off our water to prevent waste. With no running water and not much experience using plumbing services, Pueo Plumbing was the first business I could think of because I often see their work trucks in traffic. my kitchen sink was backed up and smelled terribly. pueo was able to send someone immediately. Lewis arrived a bit early and waited for me to arrive. he explained what he would do and the costs associated. he rectified the situation quickly and cleaned up along the way. he shared some advice as to what to do going forward I was very pleased with the experience and all the interactions from the beginning to the end.

After waiting for a plumber all day, and after being told he'd be here in 30 minutes and still 3 hours later he didn't show, we called Pueo at 5 pm on a Saturday. We didn't have a complicated repair so the dispatcher said that although they were booked, they'd try to squeeze us in. A few minutes later we received a confirmation that someone could come by between 6 - 10pm. Less than an hour later, Rich showed up. He got right to work. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. Everything was fixed, tested and working great in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend Pueo. Mahalo Rich and Pueo!

Pueo Plumbing far exceed any expectations from new to repair work. I've used them on several commercial and residential projects. Jessica is always pleasant, positive, and quick to respond back on scheduling within a day. Plumber Scott and his assistant Dakota are friendly, courteous, with lots of knowledge to what options are best to fix the problem in a timely manner. They excel with impeccable workmanship and best in communication. They go above and beyond to provide me with pictures and video of the work they performed to make sure satisfied is achieved. Much can be said of Pueo Plumbing's expertise. Our lawn sprinkler water pressure dropped significantly after a Pressure Regulator Valve (PRV) was placed at our home's gate valve. Ignoring it for a while, we hand watered one section because of the shortage. Through time other plumbers examined our system but couldn't figure out what the problem was. Coming to fix a leak in our toilet bowl valve, Pueo's plumber, Jimmy, discovered a discrepancy in shutting the water to our home - our waterline with the PRV supposedly for the house would not turn off the water, whereas, the waterline to our lawn shut the house water (?). Jimmy, who has a Commercial Plumbing Master license from Washington state, learned that the PRV was placed on the wrong line. So Jimmy placed a new PRV on the houseline and removed the PRV on the lawn sprinkler line, and thereafter, normal water flow to our yard returned! The quality of his work, re-aligning the water line in a small space for the new PRV, was a work of art. Other service by Pueo Plumbing displayed the same expertise, courtesy, timeliness, and trustworthiness. Every homeowner needs a reliable contractor. Believe me, Jimmy and Pueo is one to have.

I called several plumbing companies and majority of them couldn't come out until 8/9 hrs later but with all our toilets clogged & sewage backed up & filled into both showers. We needed help sooner than later. Pueo Plumbing came within 30-45 mins. Joesph was very polite & explained every step that he needed to do to clear our clogged pipes. He even let us watch the camera that was in the pipes to show us areas that had residue built up that could of possibly clogged our pipe system. Awesome!
