After being derailed by Covid "stay at home", snow storm, ice storm, finally seeing family--we'd collected a list of jobs we needed done. Since multiple people on NextDoor recommended Proven Plumbing we called, and Jacob came out and gave us detailed estimates. Peter was quick to respond when we emailed questions and when ready to schedule Jacob. First job we had 3 sink faucets and under sink shut offs replaced once we purchased what we wanted. Second was to replace the water heater which we were very happy that Proven could supply. We have a couple more jobs, one soon and one someday, and we'll be happy to work around Jacob's schedule not just ours. We definitely recommend Proven.

Fabulous experience! One of our sinks was clogged due to the hvac line having been cleaned out. I reached out to Proven and they were able to send someone out same day. Blake got it fixed up and even shared how we can prevent this from happening in the future. Great experience!

If you need a plumber, do yourself a favor and call Proven Plumbing today. They are responsive, professional and when they leave all your plumbing problems will be gone! Two leaking toilets, broken pvc pipe and and an outdoor faucet replaced for me. I immediately referred a friend and they had the same experience I did. Five stars all the way around!

Asked for Proven to come out again for water hammering problem. Again, very quick to schedule, I had to cancel once and they were very understanding. The quoting process was simple, fast, and most importantly Cody was able to explain the problem to us in plain English and answer our (potentially silly) questions with patience.

The company has a really great logistics system going and everything was done online with email trails (they are also great at documenting what was done, which seems like a no brainer but surprisingly very few companies do this) . All the people I speak to from scheduler to technician are professional and just nice (also not sure why that's so hard to find).

Got slow water flow on faucets & toilet tanks. Skylar came to do free inspection and provided straightforward quote. Replaced all faucets filter and toilet valves. Took time to clean shower head which I told him I cleaned already. It turned out he did a better job. My shower head sprays water like brand new again. 2nd time he came prepared with shoes cover since the 1st visit I asked him to take off his shoes. Like people who take your concern seriously. Thank you! Will use again for future needs.
