It's Friday evening and our bathroom floor is soaked with water. When I checked a nearby sewer clean out, dirty water overflowed when the cap was removed because the pipe was stopped up. Mahalo to Leona from Pueo Plumbing for pleasantly taking my emergency call and sending Josh out. He was organized, quick and through in diagnosing our problem and resolving it. Our sewer and water pipes are 50 years old and in need of repair, rescaling and relining. It can be an expensive, lengthy and messy process. We had heard good reviews about Pueo and gave them a call. Leo in the office made it a point to send someone over with their first opening. Lewis came promptly on a Tuesday, did a thorough inspection explaining what needed to be done and provided us with an estimated cost. We gave him the go ahead and the team of workers started promptly at 8am the following morning. They worked quickly, each knowing what need to be done. There was a lot of camaraderie and it was obvious that Matt, Alex and the rest of the team work well together. They descaled 100' of pipes and relined and reinforced key segments without invasive trenches and excessive noise. The work was clean, fairly priced and took just three days. Above and beyond. This company knows how to take care of the customer and do the job right the first time. This was the second time I have used Pueo Plumbing both for emergency work. First was our main waterline and just recently our main sewer line. Would recommend for any plumbing project. Rate them A++++.

I just used Pueo Plumbing yesterday as we have a continuous issue with our drain and the plumber that I usually use could not get to our house until the next day. I must say that Pueo is one of the most professional companies in that they were constantly contacting me and letting me know when the plumber would be at my house. The plumber whom I believe is the owner of Pueo was friendly, excellent and did a thorough diagnosis and fix of the immediate issues that we had with the main line. I found the bill to be more than fair. I also asked and was given another estimate for additional work and received the estimate the next day (today). Pueo is excellent and I highly recommend their services.

SOLID ! They replaced a sewer pipe for us. They estimated 2-3 days to complete. The guys worked extremely hard in the heat and finished in 2 days. Clean up was good. The guys were friendly and professional. I also noticed that they seemed to really like and respect their boss which says something about how he treats his employees. If you call anybody else, you're blowing it.

Unfortunately, we had a clogged toilet problem at our business this week. Our receptionist recommended Pueo Plumbing since she had a good experience when using them. Gave them a call. Great communication, email and text reminders...awesome! Louis came on time, fixed our problem, and explained & showed me what caused the clog (their snake had a video camera). Definitely recommend this company! Will use them again...but I hope I don't have to. Thanks!

This company is definitely a 5 star business. Contacted them and other companies online through Yelp and they were the first to respond. Was going to contact Roto Rooter but decided to SUPPORT LOCAL. Leo contacted me by phone and set up a appointment for 5:00pm and the technician Lewis showed up on time. I explained to him what the problem was and he took care of it in less than 1/2 hour. We chatted a bit and he explained to me what the problem and cleared the main sewer line. He did find a problem in our piping which was not something that we had to take care of right away and gave me some option if we decided to repair and what it might cost. I will be going through this company for any plumbing needs in the future. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks Leo and Lewis for your AWESOME customer service. my kitchen sink was backed up and smelled terribly. pueo was able to send someone immediately. Lewis arrived a bit early and waited for me to arrive. he explained what he would do and the costs associated. he rectified the situation quickly and cleaned up along the way. he shared some advice as to what to do going forward I was very pleased with the experience and all the interactions from the beginning to the end.
