Yet another review from me for Proven Plumbing. I am happy to report their service excellence continues. Had some post storm inspections I wanted for peace of mind, and Tom arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful job and spent the time to answer all my questions. They continue to be the standard by which all others should be measured.

I need to put a big THANK YOU to Louis! Through the brutal freeze, he kept posting advice on Nextdoor to keep pipes from freezing and what to do if they do. I had one freeze up, but because of his advice I was able to thaw it. I followed pretty much everything he suggested and we made it through with water the entire time and pipes intact. Will my water bill be a bit higher? Yes. But I'm not paying a repair bill! Louis and his guys are really awesome.

This is the best plumbing company I have ever hired. I used them twice. Once to install a toilet, and once to repair damages after the freeze. They are responsive, efficient, and their prices are the best I've found. I recommend them highly for your plumbing needs.

AMAZING!! The owner came out within minutes of contacting him today via his website on an emergency basis. No one else gave me hope due to the icy road conditions we are experiencing this day. Mostly all plumbing companies and or contractors are closing early due to bad weather. I got a text that said he would arrive within 20 minutes, he arrived earlier than 20 minutes and came right inside to look around and inspect things. It took maybe a few minutes before he knew what happened to my water valve located outback. He set me right up and gave me specific yet easy to understand instructions on what to do to get the water flowing ASAP. His solution WORKED!! It is not even an hour yet & guess what?! WE NOW HAVE WATER again!! WHOHOOO! We had no water since yesterday 2/13/21 due to frozen pipes. I was in total distress thinking I was going to pay a large amount of money to get my problem fixed. Not even the case whatsoever, this plumber knows his job extremely well and very knowledgeable, I recommend him to anyone and will be sending him and his company referrals. Thank you sir and blessings for you and your company. Definitely deserves every praise.

We had a small gas leak that turned into a night big nightmare. We called this companies due reviews they had. From the start the Plummer, Jacob I believe, was rude and had an attitude when we asked him anything. The first day they came to inspect they found the issue and was equipped to fix but left anyway without fixing it. They came back the next day and open up a wall of Sheetrock without explaining much. I had to prepare the area since he seem careless and didn't prep anything in my babies room area before Cutting anything. Which by the way weren't even clean cuts so my Sheetrock guy could easily fix. After this issue seem to be fixed and they said to call the city and they would come turn on the gas. This expectation of a few hours turned into 2 days of dealing with the city and should have set those expectations. Then our AC heat would not come on. The valve was left open during the repair causing another set of problems and took a visit from my HVAC guy to fix. We spend over a week not being able to live in our home due to the freezing weather and our new born. The issue was fixed but would hire a different companies who would communicate things better and not rude employees who have actitudes.

So grateful! We had to shut the water off to the entire house and even that they were booked up they made us a priority and arrived within a few hours. They fixed problem quickly with a reasonable price and fantastic customer service. Thank you!!

Wow, just wow! Yesterday I had Proven Plumbing send a couple plumbers over on a house we're purchasing and they found several plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. The plumbers took their time inspecting and made sure I understand what was going on. I appreciated their patience and work!

And then the today Louie the owner called me to go over the estimated repairs, and he was super knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. I was able to ask all the questions I needed to and felt like he really cared that I understood and felt comfortable with what the issues were. Further, there were a few issues that they needed to troubleshoot more and he clearly explained what the steps they would take to troubleshoot and what the expected costs could be.

Overall, fantastic experience with Proven Plumbing so far.

These guys are excellent. Prompt, courteous, reasonable pricing, excellent workmanship, and they communicate well. Obviously well-run operation. They've done several jobs for me and have won me over as my go-to for plumbing.

They were the second plumbers I called for service, because the first one I called never got me scheduled for an appt. Proven Plumbing called me back and scheduled a service right away, the next day. The plumber was wearing a mask, and even shoe covers so he wont mess up our floors, so thoughtful of them. And the job got done, even if our issue was not an emergency, to us it was a necessity. Definitely will recommend them, very nice and friendly people, good sense of humor too :)

I'm glad that I trusted the positive Yelp reviews. I had dealt with a clogged kitchen sink for a week and had tried Drano, plunging, and a 35 foot auger. The 35 foot auger actually made the clog worse somehow. I contacted Proven Plumbing through their website to schedule a visit. It was a simple process and their response time was excellent. The plumbers showed up within their scheduled time frame and texted shortly before arriving. Both plumbers wore masks and were friendly and helpful in answering questions. They shortly cleared the clog with their superior 50 foot auger and stayed a while to make sure that it was clear. Pricing was reasonable and I am very happy with my experience with Proven Plumbing. Highly recommend.
