I have a ancient shower faucet that leaked like crazy. After watching several YouTube videos, I attempted - and utterly failed - to disassemble it for repair. Having seen Proven Plumbing's glowing reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor, I called for help and Jacob and Joseph came out the next day.

Jacob is an amazing! While internet plumbers suggested extreme remedies ranging from blow torch to Sawzall, it took him mere seconds to take the stuck on fixture apart with nothing but channel locks. He then meticulously installed the replacement, checked it for leaks, and put sealant around it. I am also grateful to Joseph for helping me locate my buried property owner shutoff valve. I am super happy with my experience and would definitely work with Proven Plumbing again!

Wow - they have certainly mastered the art & science of customer service. Rec'd a call within minutes of an online request submission. They had a cancellation and were able to fit me in immediately. Got a confirming text as promised w/a 20 min ETA notice. Arrived on time (9:38am)... very nice & courteous technician, Mike, quickly took a look at two clogged upstairs sink and gave me a reasonable quote within minutes. After price was agreed upon, the job seemed to be more difficult than anticipated... but no other surprises. Was able to quickly pay w/credit card after going over all future maintenance recommendations that I should do in the future. Now, 10:58am they are driving away after a job well done. Could not improve this experience one bit. Glad to know I now have a plumber I can count on.
