We had inspection issue with static water pressure, called many plumbing companies all gave me deceiving quotes/service prices, then finally called Proven Plumbing they checked the pressure, found it was correct , no fee charged, if you really want professional plumbing service or plumbing advice , call this company and stay away from Frauds.

We contacted Proven Plumbing after a buyer's inspection showed a slow draining sink. Proven quickly added us to the schedule and sent Skylar to assess the clog. Skylar was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. He was able to track down the problem and after what felt like 30-45 minutes, he was signing off on the work. I have referred Proven to my realtor as well as brother after having such a positive interaction.

I love this company. Had two recent things I needed help with. Very easy to schedule an appointment and they showed up when they said they would. I was expecting to pay through the noose for plumbing services but that didn't happen. The first call was for a backed up drain and I only had to pay a service call. No upcharging! The second call was handled by Richard and since it was such an easy fix (for him!) he didn't even charge me for a service call. When does that happen??? I give them my 100% recommendation!

We needed a water softener installed and were looking around for a while. Louis and Proven came highly recommended so when we were ready I texted Louis late night and got an almost immediate reply. We set up a time that week for him to review, talked pricing, set a time, and they installed the next week... really rapid on all fronts. Louis saved me tonight when my sewer pipe decided to clog in the front yard. With yucky water spilling out of the clean out plug along with toilet paper i knew there was a problem. It was 11pm on a Friday night though.. ugh.. worse time for this to happen. I found the reviews here and decided to text and see if I got an answer. Louis texted me back within 10 minutes and after collecting some information from me said he could be to my place within the hour. Louis was friendly, professional and there when he said. Though the issue turned out to be minor in the overall scheme of potential plumbing problems, Louis had me back in business in no time. We were also able to identify a potential future problem that i will definitely need to have fixed at some point as well. I'll be calling Louis back for that as well.

Louie and his team are excellent. I have used their service couple of times now and they are set to be our official plumber. Bigger job water heater last time and smaller job kitchen faucet replace this time. Skylar came out and done the job perfectly in no time. Thank you. Great guy.

I contacted this service based on the review on the Yelp. The review score was right. They received my phone call request professionally and Louis showed up on time what they promised. He was suggesting and trying to save my money. He clearly explained what was wrong on my shower pipe and how it was treated. It was a good education for me. :) I loved their payment system as well since some plumber only takes cash or check. It's working on all online paying with credit card after the service is done. No cutting check or providing cash involved. I will work with them again and recommend to my friends. Nice Job~!
