All I can say is Bob is a godsend! I can't thank him enough! I called Prudent Plumbing after several other plumbers. I thought I had a serious issue on my hands and was hoping someone would come out right away. Everywhere I called quoted me a high ""diagnosis"" fee and couldn't come out that day. I explained in detail my issue to everyone I called and they all wanted to set an appointment to come out and quoted me in the hundreds. I picked up the phone one last time to call Prudent Plumbing and Bob answered. I again went over my issue in detail, his response was shocking. He said ""No problem, I can help you right now over the phone."" I was in disbelief, everyone else wanted to take my money and run! He said he could come over and charge me but he didn't feel right about doing that. I did as he instructed and my issue was fixed! I truly can't thank you enough Bob, this would have been really hard on us financially right now and it's nice to know there are still good people out there that don't take advantage.

Bob came out to our house to check out a leak that was coming from the upstairs shower down through ceiling downstairs. Unfortunately the problem isn't an easy fix and we have to have the shower redone, but Bob was able to come out the day after I contacted him and he was able to narrow down what was most likely causing the problem.

I had Bob out once before to fix a pipe that broke when I was changing my garbage disposal and he did a great job. Last night I figured out my water heater had finally died. I knew it was having issues, but I was hoping to get by a bit longer. I called Bob just after 7am. He answered right away and he had me scheduled for the same day. He actually finished his first job early and got my new water heater up and running in just a few hours. I was so happy to have it done so quickly. He is always very honest about costs and very reasonable. I highly recommend him!

I called three plumbing places on Saturday. One never responded after I left a message, one said they didn't know the schedule and would call me on Sunday (they never did), but Bob told me immediately what openings he had.

I have no words for how amazing and efficient this visit was!

Polite, pleasant, and professional. Got right to work. Solved my problem quickly, went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Asked if there was anything else we wanted him to look at before he left. Made eye contact and treated me like a person (you'd be amazed how that doesn't happen much anymore).

Highly recommended, will recommend to friends and family, and I will definitely call again if I run into problems.

We found Bob after reading the reviews on Yelp and other sites, and we couldn't be happier that we called him. He was able to fit us in right away, fixed the easy fixes quickly and walked us through our options on a bigger issue we'd been having. His prices are super fair and he was conservative about about not recommending the most expensive fix without trying some less expensive fixes first. He will be our first call for all future plumbing needs in the future for sure!

Bob is great! He came to my home a couple months ago and fixed our tub that had an extremely low flow faucet. He is fair, honest, and trust worthy. His prices are good and he does his job well. I called him today to see if he was able to fix my touch kitchen faucet. unfortunately he suggested me to someone more fitting for the job. He has not done a lot of newer technology faucets and was not sure he was the right man for the job.

All I can say is thank you for your honesty Bob. I will call a different company for my needs today, however we will be return costumers of yours.
