Last Thu Cole from Pueo Plumbing came to my rescue. My hallway shower wouldn't drain and the water was gushing out of the base of the toilet next to the shower and later the water was backing out of my second toilet in my second bathroom. Both bathrooms were flooded. After 4 1/2 hrs of work and snaking, Cole found the drain clog was due to tree roots grown into the pipe and unclogged it. He also pulled out both toilets and replaced the old wax rings what were rotted. This will prevent future leakage coming out of the toilets. Cole is very knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend this place.

Too bad I can only give 5 stars... Pueo Plumbing was absolutely amazing! I contacted them because of some issues with my water heater and Josh was quick to respond and came out to my home immediately. Josh was incredible. He was knowledgeable, friendly and even took the time to explain things to me and instruct me on how the heater works and other potential problems that could arise later. Josh even followed up after the job was done to ensure that everything was still going well. I highly recommend Josh and Pueo plumbing and will absolutely be using them again in the future should the need ever arise.

After calling for an appointment for that same day, they were able to accommodate me. Lewis showed on time, was very professional and was able to address my plumbing issues. Excellent service! I needed a drain line cleared quick, and they made it happen. I got a call back from Jennifer, who was polite, friendly, upfront about pricing, and able to send Cole and Dakota to our home right away. These plumbers were both also friendly and seemingly very competent. They worked quickly, solved the problem, and were very respectful of the property while doing so. Pueo scheduled our clogged plumbing situation promptly, showed up on time with manners. It turned out to be a broken sewage line issue and they were able to immediately send another crew out to address the issue on the same day. The team (Michael, Josh and Jonah) all were clear communicators with professional attitude. Highly recommend if you need a reliable plumber.

Lewis was fast and efficient. Just have to get used to how plumbers charge for services these days. If you are having hardware replaced it might be beneficial to buy it before you schedule a plumber. Saves time of them having to go pick up the item. Yeah, I'd use their services again in the future.

I can't rate Pueo Plumbing high enough! Their service was 5 star from start to finish. Living in an old home has its charms...old cast iron pipes is not one of them. We knew our pipes were likely in rough condition due to the age of the home and wanted to have them coated or lined before they were beyond saving. The team spent so much time carefully inspecting our lines to make sure they were able to provide us with the best and most affordable options possible. We ended up having to take out a portion of our newly remolded floors to access a section that was beyond saving. They truly treated our home as if it were their own. Carefully protecting all the surfaces/creating dust barriers/and cleaning up along the way and at the end of each day. Matt their lining expert ran our job. He did such an amazing job not only running the crew but being so kind to explain things to us along the way and always showed up with a smile despite the long days they were putting in. It's Friday evening and our bathroom floor is soaked with water. When I checked a nearby sewer clean out, dirty water overflowed when the cap was removed because the pipe was stopped up. Mahalo to Leona from Pueo Plumbing for pleasantly taking my emergency call and sending Josh out. He was organized, quick and through in diagnosing our problem and resolving it. Excellent customer service, returned my call promptly, listened to my issues and responded timely. Mike called me back right away to help troubleshoot my problems over the phone before scheduling a plumber. Landry the plumber came over and was super professional, courteous, and honest about our plumbing problems. After resolving our clogged sewer lines, replacing our rusted toilet flange, reinstalling our toilets, and cleaning up Landry provided recommendations for our old lines: descaling our pipes and changing our toilets to a 55 plus year old home).
