Anthony was excellent to to work with. In addition to installing our heat pump water heater, he is also knowledgeable about all of the rebate programs. And he also knows how heat pump water heaters work, which is a huge bonus. Some of the other plumbers can install the heat pump water heaters, but don't really understand how they work as compared to regular gas water heaters. Our new water heater is working great and my wife and I highly recommend Anthony and Providence Water Heaters.

Being part of a HOA, we went through a long bid process and Anthony was very patient and stood by his Navien Product. I'm super pleased with the units we installed and the fact that we went with the Navien vs inferior versions even thought they are a bit higher priced. Anthony came and installed the units outside our building as they are very well insulated. Things have been working great ever since.

Providence came out to fix an issue with my Navien tankless water heater. Other so called ""tankless experts"" attempted to fix this issue but Providence, a certified Navien specialist, arrived quickly and promptly diagnosed the issue and repaired it within a matter of minutes. I learned more during this visit than all of the other attempts by other plumbers combined. I highly recommend them as a service provider and would use them again for other work.

They were super helpful and friendly. We noticed our water was slowly losing heat and we were afraid it was going to go out completely. They came out quickly and repaired our tankless to get us back up and running, then returned later in the week to do a full maintenance service. Good communication and on time. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering how quickly they came out to help us. We will definitely be using them for routine maintenance in the future.

We wanted to replace our old gas water heater with either a heat pump or a tankless one. We contacted Anthony who responded promptly, he came out to do an assessment and recommended the heat pump. There's a rebate on getting the heat pump water heater plus it is energy efficient. The installation process was smooth, afterwards they left the space very clean. Anthony kept us informed every step of the way, the installation, the rebate process, the inspection. He is very thorough, patient, great work ethics, and a very nice person. We are very happy we used Providence and recommend them highly.

Needed a replacement water heater after a leak. We decided to go from tank to tankless, which was a big change. PWH gave us the lowest quote, explained why the bells and whistles the competitors wanted to charge were unnecessary for our situation, and how they could do the install with minimal modifications. They then did the install quickly (which was key - we had no hot water). We have had one customer service question since then - which was handled same-day. 5 stars.

Outstanding provider.

We had a water heater failure at a very awkward moment. We called Providence, as well as two other companies. Anthony came over the same day, and gave us the most thorough and analytical advice of all the suppliers we saw (one of them we knew and trusted already).

Because of Anthony's high quality analysis of our problem, we actually changed the specs of what we wanted to do. We ended up going with a significantly cheaper solution than we had originally planned for, on his recommendation, for reliability and longevity reasons.

Anthony came back the next day for installation. He completed it quickly and efficiently. The location of the install is awkward and tight, certainly not ideal. Yet his setup was much cleaner and better laid out than the previous setup had been---as an engineer, I particularly appreciate that. Anthony also gave us additional tips, about sealing the location and monitoring it, that had not been mentioned by anyone.

As for cost, while Providence was not the lowest bid, it was definitely not a very high one (comparatively), and I feel it provided the best value. I trust their advice and their services.

In conclusion, I am impressed by Providence (and by its owner Anthony). They appear technically superior, and their advice made a big difference to us. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Our experience with Providence Water Heaters has been excellent. Anthony devised an excellent solution to dramatically reduce our hot water usage, and installed a new recirculation pump two years ago. When there was a minor equipment issue recently, Anthony was immediately responsive, and worked with the manufacturer to replace the faulty equipment (under warranty, at no cost!). Anthony is highly professional, efficient and very personable -- great to work with.

Came home from work to find my water heater leaking. Anthony responded immediately to my request and was able to find someone to come out 1.5 hours later for a repair. Andrew arrived on time and was very professional, made a quick repair, and explained my options for a longer term solution. Highly highly recommend and I will definitely use moving forward.
