Anthony did a fantastic job. Clean work, very professional and very reliable. On a Friday night at 6pm (when they closed at 4), I called and left a message saying I was in need of a new water heater. Within minutes he called me back and asked me to take a picture of our setup and send it to him. I did and he called me back within 5 minutes with a quote. The next morning he was here before by noon with a new unit. No hassle, no up sell; just great work done timely so we weren't down long. Thumbs up!

Anthony did a great job for our 2 condos as my neighbor upstairs had a leaky hot water heater. Gave us each a separate estimate based on our needs and accommodated our time frame for installation. Honesty and ethics are a huge factor for me in choosing whom to do business with. Anthony more than passed the test today.

When the pilot went out on my eleven year old water heater and I was unable to relight it, I began looking for someone to come and repair it. I was pretty sure what the problem was, and that it required a simple part replacement. I had two people refuse to replace the part because the water heater was over 10 years old, but they were more than happy to sell me a new water heater for around $2,000. I said no thanks, refused to pay them $75 for refusing to do a simple repair, and kept looking.

Then I called Providence Water Heaters, got voicemail, and left a message. Ten or so minutes later Anthony returned my call, confirmed that it surely did need that part replaced, asked how old the heater was, and whether it was leaking (no, it wasn't), said he'd be here around 5:00, and his fee would be $250. A little after 5:00 he showed up, then 10-15 minutes and $250 later I had a working water heater. He said that the water heater appears to be in good condition, and recommended I start budgeting for a new one. Fair enough.

A professional who knows what he is doing, AND is honest and ethical will always have my business, and will always be the one I recommend with all my heart.

I highly recommend Providence Water Heaters! Long story short: my water heater tank was leaking, needed to be replaced, but was in a super inaccessible area (climb over a 3.5 ft. concrete wall in the basement, squeeze through a tiny square hole in the structural support beams, duck under the HVAC system, and there is the water tank, stuck in the corner). I had multiple companies come out to do assessments, give estimates, etc., and I am really happy I found and chose Providence. Anthony was very calm and respectful, was able to provide an accurate estimate from photos I sent, and stood by the estimate provided with no surprise or additional costs. He is super knowledgeable about the products and I felt very comfortable with him. He installed a Navien Tankless water heater and was even able/willing to cut up the old tank so we could remove it! He pretty much had to do all this while sitting on the ledge, since there is not even enough head space to stand up. NOT easy! Anyways, I am very impressed with the high level of workmanship and customer service. They arrived on time, got right to work, left the area looking cleaner than it was when they arrived, and took time to explain all the components of the heater to me.
