Public Service Plumbers are certified and BBB approved.
Clint came over to install shower fixtures. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He covered the area he was working in and laid out everything precisely.
The next week, Clint and Aaron came over to install a new hot water heater. They were also on time, friendly and very professional. They worked very hard all day, didn't ask for anything, covered the floors and were extremely courteous.

Taylor and Troy came out this morning early when hot water heater ruptured. They stayed with it all day and dealt with a townhouse that was built in the seventies, addressed water damage and replaced the hot water heater. They were so polite and kind, answering all our questions, explaining multiple options and then explaining the work they were doing. They tested and cleaned up everything before leaving after 12 hours on site. I totally trust Taylor and Troy and recommend them to problem solve your plumbing issues. They have terrific knowledge with over 46 years of plumbing experience between the two of them.

A.J. and Josh were real nice guys. Plumbing is just crazy expensive. Started out with $99 and a free camera inspection. $895 later they ran a snake through the roof inlet and it appears my problem is fixed, for now. The next level needed to correct the problem, long term, is $6300 and a complete redo on the cast iron pipe system is $32,000 with a 10 year warranty. I will get at least 1 or 2 other estimates before making my decision.

I called Public Service Plumbers to unclog my bathroom sink, to fix a leaky kitchen sink hose and replace a toilet valve. First they wanted to check all of my water heaters, all my toilets and more. I told them I didn't have that much time and to do the 3 things I had them out for. They go out to their truck for awhile and come back and quote me $1200.00 for redoing the toilets, fixing the sink hose and unclogging my sink. I ask for the basic service which they quoted at. $600.00. I said Thankyou, wrotevthen a check for the $89.00 service fee. I then went on YouTube and figured out how to fix it myself. I spent about $70.00 to get everything fixed. My husband and I saved ourselves abt $500.00. just because I have a descent house and I'm a woman doesn't mean I'm stupid. They have been crossed off my list of good plumbers.

Gas tankless water heater stopped working. Charged 700 dollars for "diagnostics" that took 30 minutes. Said it was "either they blower or the controller board" they could replace both for an additional 2,000 dollars but could not gaurantee it would work. Offered to replace for 10,000 dollars with a 5 year warranty. These units are available new at home depot for 999. Avoid this company like the plague.

I recommend finding a different plumber. I called Public Service Plumbers to come light a pilot light. I had to schedule them at the same time as the gas company and the gas company was about 15 minutes behind, so the plumber left. That's somewhat understandable, still aggravating. What has me upset is that they charged me $89 for the service fee, which I paid, then came back and knocked on my door saying the payment didn't go through. The plumber was wrong and I paid twice. $180 for nothing, and the company is giving me the run around and are acting like they won't reimburse me. 1/10 business, save the headache and use somebody else.
