Proven Plumbing was able to get out to the house the day I called. We are using extra water for last few months which seems to indicate some type of leak-- just not sure. He checked all areas, toilets, outside yard, etc. for water and couldn't find anything. Recommended calling a leak detection company. Did change out a supply line on one of our toilets that had been leaking, eventhough it couldn't have been causing the additional water usage we're seeing. Prompt, courteous service at a fair price. Would recommend.

Proven Plumbing saved the day for me! We had a significant leak outside and the City told us that we would have to get a plumber to fix it (they turned off the water to our house). Well, I called Proven Plumbing and they answered the phone right away, scheduled someone to come out that same day, and fixed the leak! Water back on by 4:00! Thanks so much Proven Plumbing, you all are awesome!

Our kitchen sink decided, after 4 1/2 years, to back up. Called these guys and they were able to get out quickly and get us sorted. They actually got out a day ahead of scheduled.

Yeah, plumbing aint cheap but their prices are reasonable. Certainly in line with other services we've used.

My Tenants got up to find water all over the living room floor. They contacted me and I contacted Proven Plumbing in Cedar Park. Proven send a plumber out immediately and the problem was tree roots in sewer line. Proven's plumber removed the roots and made a couple of suggestions on how to prevent the roots from returning. This rapid action saved my tenants days of agony trying to mop and clean water from the back up. The plumber was courteous and professional. I recommend.

these guys are winners... I called at 5:30, and was in a pinch... one of the guys who was headed home, decided to swing by my place first... what started out as a 10 minute job turned into one that took a little longer... no complaints, no frustrations... super cool to talk to while he knocked out the job... couldn't be happier... I made a point to save their number in my phone... I found my plumber.. .wasn't nickeled and dimed... just a bunch of good guys taking pride in their work... Super impressed with this company and the individuals in particular. We needed a gas line installed for a gas dryer and a new water heater. They came out and gave a fair quote, booked a date AND SHOWED UP ON THAT DATE.

We noticed one of our 40 gallon water heaters was leaking and called Proven Plumbing mid-day. They had a cancellation and were able to come out within an hour. We had been planning on replacing both water heaters but hadn't gotten around to it. In just a few hours everything had been replaced and they were on their way. Proven plumbing was awesome in every sense of the word! My toilet was leaking and I called the main line and a person answered. The person also was able to accurately help me identify the problem, give me a general estimate, get a plumber to my house in 1 hour for a free detailed estimate, AND do the job on the spot! Tom was amazing and did the job quickly and walked me through what was happening and he gave me choices of what I wanted to do and what the cost would be. I had a quote from a previous plumber who was clearly trying to rip me off, but Tom told me what the deal was and how much it would cost, which was reasonable. He seemed very experienced, professional, and knowledgeable! This was one of the BEST experiences I have had with plumbers. I will definitely be calling them again if anything else comes up and recommending them to everyone I know!
