The folks at Pueo Plumbing were absolutely wonderful and a perfect example of Aloha Spirit! Leo at the customer service/scheduling office was so kind and patient. Our tech Scott was amazing! Both of these gentlemen communicated with us the whole time in getting our issues resolved. The price was very reasonable for the work performed. Much Mahalo to Pueo Plumbing!!!

I can't rate Pueo Plumbing high enough! Their service was 5 star from start to finish. Living in an old home has its charms...old cast iron pipes is not one of them. We knew our pipes were likely in rough condition due to the age of the home and wanted to have them coated or lined before they were beyond saving. The team spent so much time carefully inspecting our lines to make sure they were able to provide us with the best and most affordable options possible. We ended up having to take out a portion of our newly remolded floors to access a section that was beyond saving. They truly treated our home as if it were their own. Carefully protecting all the surfaces/creating dust barriers/and cleaning up along the way and at the end of each day. Matt their lining expert ran our job. He did such an amazing job not only running the crew but being so kind to explain things to us along the way and always showed up with a smile despite the long days they were putting in. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest you reach out to them to for your plumbing needs and if you have old pipes check into coating/lining and hopefully they can save you $$$ In the long run as they did for us!

Our drain pipe was backed up so I called around. I found Pueo Plumbing and I am very happy with the service I received. Lewis is an exceptional worker. I told him the problem and he took a look and started working on it right away. He educated me on our sewage system and even took a video narrating how it works. He also told me my options and what is needed to save me money. He was friendly, fast, efficient and an excellent worker. I definitely recommend Pueo plumbing for all your plumbing needs!!

Pueo plumbling is an exceptional company. We had an issue with one of our toilets and gave a call earlier in the morning. We were able to get an appointment on the same day in the morning. Lewis arrived early, which was great. Lewis fixed our toilet quickly and provided me recommendations to prevent this issue in the future. I had a clogged sink on New Year's Eve. Called Pueo thinking I could get by until the holiday weekend was over and someone was available. To my great pleasure they were able to come the same day, unclogged the sink, and diagnosed the underlying problem. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Pueo plumbing. They were able to fit me in their schedule by lunchtime of the day I called since I needed my kitchen sink unclogged ASAP. Glenn snaked my drain and was polite and fast. Unfortunately, a drain line elbow popped off during cleaning because it was not glued in by our original plumber (not Pueo). Though not really their fault, Pueo sent Scott to fix the leaking joint. He was done in under 10 minutes. No additional charge.

We are so pleased with Pueo Plumbing. We had some old underground pipes that had to be replaced quickly. They were so professional, prompt and responsive from the first phone call to the wrap up.
